Granite nodded. "Very good. Now go find something for yourself."

Chaos
Chaos nods to the other rogue she was traveling with, a huge half-bobcat with long, spotted grey fur.
"Iron, I thought I heard something. See if there's anyone following us."Iron
Iron nodded, and sprinted off to complete the command Chaos had given him. -
Granite purred. "Fear not, she-cat. I will."
He turned away from her, walked a few paces, then curled up to eat the vole she had brought him. -

Religion:
The Cult worships Ruin, a powerful, though malevolent entity that demands complete loyalty from its followers. Ruin takes the form of a cat with short, glossy black fur, claws as white as splintered bone, and eyes that seem to burn from within. He is a cruel god, but he rewards those who are useful to him. He has many followers, whom he rewards with eternal life in his realm. However, the souls of those sacrificed to him he devours to increase his own power.Ranks:
Ranks, Titles, and UniformsThere are five ranks within each caste; Initiates, kits who have not been weaned yet; Acolytes, Cultists in training; Cultists, the equivalent to a Clan's warriors in status; Zealots, the most trusted and skilled of that caste; and the Chosen, the leader of the Caste. To show rank within a caste, a symbol is written on the forehead. This symbol takes the form of a number of spirals. The symbol for an Initiate looks like -, the symbol for an Acolyte is ~, for a Cultist is two spirals, for a Zealot is three spirals, and for a Chosen is four spirals.
CastesPriests
Priests are the leaders of the cult. They can communicate directly with Ruin, and are responsible for governing the castes and ensuring that each performs its proper role. The priests are also skilled healers, healing their followers, and distributing combat herbs to the Fanatics. The symbols on their foreheads are is gold.
FanaticsFanatics are mighty fighters, completely loyal to Ruin, and extremely disciplined. They spend all their time training, unless they are on a mission. These missions are either attacks on enemy clans, or protecting the Priests whenever they are in danger. They augment their own formidable martial prowess by eating many herbs, similar to the traveling herbs used by the clans, that increase their speed and strength greatly. However, they come at a price, and when they have taken these herbs they are sent into a terrible battle-frenzy, and only through great strength of will and hours of training do they stop themselves from killing everything in sight. The symbols on their foreheads are purple.
HavocsRuthless and sadistic as Ruin, Havocs dedicate themselves to exemplifying destruction that follows in Ruin's wake. Havocs work behind enemy lines, stealing kits, assassinating enemies, and sowing panic. Unlike the Fanatics, whom are huge and tough, Havocs are lithe and quick, and can strike with the speed of an adder. The symbols on their foreheads are red.
TormentorsSlavers and torturers, when the Tormentors fight they disable their enemy by doing very little real damage, and instead cause pain capture their foes. They train and discipline the slaves. It is also their duty to brainwash captured enemies, so that they can either become Cultists themselves, or they can become obedient slaves. They are sadistic and delight in the terror their prey-other cats- feel. However, they do not harm other members of the Cult, for fear of the punishment that the priests, and Ruin, would pay them. The symbols on their foreheads are green.
MinionThe majority of the cult seek to earn the favor of Ruin however they can, fighting in battles, hunting to provide for the clan, stealing kits when they can. They may not have the special training of the other castes, but they have much more freedom, and as long as they serve the Cult well, and tithe half of all prey caught and enemies captured, they are free to do as they will, although they must obey the other castes. While they are not nobles like the other castes, they can grow quite powerful by forming and leading a gang. They protect each other by allying themselves into gangs that work, fight, and den together. The symbols on their foreheads are blue.
Territory:
The Plateau
The plateau is a large, flat outcrop that juts out of the mountain. From here, you have a good view off the surrounding mountainside and forest. It is here that the tunnels emerge from the mountain, and anyone who wishes to enter the main camp must first pass through the Plateau. It is constantly guarded, and cats can enter and exit only with the consent and knowledge of the guards. Trying to trespass, or escape, can have dire consequences. None the less, the Plateau is always bustling with activity, cats coming and going from attacks on other clans, hunting missions, and patrols. Many members of the Cult find any excuse to go to the Plateau, in hope of getting some sunlight and a breath or two of fresh air. The Plateau is also where, every new moon, the entire Cult gathers there to receive their blessing from Ruin. Each new moon the Priests make announcements, perform ceremonies, and replace the symbols written onto their foreheads. If someone does not go, they can be accused of disloyalty and executed. It is easy to see if someone was absent, as the dye starts to fade after a moon.
The DensThe Dens are where the Minions reside. It is a large cavern with a soft clay floor that has been dug out in places to form small dens. Water drips constantly from the ceiling, granting a renewing supply of fresh water to the Cultists. There is a deep pit in the corner of the room; in it are the slaves that belong to the Cultists, instead of the Cult as a whole. The water that drips from the ceiling often pools in shallow puddles in the pit, but, as leaving the pit without permission is forbidden, most of the slaves just ignore their wet paws.
The HallThe hall is a huge stone cavern where the Fanatics battle and train. There is a tall, wide ledge on which the Whitefeather's build their dens, and below it is a wide battle ground where the Whitefeather's train constantly. Behind a pile of boulders, hidden beneath spiderwebs, is a secret tunnel leading to the Temple.
The MawThe Maw is the Slave's den. It is slightly smaller than the Dens, and it has a small pool of water in the center of the den filled with blind white fish. These fish are just enough to keep the Slaves from starving to death. Stalagmites jut from the ground, and stalagmites loom above, like the teeth of some gigantic monster. In fact, this is how the Maw got it's name. There is only one exit from the Maw, a steep tunnel leading upwards, eventually leading to the Plateau. The tunnel is rather wide, with enough room for about ten cats to stand side by side.
The TempleThe Temple is hidden far below the ground. There is a secret tunnel leading to it from the Hall, though only the most trusted know of it. It can also be accessed through the Labyrinth, and the Havocs bring a cat to be sacrificed there each night, to find it gone in the morning. However, if they came without permission, it would be they who wound up on the altar. The Temple is a small stone room with a low ceiling and a large flat rock serving as an altar. Beneath the altar a large den has been dug out, and it is filled with herbs, dyes, and the hides of cats who have been sacrificed to Ruin.
The LabyrinthThe Labyrinth is a maze of dangerous tunnels, where cave ins are common place and Havoc's make their lair. If a cat is lost in them, they will no doubt die sooner or later, either in the tunnels, or when they reach where all of the tunnels of the Labyrinth eventually converge- the Temple.

