[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 390px; color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: 10px; text-align: justify;]It was time.
The cerulean eyed male walked throughout the house, turning every single light off. He could take his time as usual to do what he needed to. Dexter wouldn't have if he had know his boyfriend was coming back from work early today. But even then, what is done is done.
The man tunned a light tune as he walked into their bedroom and went for one of the dressers. There, he slid the bottom left drawer open and removed all the clothing in there. He neatly stacked it beside him before paying attention to the drawer again. He lightly ran his hand over the wood until it found a dent. His fingers curled into the dent and slowly pulled up, revealing a secret compartment.
"It's time to bust this bad boy out once again," he murmured. Dex pulled out a rather simple but large book and placed the wood back down to hide the compartment. He ran his fingers over the cover of the book. Ancient text from long ago was written on it but he knew what it contained. A soft sigh came from him and he made his way into the living room.
He gingerly placed the book on the floor in the middle of the living room before closing all the curtains. It was almost completely dark within the house, which seemed good enough to the necromancer. He scrambled back into the bedroom, where he obtained his clock, candles, and chalk. Seeing that he had all that he needed, he removed the rug from the living room and rolled it up. He placed it on the couch then settled himself on the cold wooden flooring.
Dexter began to draw a large circle in the middle of the floor, remaining silent for the time being. After that he drew a star inside and began to scribble unknown text inside as well. When that was finished, he lit all of the candles and placed them around the circle.
Then he began to murmur the ancient text.
As he did so, the circle began to glow softly in the dim room and grew brighter as he spoke faster. Soon it all died down into complete and total silence.
It was done.
Standing in front of him was one of the undead. Sssspeak Dexter... it spoke. "Oh great one... I seek knowledge."What isss it you ssseek knowledge from? The male hesitated and swallowed quietly. "The demons... Is it true about what they say? Is our world truly doomed?" ...That I do not know my child. You must ssseek the information yourself. He chewed on his bottom lip and closed his eyes with a sigh.
No help there.
Dexter opened his mouth to speak again but was caught off guard by the sound of the front door opening.
Sh.t.
