The newborn Shepard puts her little paws on her mother's stomach, drinking the milk. Her fur looks black now, but as she gets older her fur will grow out, showing the separate colors better.

The newborn squeaks slightly, hearing someone else come. Her ears and eyes aren't completely open yet, but she can hear a little.

The newborn lifts its head with a slight whimper, hearing something.

I actually looked and german shepard pups start to crawl around at a few weeks. Cool, right?

Diamondflake makes a few small sounds and turns her head to 'look' towards her mother.

IC: Diamndflake's tiny little tail wags a little and she smiles, nuzzling her mom.

Diamondflake peeks her tiny little nose out of the den and sniffs. This is going to be her first time out of the den and in the camp, and she wants her mom to see it. The tiny pup takes a few steps then grins and runs a little, soon jumping on a feather. "Look, Mama! Im hunting!" The shepard pup turns to see if Mara saw, as her little tail wags with joy.

Her tail wags and she runs over to Mara, kind of 'hugging' her mom. "One day Im gonna be big and strong, like you! Maybe Ill be the alpha!" She squeaks, running around and hiding under Mara, playfully. "Sneak attack!" Diamondflake squeaks, jumping up, aiming to at least touch Mara's belly fur. The pup imagins a mean cat on her shoulders and jumping up, to knock her off.

IC: Diamondflake blinks in surprise. "Really? I'm gonna be the best alpha ever!" She woofs jumping up and climbing on top of her mom. The pup's tail wags and she licks her mom's cheek, lovingly.

Diamondflake gathers some leaves and feathers, from around the camp. She pushes them all into a big pile. Well, its big to her. Its bigger than her! But to the adults, it probably looks pretty small. "LEAF PARTY!!!!" The German Shepard pup howls at the top of her lungs, but she's not quite that loud. Without warning, Diamondflake jumps into the pile, spraying leaves and feathers everywhere. Laughing she rolls around, her tail wagging.

Diamondflake looks up, eyes full of wonder as she watches a few leaves flutter down. "Yea, its a party~!!" She woofs suddenly, jumping up and batting at the leaves that come close enough. Her tail wags and she runs over to Terra, with a wide smile. "Wanna play?"

IC: Diamondflake giggles lightly and smiles, nuzzling her mom. "If she's your friend, I'll make sure to give a big hug!" The pup laughs, as her tail wags. She looks up noticing the marten and gives a small wave, with her tiny paw.

IC: Diamondflake blows the leaf off her face than grins at Terra. "You're silly." She giggles, tail wagging. The pup looks at Eugenides and grins, jumping up. "Yeah! I bet you can't find me!" She woofs playfully, running in circles.

IC: Diamondflake squeaks in surprise, and darts under the leaf pile. She carefully wriggles under a rather large leaf, towards the middle of the pile. Flipping onto her back, she clings to it. So if someone knocks the leaf aside she'll go with it! Hopefully. Well, there are also a few leaves under her, too.
