Yes but he will never like her back. Like I said in the personality, he will never take another mate again, cuz he still loves Badgerslash. Oh and I forgot to add he used to have six kits but they died in the fire trying to save the leader and deputy (they didn't and Hawkswoop is now leader.)

Image; (if this doesn't work see attached)
Name; Mudkit - Mudpaw - Mudfeather

Gender; male

Age; 12 moons

Rank; warrior apprentice

Description; Mudpaw has an eye for improvement, especially with fighting moves. He has invented a move, called the Mudpaw Pin (to be roleplayed). Battle is his best skill. He was very protective over his sister, Oakpaw, who died in a fire in his birth clan, HiddenClan, and is now afraid to get close to someone because he thinks he will lose them like he lost the rest of his clan (there were only three survivors - himself, a warrior named Trailfire, and Trailfire's brother Hawkswoop, who is currently trying to restart HiddenClan). He is rather impulsive, and can be stupid when it comes to defending his family (if he had any left). Most cats think he is rather ignorant, but the truth is he keeps to himself and ignores everyone when he remembers HiddenClan. When he is not stuck in the past, Mudpaw can be cocky and sarcastic. Overall, he is kind and fair, relying on his incredible judgement. He is also extremely independent, and hates being told what to do. The only person he listened to was his old mentor Hollowbreeze, who also died in the fire. Despite popular belief, Mudpaw is exquisitely smart - he just doesn't always realize it.

History; He was born in HiddenClan to Thornleaf and Pebblesplash, and was days away from earning his warrior name when the fire raged through the territory. He only managed to escape by sheltering in a stone tunnel he fell into. He does not know this, but Trailfire and Hawkswoop had known about these tunnels for quite some time, and had fled into them through another entrance. After the fire, he lost most of his memory of his training, although he is slowly rediscovering it. He soon left the destroyed HiddenClan territory and, along with Trailfire, had set out to find a new clan. They had been separated when Trailfire collapsed from grief over his mate, Badgerslash, and his six kits, who had died in the fire with the rest of the clan. He had told Mudpaw that he would catch up once he had rested, but by the time Trailfire was ready to get up, Mudpaw had already found AshClan (is that the name? Sorry the title is a bit confusing).

Family;
Mother--- Pebblesplash (died in HiddenClan fire)
Father--- Thornleaf (died in HiddenClan fire)
Brother(s)--- none
Sister(s)--- Oakpaw (died in HiddenClan fire)
Step mom--- none
Step dad--- none
Step sister-- none
Step brother-- none

Mate/Crush; open

Kits; none

Greatest secret; He had a crush on an apprentice named Copperpaw in HiddenClan, and he found her body after the fire. She had managed to escape the flames, but had later died of smoke inhalation - steps from where Mudpaw was sheltering. He had even heard her crying out to him, but he had assumed he was hallucinating (he was still faint from the smoke) and had not gone to her. He was devastated, and resisted all of Trailfire's offers of prey. He almost starved, but Trailfire could be aggressive if he wanted to.

Other; Getting Mudpaw to develop a crush will be near impossible.

Iriskit pounced on a leaf, rolling over and tossing it in the air. She batted it with her paws and giggled as she watched it flutter in the slight breeze. Catching sight of her adoptive litter mates, she instantly lost interest in the leaf and bounced over to see what they were talking about. "Whatcha doin'?" she asked in a sing-song voice.

Just wondering if when my friend that roleplays Oakpaw joins I could get a character bond between them and then Mudpaw can be asleep and then suddenly wake up like "Oakpaw's alive. I'm sure of it" then just like race out of camp and find her and find out she got far away from the fire and then got lost and couldn't find her way back to the HiddenClan territory until Mudpaw was already in AshClan. So yeah can I do that? BTW my friend is joining this weekend cuz I'm going to her house and I'm forcing her.

