The apprentice nodded to Shatterproof. She was going to Sunclan! Nervousness prickled through her, yet she also felt excited to get to see another clan. How invigorating and nerve wracking all at the same time!
/Rushed, Pixie's off to visit Sunclan XD
-
There the Glitteringclan healer apprentice stood, right behind the Sunclan border, shaking nervously. She'd never done this before, but by the instructions of her leader, Shatterproof, she was here to seek an alliance request.
She'd never done anything like this before, and being shy and all didn't make it any better. But, she was excited to meet some Sunclanners, and see what their reaction and answer would be. She hoped that they were not threatening, as she wasn't skilled in fighting in the least. Other then swatting and stuff--which, in turn, didn't do much damage at all.
So, she continued to wait patiently for a Sunclanner to come, trying to think of what she would say and how she would say it. She just hoped that they were not irritated or mad with her.
-
Wow! That's great! Hopefully her dream would eventually come true, and if she worked hard she was sure that it would. "G-good luck!" She said encouragingly, looking back down at her herbs to further organize them. "W-what brought you to Glitteringclan?" She asked quietly, rearranging the herbs once more. She wasn't sure weather the okapi didn't know about other clans/groups, or if she was attracted to Glitteringclan specifically for her own reasons.
/rushed, sorry !

The apprentice looked up at the tall African wild dog, fear apparent in her gaze. She was already pretty small for her age, and it didn't help that he was much taller than her. The gleam of insanity which sparkled in his eyes, along with the blood splattered chin--quite an appearance, to say the least.
"Pixie o-of Glitteringclan," She said quietly, looking down at her paws. What next? Why was she here? It was as if she had forgotten everything that she had come here to do. Jolting herself out of her panic-stricken state, she composed herself and looked back up at the Sunclanner and spoke once more. "I-I am here to seek an alliance r-request with Sunclan," She said softly, nervousness in her voice as she anticipated his reply. She wasn't sure who the leader was, but she guessed that he/she would make the final decision. Dipping her head in a meek manner, she awaited his response, trying to hide her fear as best she could.
-
The apprentice nodded to her response; she was also fond of a welcoming community, rather than a dark group. Firstly, it was easier to fit in that way, and secondly, she didn't have to feel like the odd one out.
Regathering her herbs and looking up at the okapi, "W-would you like to transport these back to c-camp with me?" Really, it was Noisemonster's decision if she would like to go or not. Pixie didn't want to pressure her or make her do something that she did not want to do or anything like that. So, she awaited her response and began picking up some of the catmint in her mouth.
-
Pixie quickly nodded and ran over to Monny's nearby bag, rummaging through until she found the feverfew. Grabbing it, she quickly scrambled back over to the sick deputy and handed her mentor the flower. "P-please be okay, Modey," She said quietly--what if she didn't recover? She couldn't lose her adoptive mother! No!

My older sister just turned 17 on January 11th. No driver's license either. XD
-
Kicked out? By his mom? That's horrible! Pixie padded over with a worried expression on her face, sitting down to observe Retrocub. "Hello," She said quietly, "I-I'm Pixie, welcome." The apprentice dipped her head, looking down at her paws.
-
The apprentice's eyes widened as more approached, trying to compose herself, she nodded in greeting to all of them. Turning to Cain, she inhaled before speaking. "W-we are allied with The Dominion, R-riverclan, The Emprira, and Lunarclan," She finished quietly with a dip of her head. For some reason, her nervousness never subsided and instead just simmered in her stomach, creating a tight knot of fright and excitement. Hopefully Sunclan was not annoyed by her presence, she didn't mean to be a bother to them or anything like that.
-
Pixie looked up to see Monroe, Noisemonster, and Modey gather around to go and pick some herbs. Nodding, she scurried over quietly and sat down. "C-can I come?" She asked quietly, flicking her tail in greeting to all of them.
-
"I-I am really enjoying it so far," She said quietly, beginning to walk toward the direction of camp. She had just recently been promoted, and initially it had been absolutely terrifying. She wasn't sure if she could take on the responsibilities, to have to heal the whole clan and learn all of the herbs was simply duanting and scary, though it wasn't as bad as she expected it. "D-do you like herbs?" She inquired softly, continuing her pace toward camp. She knew that she said that that she never embraced them, though perhaps she was now peaking an interest.
-
Picie smiled at her friend and thought for a moment before speaking. "B-borage for milk production, chervil for...restlessness?" She kept thinking, until continuing on, "A-and raspberry leaves to reduce p-pain while in labor," Goodness, she hoped she was right--especially on the chervil root, she was unsure about that one. She followed the herb-picking group and tried scenting out some of the named herbs.
-
"D-definitely," She agreed with the okapi, continuing on to camp. She'd been trying to memorize as many herbs as she could, though honestly it was extremely hard, for her, at least.

There had been a lack of open threads, and that was definitely partly Pixie's fault as she usually wasn't the thread-creator. But, that was beside the point. Looking at different herbs, she tried to remember as many of the names and meanings as possible. Before, it was a fun little game she played with her clanmates. And now, she felt pressured to remember them all, and fast. She didn't want to fall behind or let her clan down, and she wanted to be ready to help when Modey gave birth. So, there she stood.
-
Returning the hello hug, Pixie smiled at her adoptive mother and looked down at the various herbs. "Hi, M-modey," She said quietly, wondering when the kits would be born. She hoped that she wouldn't have to wait too long, though she obviously didn't want them to be premature. She feared that something would go wrong while she was birthing, though she knew that was just herself worrying; Modernpattern was a strong deputy, after all.
-
"I-I'm good," She said quietly, as cheerful as she could. She was indeed excited about recently becoming a healer apprentice, Modey and Ichor's engagement, and of course the kits. There was so much going on and she could hardly wait for it all. "H-how are you?" She returned the question, looking from the deputy to the herbs.
-
Pixie looked at her friend as well as her mentor and smiled. "Hi, M-Monny," She said quietly, flicking her tail in greeting toward the healer. Her train of thought was completely demolished as Retrocub came barging in, tired-looking. "H-hello, Retrocub," She smiled, flicking her tail once more. "C-can I get you something?" Perhaps she was in pain or needed a certain herb or something? Or maybe she just wanted to hang with them? Either way, she didn't mind and awaited the cub's response.
