Wind Haven? Last he heard, his own daughter was leading that Clan. It was unfortunate that Electrickisses had to be one that Feliciano had failed to burture and give care too properly that she as a young kit ran away from him and her own family... But he had a feeling that it was serious news from the tone of this messenger’s voice. Feliciano could only come right next to Havana and only wait for this Wind Haven member to tell them the news.

He held his breath slightly, in own trepidon to hear what news this member has to bring over to them.

“I don’t like this. I’m literally a real life version of Clifford the Big Red Dog.” A deep voice came from a canine that appeared alongthe group, with ears folded back to his own embarrassment that he was turned to something like this. He was not just any red. He was bright red of all fucking things and he would havee been alright if he was just a great dane.

But no. Like everyone else, he was played, and played real bad and there was nothing more he’d actually like to do than to revert back. But then, he heard the whines of one white dog, that he can feel his emotions through him... That was Deut?

He only stared for moments before he spoke “West, at least you’re still in normal color. At least you’re not bright pink or bright red, like what they did with me.” He decided to say, looking up in jealousy eith his mate’s pranked form. That body seemed so much better that he actually will prefer that over this large form of the largest dog breed in existance, which is a Great Dane.

Hearing his mate explain about how he had a nightmare of how he was in the past, how he had acted upon Feliciano and all the remorse that Feliciano could clearly feel from him, he couldn’t help but nuzzle closer, leaning to Deutsch’s own frame, and letting out purrs that show how relaxed he is at this point.

“It’s alright, West. It was all in the past, and something we left behind and we’ve both changed so much since then. We’re not the same as who we were when all that mess was still happening.” It was a small hope that this assurance would help the other feel better, especially in a nightmare that Deutsch had to recount a horrible thing he’d done to Feliciano... Well, not exactly done, but it’s instead what he thought he had done over to him. But, with that thought alone, that gave him an idea. One that he thought would help the other feel better.

“If it would help... I never exactly got really manipulated by you. I just pretended that I actually got manipulated so you’d suspect of me less.” He said those words soft, not gazing into his mate but not purposely looking away, as he delved into the memory of how he had figured it out from body language alone. Even to this day, he could remember how scared he was, and had it not been his sudden confidence to stand his ground, and sink to his knees and pretend to submit, he would have given birth to kits that he knew would be trained by Deut himself for a personal army.

Feliciano was definitely more than hyped about Valentines Day, as it holds quite a lot of significance to him, and to showing his love more than ever to Deutsch. There were numerous fantasies in Feliciano’s head as to how it could go, how he and his mate could spend time together for long hours and be close, just talking, or be together and using the day as a valid excuse as to spend time only together, and especially the night time-

But he should stop his tracks there, for Sam had inquired of any possible ideas for Valentines, and humming in thought, the feline thought of one that may be good “There’s this game called Tiny Dancer, where a couple is given like a large sheet of paper, and they must dance within the area without getting out of the paper. After each song they dance to, the paper is folded to half, and it gets harder to dance on the small space, and the longest couple to last will win. I think it’ll be in good play with this years’ Valentines day.” He stated, smiling widely because he even could imagine him and his own mate playing that game together and how engaging that would be between them. Now is only a matter of time to see if it’s a good idea to be implemented, so he gazed at the others eagerly to see if they have their opinions regarding on what he said.

One thing that sucks about being away from home for long periods of time was that there were many of his belongings that were neglected, and that included stuff like his paintings, his art materials and other junk that piled along over the years. Thankfully, while he shared a den with his mate, he had a seperate housing that housed all of where he was allowed to bring out forth his creative spirit.

Which also became partly a mess storage space that Feliciano had never looked at ever again since he placed them there. And now, it was time to pay a little visit. He stood at the front of this treehouse, looking at it with contempt as to whether he should bother even going inside. The place was not maintained, and he could see spiderwebs in the corner of the window. Taking a deep breath, he stepped forward, and pushed the door open, ears flattened.

It was all as he had left it.

There were paint stains in different places, scattered around the house, and also newspapers that made sure the wooden flooring won’t get stained. There was an easel he used to put up canvases, and yes, there were the art supplies at the desk in the far left of the house, that were visibly gathering dust because of how this desk was placed to face a window that gave a beautiful view of all the other houses outside. Then.... there was another door, a door he knew he had to open after so long.

