Noel padded forward to sit next to Suga, her gold and blue eyes wide and curious. The canine nodded to Suga and Iceshattered, then flashed a smile to the stranger in question. The fem curled her tail around her paws, blinking slowly as she also awaited the reply.

When they had fled their old territory, Noel had managed to take one of her cherry blossom tree saplings with her, and it was starting to wilt without real soil. The white canine dragged the tree up the path to her house, and she was severely regretting the fact that she had chosen a home so far up the cliff. But, it was pretty, had a nice view, and roomy. The latter outweighed the former, in her eyes. She set the sapling down a moment, then hefted it between her shoulders, wings on the side for support. The tiny white husky almost crumpled right there, but it was easier to travel with, she discovered. She set the sapling down on a nice patch of soil she had already weeded, and proceeded to transplant it, her paws already covered with dirt. This was possibly the only time she could relax.[/fancypost]

The canine turned to the tree and sighed. It would have been nicer if she had been able to save her flowers, too. The girl was struck with a pang of homesickness, though she shoved it from her churning gut. This was their home now, right? Noel grumbled something under her breath as she tried to dig a hole to put the sapling in.[/fancypost]

Noel was wandering around, a small knapsack hanging over one of her shoulders, looking for shells or some other item that someone had lost, or had washed up on the shore. Since she had pretty much nothing else to do, it had become her only pastime. When the white canine looked up at the sound of a yell, her jaw dropped open at the sight. The girl managed to pick her jaw up off the floor as she raced forward, worry on her face as the fae danced around on her toes. "U-U-Uh, sir! Are you, um, alright, uh, sir?!" Noel yelled, her bag of shells and other baubles forgotten.[/fancypost]

But I didn't know that, uh, he was..." The canine replied lowly, scuffling her paws in the sand. She didn't want to end anyone's life. Heck, she even hated the idea of mean thoughts. Killing someone was number one on the list of things she despised... Which was hypocritical, seeing as she didn't like negative thoughts, and 'despised' was a negative word-
The canine shook herself from her random train of thought, lowering her eyes to the sand, as she had no alternative to offer.[/fancypost]

"No, no, no." Noel said softly, smiling in an attempt to soothe the strange canine. "No one's life is going to get, uh, ended. Everyone will be, um, able to live their lives as they, uh, please. The canine murmured, forcing her outward appearance to relax. She didn't know why- she always got tense around strangers. She shot a meaningful look towards Suga, then smiled again to Charlie.
'Can I, uh, ask for you, um, name?" Noel asked, cocking her head to the side slightly.

Stuff, and it made her want to curl up and hide. But, against her own will, she got herself outside, at least to get used to the new territory.
The ivory canine made her way to a copse of stunted-looking trees, which provided some nice shade from the sun that beat down on her. From here, she had a nice view of the rolling hills behind the town, but the vast emptiness just made her lonely, just like an endless green and brown sea. The fem sat down with a frustrated huff, plopping down in the shade and yawning immensely. Noel almost dozed off once or twice, but she jolted awake at every dip of her head.

She winced slightly at the memory; she was just upset because it looked like Charlie was trying to drown himself, which would not be great. Awful, actually. Noel blinked fast, shaking herself from her thoughts.
"By the way, i'm, uh, Noel. I hope that you, um, like it here." She said lamely, shrugging and holding her feathery wings like 'what can I do?' She didn't know where she picked the gesture up.
