Born in BloodClan, normal (but very sheltered) life

Mouse was the first and tiniest of a three-kitten litter. He was born to two unknown rogues; however, he was taken from his parents and littermates almost immediately after his birth. The kitnapper, an older brown tabby who called themself Butterfly, took Mouse to their den near the mountains. For nearly four moons, Mouse lived there. Butterfly raised him as their own, and Mouse, having no memory of his blood family, didn't think for a moment they weren't his "real" family.

He had no memory of being dropped off at DarkClan's border, no reason why the Butterfly decided to abandon him. When he awoke, he was surrounded by strong-scented, unfamiliar cats. Mouse was brought into DarkClan under the name Bluekit. Though it was the last piece of home he had left, he shed his loner name without regret, glad to have an identity beyond "Mouse." Cherrystar adopted him, along with four other kittens; they became his new family.

He had no memory of being dropped off at DarkClan's border. When he awoke, Mouse was surrounded by strong-scented cats with unfamiliar faces, and four other kittens were at his side. The older cats called themselves DarkClanners. Their apparent leader, Cherrystar, brought Mouse and the others into the Clan as his adopted children and Mouse received a new name: Bluekit.

The newly-named Bluekit struggled to adjust to Clan life. Most difficult for him to obey was the "no kits out of camp" rule. He sneaked out time after time, even leaving DarkClan's territory once.
