Echostar awoke and stretched before padding out of her den and mounting the log that she used to call clan meeting,"Let all gather below I have news for all to hear.". She yowled not using the traditional call for a meeting.

Muskyfoot stood up shook out his coat and settled himself close enough to the log that he could hear but far enough away to avoid the crowd.

Timberpaw awoke with a start hearing the yowl for a meeting and sleepily yawned then stretched before going to sit where the apprentices usually gathered for a clan meeting.

Echostar waited for the rest of the clan to gather because she didn't want anyone to miss this announcement.

Occ:I do not believe so
Ic:Echostar took a deep breath and began her announcment, "Cats of Ashclan well I was on patrol earlier today with Shadesong and Muskyfoot we found the scent of intruders believed to be a group of rogues along the creek border." She took a pause to allow her clanmates to process the information

"Go ahead Shadesong." Echostar dipped her head and took a step back allowing Shadesong to address the clan from on top of the log.

Accepted

Echostar nodded at Shadesong, "Anythimg suspicious found anywhere that could be linked to the rogues is to be directly reported to me. We will tale this one step at a time and try to find out more about these rogues before making any decisions to attack, but remember it is within the warrior code to fight off intruders found crossing the border and I encourage you to do so should you meet any on patrols as long as it does not greatly risk you or any clan member.". Echostar finished up then turned to Shadesong, " Anything else to add?"

Yeah okay so for cats who want to be in prophecy I have Shadesong, Bluepaw,Silentkit, and Timberpaw correct

Ooc:Can either Timberpaw or Echopaw be I'm the prophecy?
Ic:Echopaw sat by the apprentices den grooming her for, when she looked up she noticed the two kits practicing the Hunter's crouch. She padded over, "Hello." She meowed

Accepted do you want them to be apprenticed right away then

"We will increase the patrols and number of cats Bluepaw and I do want you to defend yourself should you meet a cat but no one should put themselves in unnecessary danger we will need strength if it comes to the the point of battle.". Echostar meowed addressing Bluepaw

"You guys are doing really well it looks like you'll have your hunters crouch down and perfected by the time you two become apprentices.". Echopaw meowed cheerfully to the two kits.

Echopaw smiled at the kits before turning to walk back over to the apprentice's den.

"Does anyone have any questions they would like me to address.". Echostat meowed glancing around the clan.

Echostar spoke, "If you have anymore questions feel free to come see me at anytime.". With that she jumped down from the log and dismissed the clan from the meeting seeing as it was very near to sun-down.
Timberpaw went to the fresh kill pile and selected a tiny mouse and settled down near the apprentices den to eat his dinner.
After the meeting, Muskyfoot headed straight for the warriors den to sleep exhausted after being on the dawn patrol and the patrol by the creek. He settled into his nest and was almost instantly asleep.

"Yes that would be good."Echostar meowed to Shadesong, " Also check by where we found that squirrel.". She added figuring if they had hunted prey there before they were more than likely to do it again.

"Hi Bluepaw.". He meowed taking another bite of his mouse. "So what do you think of all this rogue business?". He asked looking at her

Timberpaw watched her waiting for her to go on but as she trailed off he followed her gaze over to Ghostsong, he observed the strange tom before turning to look back at her again.

Timberpaw looked at her weighing his options on what to do, it was technically against the code but he couldnt very well let her go by herself, with a sigh, he said"Alright I'm in."

Timberpaw smiled in return, "When do we leave.". He meowed finsihimg up his last bite of prey.
Echostar sat outside her den watching the clan as the sun slowly began to set. I really hope these rogues don't turn out to be to much of a threat Thoughts like this were racing through her head.
