Well....Aster isn't gonna be easy on her.

It's gonna be hard on him to be rough, but the evidence is pretty stark. It was a tiger cub versus a domestic cat, no sign of struggle on the male...and even when she comes out with the truth, sexual harassment isn't grounds for execution - or at the very least it isn't a call Graceling has the authority to make.
