mac, caught off guard, yelped and fell backwards. he glared up at the ghost, looking slightly bewildered. "look, what do you want? how can i even see you?" "my my, so many questions! the name's acabar. i'm here to start a little fun! as for your second question .. well, a ghost has got to preserve some sense of mystery, am i right?" acabar cackled. the apprentice frowned; 'start a little fun?' that didn't sound like the situation would work out exactly as implied. he hesitated, and was preparing to speak up when acabar chimed in again. "so, shorty, what'll it be? i've got plenty different methods to start some fun. this place is boring - we need to spice things up!" he tilted his semi-transparent head, a smug look appearing on his face. "i know! how about a little ice breaker?" he laughed that creepy laugh again. "that'll be a good warm-up. sound good?" mac gulped, furrowing his eyebrows. "i .." "great! .. aaand it's done. thanks shorty, I loved doing business with ya. see you around!" and he was gone in a puff of smoke. mac blinked and sat down, rubbing his eyes with his paw. had that really happened, or had he been hallucinating? if acabar had been real, he wasn't exactly eager to find out what had been done.
