Caliber heard Modey speak, and trotted over to see what it was. Once he heard what she had to say, he blinked in confusion. She had had another name? When did she have Mistymorning as a name? Hmm, probably before she found him. Mistymorning? He liked it. It sounded pretty. Although he would still be attached to the other name, he would still make an attempt to not use Modernpattern again. "I like it." He told her. "It sounds pretty!"

As Caliber was going about normal everyday business, something not everyday happened. To his shock, Shatterproof suddenly appeared, no doubt teleporting in from somewhere. The pup stood in shock for a moment, registering that there was someone else with the Glitteringclan leader but not paying much attention to it. He took a step towards the lion, then barked out happily, "Shatterproof! Your finally back!" He padded over towards him, beaming up at the lion. He was back! The pup had been getting worried, but now that he was back, he realized that there probably wasn't anything to worry about. Since Shatterproof had been captured, the pup had forgotten all about his awesomeness. Yep, the lion was probably the awesomest lion he had ever met. Sure, he'd never met another lion before, but still. Shatter was awesome. He was like, pure awesomeness. If he couldn't be a butterfly when he grew up, he would definitely want to be just like Shatterproof. The puppy beamed up at the lion, a look of utter excitement and happiness on his face. "We missed you! Your so awesome!" He yelped.

Caliber trotted over happily. "Sure! A walk would be great!" He called out happily. It felt so nice outside, and he was just in a happy mood. Well, he was usually in a happy mood, but lately he had been, well, bored. Like, bored all the time. So bored. This walk would be nice. He stood, waiting for others to join in.

The pup hadn't realized there was a meeting until now, so he quickly made his way over to where the others were gathered. He hung back behind the others, hoping he wasn't late. The pup didn't really know what to expect, or what the meeting was about. He sat down, tail curling over his paws, to listen to what their leader had to say.

Caliber just happened to stumble upon the feline while wandering around the area. Sure, he probably wasn't supposed to be out of camp alone, but it was likely the pup had forgotten. Again. Anyway, he had been chasing a butterfly when he almost literally stumbled into the serval. As he crashed out of the bushes, he stumbled to a halt as he noticed the female sitting at the border. "Um. Er. N-name and business, please." The pup stammered.
-
As the Caliber trotted through the foliage, thorns kept snagging in his fur. No matter what he did, he couldn't keep them out. He had to stop every other minute to pull them out, leaving behind chunks of brown and tan fur in the bushes and simply strewn about. Some of the fur was in the bushes, some on the ground, and some floated off with the wind. He was losing valuable fur, and for what? Oh yeah, that's right. A butterfly. But not just any butterfly; this one was special. It was gold and black, two colors the male had never seen before together on a butterfly. So he was tracking it down so he could get a better look at it. Sure, he had lost its trail like ten minutes ago, but he was certain he was moving in the right direction. He could feel it. As he continued to stumble along, a flash of red stopped him in his tracks. At first, to his panic, he thought that he was bleeding, but he soon realized that it wasn't blood at all. In fact, it seemed to be fabric. As he moved his head down to get a closer look, he realized it had yellow spots on it. He picked it up in his jaws and backtracked for some closer inspection. Once he made it back, he closer scoured the fabric, noting the odd triangular shape. Then, he somehow magically managed to tie it around his neck once be realized what it was. A bandanna. He glanced down at it, proud that he had discovered it. He puffed out his chest a little when he saw that it rested on top of it. It felt good to wear it around his neck. It wasn't too tight or loose, and it made his neck and chest feel a little more safe. He decided that he liked this new bandanna.
-
"Hmm? Oh yeah, I'm fine. I was in the bushes. Lots of thorns. But look at what I found!" Caliber said excitedly. He motioned towards the red and yellow cloth tied around his neck. "Isn't it cool? I think your supposed to put it around your neck like this. Although I'm not entirely sure. But, it fits around my neck, so..." He trailed off.
-
"Not in this one?" The pup echoed. He didn't even know what a vampire or werewolf was. Maybe a werewolf was a type of wolf. Or maybe some dog breed with an odd name. And a vampire? He didn't even want to guess on that one. "Does that mean you do read about vampires and werewolves?" He asked curiously.
-
Caliber did in fact hear the assistant deputy, so trotting up, exclaimed, "Sure! Walking is fun!" His tongue hung out as he panted happily. Everyone was just so friendly and nice. He loved it here. "Maybe we'll see some butterflies!"
-
As Caliber stood there, another animal came up to him, startling him. He unexpected anybody to come over to talk to him. "U-um. I-I'm Caliberpup, j-just call me Caliber." The pup stammered awkwardly. He didn't really meet many new people, so he was pretty bad at introductions. He shuffled his paws. He felt so awkward. He hoped the femme didn't feel the same way. She probably didn't. It was probably just him. Oh well, he'd need to work on his introductions/awkwardness later. For now, he'd focus on the conversation.

OOC: Kay.
IC: "Oh, well, um... I don't really know. I kinda just... came. I don't really have a reason." The pup stated. He had no idea why he was there. Or how he had even gotten there. He was probably following a butterfly again. He had to break that habit soon, or else he'd probably end up in an enemy's territory. But man, butterflies were so awesome! If there were no butterflies, Caliber didn't know what he would do. Didn't want to think about what it would be like. He snapped his head back towards the one he had been talking to when he realized that he had been staring off into space. Man, he hoped she didn't think he was weird. Well, he was weird, but he didn't want others thinking that he was weird. That would be just... weird. -
-
Herb training? Caliber thought that was for medicine cats, not everyone. 'Ah well.' the pup thought. 'It could come in handy sometime.' The German Shepherd trotted over. He wondered who else would come. Everyone was supposed to, he supposed, but they might not all be able to. He slowed to a stop next to Sandstone. "I'm here!" He called out happily. It was odd, since it seemed that lately every time Sandstone's roleplayer made a thread, Caliber kept being the first one to join.
-
Heya! I think they already have a thread. Or do they? I can't remember.
-
Oh yeah! Well, most of his threads are about butterflies..Heh...
-
"Ooh!" He squealed happily. "Really?! You think so?!" His tail began to wag, turning into a blur of motion, while his eyes shone. And not just, like, bright from happiness, but literally glow. Like, glow brown. The pup, however, didn't know this, so he just continued squealing happily. "I saw it over there!" He cried out with glee, pointing his paw in that one general direction. "Just by the old oak tree!" Barely able to contain his excitement, the German Shepherd began to not only way his tail, but to begin wiggling. "I've never been this excited in my life before! I feel almost as if I could burst!" He yelped happily. And quite loudly, for in his excitement, he had started to talk louder, slowly by slowly, til he was almost shouting. "Wait, do you think I could actually burst?!" He asked worriedly, though he didn't show any sign of actually being worried. No, he was just too excited about butterflies to be worried about bursting. "I can show you exactly where I saw it!" He barked, and, being too excited to wait for a reply, began to dash off.
