This was where he was supposed to go, right? The new home he was guided to?It didn't look like much, not what he had pictured. Or, rather, what the picture he had seen had, well, pictured. That had been grand, with shining lights and clean glass and polished stone. He could see that this is what it used to be, had been at some point, possibly could be again. With effort.
Eyes flitted about, distracted, wild. Holyfire had always had trouble concentrating, his thoughts jumping from place to place and his mind scrambling to find new topics. He had been told that he talked too fast, or that he didn't make sense when he talked. No biggie, really. If they couldn't keep up, that was their problem. Right? He was supposed to be a prophet, did that mean those he preached to needed to understand? Probably.
Deciding not to worry about it for now, the silvery striped tom sat down in silence, simply waiting to be noticed. Would he be noticed? This was not what he had expected to see, would things still happen the same way they did in his head? Would they even care about what he was told, what he thought? Nobody ever seemed to care about the God that spoke in his head, the fire in his veins, the words that fell from his teeth, poison and antidote in equal measure.
Maybe it would be different here.

"Holyfire." What a way to address himself, right? Something religious? Something big? He wished people would just call him Vex, it was easier for everyone. "And, uh, joining." -

Oh, polite. The cat's ears perked slightly. Even though he felt like he knew the place inside and out, that was probably just a feeling. "If that would be possible, yes, thank you." -

Kits in charge? Well, he certainly wasn't going to doubt their competence if they were getting promoted so young. The silver tabby nodded along, his own way of congratulating them. -

Kudzu, Fireworkkit, Cookiepaw, and a mystery cat who didn't seem inclined to talk to him. That's fine, Holyfire just wanted people to listen to him. Well, that would come eventually. The cat grinned, the left corner pulling up a little higher."Thank you, I'm glad to be here." He hated his voice, how feminine it was. It gave it away, didn't it? Would they call him a girl? Anxiety started to build again, already. No no, he just got here. No more running away.

Grey eyes curious, flitting to each figure, Holyfire padded up in silence. He wasn't one for games, usually, but this one sounded interesting. -

Shapeshifting, huh? Holyfire's thoughts jumped again, to words his God had spoken in a dream. God explained much, in time. Holyfire padded up with awed eyes. "Lucky," he mumbled. "What's it feel like?"//mobile

Wow, this was a lot to remember. Names, ranks, phrases, appearances, personalities, and probably other stuff he would eventually forget to remember. Ayato, boss. Pagankit, Conswhatever, Sunkit, captain? Or just Captain Sunkit? "Uh, yeah. Holyfire, you can call me Vex," he said, bashful and alightly overwhelmed, the first part just a repetition and the second for the boss. This place was just big enough to be hard to remember, and just small enough that he felt obliged to remember. Anxiety tugged at his gut, had to breathe, hard to think. Should he tell them about his God? In case he messed up? What was there to mess up? Relax. No need to worry about secrets.

Now what was this? An intruder? They weren't trchnically intruding, not yet, but was that their intention? Still, Holyfire felt no worry as he approached, eyes wide. Although fighting was not his thing, the cat knew he could do well in battle if it was necessary."Hello. Who are you? Oh and, uh, what are you doing?" Was he supposed to greet strangers with a hello?

Again? Curious and slightly confused, Holyfire padded up as close as his comfort zone allowed him to. Which honestly wasn't very far. Seeing as everyone had already said what he himself would have said, the silvery tabby said nothing. -
[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; color: ; text-align: justify; width: 450px;]
More new members? Not that he had room to complain, he was rather new himself. Holyfire wasn't complaining, anyway, more people to talk to. None of them seemed like him, though. "Welcome," he said quietly. -

"Hello. What's your name?" Seeing as he had apparently done it wrong last time, Holyfire decided to do this one correctly when he padded up. Wait gosh no, he did it wrong again didn't he? He really needed to learn this stuff. "I mean, you're welcome anyway. Welcome here, I mean."God, he was so bad at this. Someone else needed to do this stuff.
