Fang was up early. He was laying on a couch vision in the corner of the Common. He had a plump mouse next to him. He ate it quickly and stood up to stretch his legs. He walked away from his cushion and toward the center of the Common. "Hello," Fang greeted Shamrock.
Spirit was sorting her herbs. They were low on some vital herbs. "I'll have to go out and fetch more later," she thought to herself.
Bubbles was fast asleep on a blanket.
Andy was relaxing comfortably on a pillow. "I'm feeling lazy today," he said to himself with a yawn.

Otter splash flicked his ears. He heard bickering. He padded up to the three apprentices. "What's the problem here?" He asked Meadowpaw in a soothing voice. "It's probably nothing," he thought to himself. Apprentices are always fighting.

"I see," said Ottersplash. "You two should listen to Meadowpaw. The elders deserve to be comfortable. You should respect them." Ottersplash told Pearlpaw and Shellpaw. "How about I help you?" Ottersplash suggested to Pearlpaw and Shellpaw.
"Sure!" Oceanbreeze said. She padded through the forest looking for another prey item. Soon enough she found a vole in a bush. Crouching low and creeping through the undergrowth, she advanced on her target. The vole turned around to see Oceanbreeze and scurried away. Oceanbreeze sighed and looked around for what might have spooked the vole. She spotted a bird in the tree. Climbing the tree carefully, she batted the bird out of the air and killed it with a swift bite to the neck. She purred at her victory and buried it.

Orchid star greeted Zinniatail and Ipheionfur with a warm smile. "Goodmorning," she said to them politely. She was waiting for the clan to stir. Hopefully the deputy would be awake in time to arrange patrols.

Orchidstar glanced at the siblings and laughed quietly to herself. "I want to go on the dawn patrol," Orchidstar said to no one in particular.

"It would be my pleasure!" Fang said delighted. He flicked his tail and said "Let's go,"
"Actually yes, thanks for asking," Spirit said. "Do you kind coming with me to get some more herbs from the park?" Spirit asked Hope.

Orchidstar nodded "Of course!" She meowed excited to get out of camp. "Zinnia tail, Ipheionfur, do you want to join us on the dawn patrol?" Orchidstar asked them.

Iciclestar woke up early. He wanted to check on Frostpoppy before going on the dawn patrol. He stood to stretch his legs and padded into the Elders den. "Hello Frostpoppy," he said quietly.
Frostpoppy was already awake. "Hello," he greeted Iciclestar with a smile. "How are you today?" He asked.
"Good and you?" Iciclestar said.
"A little hungry," Frostpoppy admitted smirking.
Iciclestar sighed amused. He went and fetched a squirrel from the kill pile and brought it to Frostpoppy. He then left him in peace to eat his meal.
Frozenspirit was still sleeping. She was up almost all night with an apprentice who couldn't fall asleep because of a stomach ache. She had used up all her Juniper berries and would have to go out today and get more.
Iceswirl was planning on going on a hunting patrol. She woke up and padded out of her den. She looked around to see who was up.

"Yea!" She laughed agreeing. After a few more catches; another mouse, a thrush, and a few voles, Oceanbreeze finished hurrying her prey. "Do you think we should head back?" She asked Lightningcloud.

Orchidstar nodded to the sisters and to Raventail. Then she headed out of the camp. "Let's go," she said and waited for the rest of the patrol to follow her.
