Lucy- crap, no. That wasn't her name anymore. Or at least that's what she needed to keep telling herself. Let's see, the kind lad she had ever-so-carefully sent running had suggested she find a life. He meant it as an insult, and she had taken it that way, but it was a good suggestion nonetheless. These groups that were living everywhere you turned a corner, perhaps one would be willing to take in a little scoundrel such as herself..? So, the feline decided on a name that suited her personality. Dynamicduo. She'd always admired dynamic duos themselves. Who didn't like sidekicks? That's what she'd been. A sidekick. It was sorta fun, but it wasn't always great when they turned their attention to the 'main dude'. Oh, well. Her mother- the main dude- was gone now, and there was nothing she could do 'bout it. Anyways, back to her name. What did they give those lovely young 'uns in these groups? The surname.. "Paw", if she wasn't mistaken? Right. Her new name would be Dynamicpaw. Lucy was keeping her last name, she didn't care of it seemed out of place or not. It was probably the only thing of hers she would be keeping. As she came upon that familiar scent that she had come upon now and again, she stopped next to the invisible line. Perhaps this wasn't such a good idea... Mum'd always said past this border were murderers. Cold-blooded, remorseless beings. [color=black]"Good. I'll be with my people, then." Truth was, the 'kind lad' had convinced her that she'd been the one to kill her good ol' mum. But that wasn't the truth.. That was something she discover later on, and something she didn't need to focus on right that moment. She, as far from the actual truth it was, thought herself to be a heartless thing, meant to be the sidekick of everything. The femme narrowed her dark-colored eyes, then sat. She called out, a little on the loud side, [color=black]"Hello? Is anyone 'ere?" She knew the answer to that question. Still, it didn't hurt to ask.
