[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Voletail was sick of watching an allied died being attacked two-on-one by these brutes. So, rushing forward, he leaped, aiming to knock Corpsetown down, or at least distract her, hopefully giving Uruashi a window to attack in. If that was successful, he would attempt to dig his claws into the Exiler's side.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]( Ahh, hi Popsicle! :D )

The deputy dipped his head down, glad to see two RushingClanners had arrived so soon. In HitherClan, he felt everything had been in a completely different universe. Oh well, no need to get hung up about the past while there was so much going on in the present.

"Hello," he meowed in his monotone voice, looking from Crystalpaw to Glitteringstar. "I'm Voletail, SylvanClan deputy, here on Willowstar's behalf. I'd like to request an alliance with RushingClan." He had no idea if either of these felines were the leader, but he assumed that the tiger held more power than the apprentice.

"We're a pro-clan, and our current allies are MiiClan and The Knights of Eden. I think we have more requests pending, but those are the only two I know of at the moment."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Ah, love. How cute. Voletail hadn't been in that position for, what, at least two years? He was not usually one to move on, and still considered himself to be Turtlefur's. It was nice to see a new couple - the first one to blossom in SylvanClan, what a moment indeed.

The edges of his maw curled upward, taking a seat beside the medicine cat. It was lovely to see a young relationship, especially considering everything bad that had happened all in the span of one day. At least eight other SylvanClanners were killed, but this moment made up for at least half of that.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]His haunches lowered, feeling hot under his pelt from the embarrassment. Voletail had never seen a cat transform before, let alone right before his very eyes. It was an odd sight, really, to watch a tigress shrink into the leader he knew. How long had cats been capable of doing this?

"Sorry, Ma'am. I've never seen a tiger in camp before. I guess I acted a bit too boldly," Voletail meowed, slouched over. Oh, what an awful moment this was. One of his least favorite things, beside anti-clanners, was screwing up, and this was a big one. It wouldn't affect anything, but it sure was a mistake on his part.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]( Ah, no worries! I bet I've got threads that were supposed to be made two years ago that never got created xD. )

The same could probably be said for the deputy. However, his long day didn't consist of herbs. It did, however, include the constant bombardments and murders committed by The Exiles. Oh, in only a day of knowing their existence, they had already gone to his least favorite group, ever. Voletail wished he could give his deceased clanmates the vengeance they deserved, but that would only cause more issues.

Voletail had just been sitting in camp, doing just about nothing. He usually didn't fall asleep until late at night, and woke up early in the morning. It didn't leave him feeling refreshed, but he found it difficult to sleep earlier.

Ears perking, he looked up at Silentsky, having been dozing off a bit. "Oh, yeah. I don't usually go to sleep early. But that raises another question. Why are you still up?" Silentsky was a medicine cat, after all. She didn't need to stay up much later, especially considering that there were no severely-injured cats at the moment.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Voletail recognized that scent. ThunderClan, his birth clan. Although he had not been to his former clan in over half a year, he still recalled so much. He doubted any of his relatives still stayed there, perhaps maybe Elmflower. But they wouldn't know her. No, she was rarely around.

"Hello there, Miss. You're on SylvanClan territory. Can I help you with something?" the deputy asked in his monotone voice, looking down at the young she-cat.

    ( Eternally ninja'd ;-; )

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Frost and Vole? I can't remember if they were already going to have a thread together or not, heh.

But, you guys, every thread on the front page of the board has a most recent post from today! Good job, everyone!

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Is it fine if the parents aren't from SylvanClan? I have Vole's grandkitties that went inactive.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Voletail didn't know if he liked the thought of someone temporarily joining. After all, if one only stayed for a short while, they didn't usually didn't make up for the resources they used. However, he wasn't one to argue with a potential new member. In fact, he rarely did question anything.

"Then welcome to SylvanClan, Snow. I'm Voletail." The pale brown cat dipped his head in hello to the serval. He had never actually seen a serval, go figure, but things like that didn't really bother him any more.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Wait, here's an idea for currently.

If the Exiles are on board for it ( I think Emery's still leader? ) we could have a sort of blame-game with them? Like, they killed ShadowClanners and framed us, so maybe we could do something back, and have it sort of get into a huge dispute? Idk, just throwing ideas out there owo

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Queen of rodents, huh? Well, this Red Velvet girl sure wouldn't like to see their fresh-kill pile. Or, at least, her little friend wouldn't. After all, little mammals were usually the most common prey in the area, besides maybe birds.

"Welcome to the clan, Red Velvet. I'm Voletail. Hope you like it here." Dipping his head down in greeting, the deputy did his best to avoid looking at the rat. It sure was odd, seeing someone with a little rodent for a friend - in most places, that little guy would be considered prey. Oh well, there was already enough food in the forest as-is. This "Ratatouille" was safe.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]Voletail had never heard of tea, let alone tea parties. He tended to not have much knowledge when it came to, well, twoleg items. All his life, he doubted he had drank more than just water and milk. But, hey, maybe this sweet-smelling liquid was okay.

"Tea, huh?" came the voice of the deputy, looking down at the short-legged kitten with warm eyes. Oh, how he loved the young ones. Always so cheerful with everything in the world. It was nice to see anyone like that. It reminded himself of when he was far younger.

"What's that? Maybe I could try some?"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px; height: auto; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;]( What the dink.

    It's Tino.

    omg! )

Voletail was growing far more used to seeing loners and the sort in SylvanClan's territory. Not long ago, seeing anyone on his former clan's territory was unheard of. And those whom one did come across hardly ever joined. It was a whole different world back in HitherClan, wasn't it?

Well, the pale brown tomcat had no reason to look back on those days. He enjoyed his new clan, even more than he liked his birth clan. Something about this place made him feel joyful, which was an emotion the fifty-two-moon-old rarely experienced.

Spotting a cream-and-white cat, the middle-aged tom padded over, tail held high. Looking at Tino, he asked, "Can I help you?" No need to sugar-coat it.