Name: Echorose
Age: 17 moons
Gender: female
Rank: medicine cat?
Sexuality: Straight
Appearance: (ignore the name) (if this doesn't work see attached)
Personality: Echorose is very quiet, but confident in her own way. She is extremely gentle, and could never hurt a fly - unless it was attacking her clanmates. She is exceedingly loyal, and courageous when she has to be. She will always take the place no one wants. When Echorose puts her mind to something, there is no stopping her. She will always keep your secrets; she is extremely trustworthy and dependable. She is also very responsible, and always puts everyone's needs before her own; she has been known to have gone two days without sleep, fresh-kill, or water just to take care of a kit with greencough. She often looks very tired, and that is because she usually is. She has an extremely close relationship with SpiritClan and communicates with them on a regular basis.
Kin: Her mother was a kittypet, and her father was a warrior named Splashpad. She never knew what clan he belonged to. She has no siblings.
History: Echo rose was born into a kittypet home, and her mother, honoring Splashpad's, gave her the name Echorose. The Twolegs called her Ziggy. When she was 7 moons old, her mother was killed by a monster, and Echorose was to be sold. So she fled nest, hoping to find her father in the forest. Unfortunately, she never found him. When she was 13 moons old, she stumbled upon Lilystar, who took her to her new clan, IvyClan.
Mate/Crush: FORBIDDEN (may develop crush but it will be minor and will never take off)
RP example: Echorose tugged a particularly stubborn chervil plant as she listened to the birds and the gurgling stream. She sighed happily through the bushy leaves. This was so different to the Twoleg nest. Out here, she felt free. She had hated the confines of the garden, unlike her mother, who had always felt protected by them. Her happy thought turned sad as they always did when she thought of her mother. She remembered the games they used to play in the garden, tossing a ball of moss back and forth in the garden. Shaking her head to clear it, she gave the chervil one last determined tug, and it came free in a shower of dirt. Echorose toppled backwards, landing in a patch of mud. She dropped the chervil at her paws and sat up, licking her paw and running it over her ear. As she cleaned, she heard a rustle in the bushes and the snap of a twig behind her. Whipping around, she unsheathed her claws, calling tentatively, "Who's there?" She shook her head, scolding herself for being frightened by prey. But no, there was definitely a strong smell of cat, with a scent of fear weaving itself in. Whatever scared that cat was probably close by, too. Echorose couldn't stand it any more. Picking up her chervil, still covered in earth, she sprinted back to the relative safety of camp.
Other: I'll try my best to be active, but it might be hard since I'm mainly nocturnal and I have all my exams this time of year. Also, can she be the daughter of a SpiritClan cat - it would be her father since she has no memory of him - or is that something only me and my friends do at school? And again, also, I have a clan named SpiritClan.

Mudpaw trudged into the clearing, miserable with thoughts of his dead sister, Oakpaw, stuck in his mind. He sat down with a thump, looking around for any other cats. There were none. He grudgingly let a small glimmer of satisfaction creep into his heart, but it was quickly smothered by misery. He sighed heavily. He had had weird dreams of Oakpaw turning into some kind of monster recently, and he wasn't sure what they meant. He had tried to dismiss them as simple dreams, but now he wasn't so sure. So he did what he always did when he didn't want to think any more; he retreated to a tiny, secluded area of his mind and fell asleep there. His eyes went blank and his face, painted with pure pain only seconds before, went expressionless. The trance had begun.

Mudpaw trudged wearily out of the apprentice's den, exhausted from a night of sleep haunted by dreams of Oakpaw and Copperpaw. The two she-cats had been daring him to leap into a flowing river, but he had refused, saying he had training later and Hollowbreeze would not accept him soaking wet. In order to convince him, his sister and his crush had jumped into the river together, but at the last second the clear water had turned into a rushing tide of fire, which Oakpaw and Copperpaw had been swallowed by. In the dream, Mudpaw had stood, horrified, while he let his two best friends drown in a river of fire.

To sum it all up, Mudpaw was very nearly convinced he had to burrow into the ground and die before he would get any rest. The worst of it was he wasn't even sure StarClan would accept him, since he had not helped Copperpaw when he heard her cry for help and not stayed by Oakpaw's side in the fire. And the Dark Forest cats didn't get nap time.

Mudpaw chose a scrawny vole from the fresh-kill pile and, nodding to Fogstar as he went, he carried it to his favorite spot in the camp. It was right behind the apprentice's den, but the space was small enough not to be noticed. Halfheartedly, he took a pathetic bite of the rodent and swallowed hard, remembering with sorrow when he and Oakpaw used to fight playfully over the voles in the fresh-kill pile.

Mudpaw started as he noticed a darkness out of the corner of his eye. His trance broke with that small movement, and for the moment his thoughts of his old life were held at bay as he wondered what the darkness was. But before he could turn his head, it disappeared, and he saw two cats just breaking up a spar. He noticed that the clearing was now full of cats and other animals, and with a flash of panic he wondered how long he had been sitting there. He glanced quickly up at the moon, relieved to see it had not traveled far. And then he thought of Oakpaw. And Copperpaw. And HiddenClan. And he gave a small groan. Just then, he noticed a mottled ginger-and-brown tom with light green eyes trot into the clearing, and he almost fell on his face. "Trailfire?" For it was his old clan-mate.

-=======-

Trailfire heard his name called in a voice he remembered well. He whipped around, looking for the apprentice he had known well. "Mudpaw!" He hadn't thought the tom had survived, for they had been separated early in their search for new clans. He bounded over and nuzzled the cat's cheek. "You're alive! Oh sorry, didn't think," he added as he noticed Mudpaw's eyes cloud over. "I know she's alive, I know it," Mudpaw mumbled under his breath, and Trailfire's heart leaped out to him. He had been deeply affected when his sister, Oakpaw, had died in the fire that had killed Trailfire's own mate and kits and wiped out their entire clan, except for Mudpaw, Trailfire, and Trailfire's brother, Hawkswoop.
