Unlike her older brother, Vincent, Phoenix tends to avoid people at all costs. Unless they're like her: A vampire. If she dislikes someone, she would rather be straight out and tell them about her feelings bluntly rather than torture them. This leads us to how honest as hell she is; she doesn't give a rat's ass if she hurts your feelings. "The Truth Hurts", as she puts it. Phoenix is a rather shy girl and you'd most likely find her hiding behind her older brother or holding onto the sleeve of his coat, most of which find it cute while she finds it just a habit.
Phoenix gets embarrassed easily and blushes just as easy. She's not used to recieving compliments, as she avoids others, so when someone gets the chance to actually flatter her, she goes red. Phoenix likes to make friends, truly, but has very few because of her anti-social tendencies. Phoenix can also be extremely protective over friends and family; especially Vincent. He's possibly the only family she has left, and she didn't want to lose him. To death, to a love interest: nobody.
This brings us to Phoenix's next trait. She's VERY manipulative. What more is there to say? She's an amazing liar except when it comes to Headmaster Cross and Vincent. Phoenix is also surprisingly quite playful, one trait she shares with said older sibling. Though she rarely shows such side of her; she likes the little goodie two shoes reputation she has now. Despite all of this, Phoenix is highly intelligent but has absolutely no humor whatsoever; making her completely vulnerable, naive, and gullible. She takes metaphors seriously (I.e, "Stop being such a party-pooper!" - "I don't do my business on parties... There's a better place to do that than in public in front of everyone." And cue facepalms.), and if it's a "funny" one (AKA an insulting one), she will start crying until her older brother goes batsh•t crazy on the person who insulted the girl.