Iron spotted something, something orange, surrounded by green grass. He sprinted up to it, his fur standing on end, his claws unsheathed. "Who are you? Why are you following my mistress? And," he paused, his eyes narrowing, "Are you working alone?"
-
Welcome to the Cult! I'll be posting the RP thread in a couple of seconds, I'll add a link here soon.
However, could you update your bio so I knew what caste you were in? -
"Answer me," Iron hissed, "Or I'll rip your tongue out! You won't tell you're master what you've heard!" Iron's fur stood on end, making the already gigantic cat seem even bigger.
-
Chaos strolled towards the two cats. "I see you've found the spy?"
She purrs.
"I've not eaten cat in some time. However," she turns towards the cowering prisoner, "Perhaps you would prefer to join us?" -
Chaos purred. "Why of course I am! Unless you'd prefer to join me, of course. It can get rather lonely, just me and Iron travelling all the time. In fact, I've been planning to find someplace to stop around here, form a... what do you call it? Yes, an anti-clan."
OOC: More info on the anti-clan she's inviting you to join can be found in my signature.

As it says in the title, any non high position character does not require a form (although signing up is preferred).
That means that, without a form, you can play any caste except priest, and any rank, up to Cultist.Chaos stood on the Plateau, watching the forest below. Her sleek spotted pelt shone in the sun, and the symbol on her forehead- four spirals, the sign of a Chosen- shone golden in the sun.
-
Granite purred to himself. Today had been a good day. He had earned a servant for himself and offered a great sacrifice to Fortis.
"Go fetch me some fresh moss for my bedding, then get out of my sight!" -
Chaos turned towards Dagger. "Hello, Dagger. How goes the hunting?"
-
OOC: They use the same names for the seasons. It's Leaf-fall right now.
IC: Chaos nodded. "Excellent. Have you captured any cats?" -
Chaos frowned. "Iron!"
Iron raced up from one of the tunnels. "Yes, mistress?"
Chaos looked at the dead kit. "This one is dead. The cause may be kit-cough, though it is unusual in a kit so old. Tell the queens to be on guard."
Iron lowered his head, eyes clouded in grief. "Yes, my lady."
He slowly turned and trudged down one of the tunnels towards the Dens. -
Chaos hissed. "Quiet! And get out of the fresh-kill! Before you get whatever the other one had in the meat!"
-
"Silence. Stay away from the other kits. I wish to see how your symptoms progress over time without having to worry about having a plague on my paws.
-
"Good. Now, into the Labyrinth with you. There are plenty of caves there for you to wait in. I'll check on you in a couple of days."
Chaos turned away from the kit, continuing to survey the surrounding forest. "Dagger, go find me something to eat." -
Granite scowled. "Look, there's a thorn in it."
He struck suddenly, aiming to carve a shallow gash down the she-cat's side as punishment. -
Chaos scowled. "As if I want to wait however many hours it will take you to catch something decent."
She walked up to the fresh-kill pile and sifted through it until she found a fat vole. He strode away from it, stepping on the fresh-kill as she walked away. "Garnet, go find- and punish- Dagger. I do not suffer fools gladly."Garnet bowed her head low, but her eyes sparkled in delight. "Yes, mistress."
-
Garnet raced down the mountainside, easily catching up to the larger cat. With a flying leap, she landed on the other side of her prey than she began, and extended her claws towards her opponent, aiming to claw a gash down her side- nothing lethal, of course, but enough to teach her a lesson.