Gulping, he approached this door that leads to the cabinet area, and he knew all too well it was full of stuff he had never taken out after placing them in hastily. He opened the door, and then-

    CRASH!

Feliciano almost immediately got buried in the pile of what appears to be definitely various items that he couldn’t believe are still around. He shouted loudly in surprise when almost everything toppled on top of him, blocking him from view. Since the door outside was open, there was no doubt that anyone nearby could have heard that loud crashing sound from this sound that got the feline exactly where he is right now.

Feli couldn’t help but huff a hearty, genuine laugh at that. Not because his mate’s words were anything ridiculous but quite... Contrasting to how he would act like the dignified military dog that he was towards others. It was like a subtle sign to Feli that he really did trust him, just as much as he trusted West.

“If I had to be honest, your persuation and wooing skills were very tempting, even for me who knows full well that... You’ve changed.” he admitted, letting his paw rest on top of Deut’s own “But it was only to my own observation that I figured it was a trick. Like, I noticed your actions were stiff, not relaxed, like how you usually would be. You were too rough on your nuzzles when I know you took care in being also gentle with them.” He sighed at that, and then stopped in his words when he could feel the lingering guilt that his mate still had over this.

The smile he had faltered at this realization that guilt still overwhelmed Deutsch, and possibly, no matter how many “It’s okay”’s Feli would offer, there was something still going on that plagued Deut heavily, even with that nightmare.

    Until he got an idea!

His eyes widened, blinked from sleep and looked back at Deut “But... I guess since we probably wouldn’t be going back to sleep any time soon... Want to go out and visit Tira? I’m sure that’ll make us feel both better. I haven’t seen her in a while too, you know. Hopefully she’ll be more than happy to keep us company.” He suggested to Deut, and there was a bit of apprehension in his voice. Somehow, though it sounded like the best idea in the world, there was some doubt telling him maybe its best not to, but he shook those away.

It was only for this night when his mate needed the company of all his current family. It would turn out well. It won’t be horrible to see her now, right? If anything, she would be the mood lifter over to the shadowy dreadfulness that overcame her father, and she was the medicine and driving force that’ll just remove that.

Feli himself hasn’t been around, and it was also something he wanted to improve on very well himself. So when, the time came that weekly tasks came on. It was his opportunity to go right back into Clan business. No more slacking off for him, or taking longer naps that necessary. His Clan was something he had to take care off, so approaching Sam, he raised a paw “I’d like a task myself!” He said, smiling over at the canine. It was good to be back home, and finalyl having the strength to do something.

It was no secret by now that Feli loved flowers. Just, maybe a bit too much than anyone would have thought.

Second to painting, sniffing and admiring flowers were a guilty pleasure hobby, because he knows that he could do something better than this. Yet he still indulged himself in it, and happily let the flowers brush against his pelt, making him smell like flowers too, which he didn’t mind. It was a good smell for those around him, and often counters Deut’s own scent of leather, metal and forest.

But as he was going on as normal, it was sudden to hear what appear to be Edelweiss appear. He raised a brow, until the eagle came closer and handed him what appeared to be a piece of paper, written he should go to Tempesta to meet someone. Someone who he knew was his mate, West. Thanking the avian that handed him the note, he rushed over o Tempesta, and looked around, squinted when he saw nothing... Save for rose petals...?

It clicked. Was this something was Valentine’s Day? He chuckled to himself. This was an interesting turn of events, but he followed the trail of rose petals seeming to lead off somewhere, that he knew where Deut may be. The path really was not even, and full of different twists and turns and maybe he should just be patient and see where this leads to.

Then, after a while of following the rose petals, he knows this direction, of where it must be leading to.

    It’s leading him back home.

His heart almost jumped out of his throat that moment, can’t help but think of how much he loved Deutschland, adored him and wanted to be with him for life. He can be quite a sap when he wanted to, and these were simply the rare moments when that said sap showed.

He started running, to follow the rose petals all the way to the house, until he reached the front door. Fumbling with his paws in anticipation, he let himself relax, knowing his mate must be inside, waiting only for him. Takign a few deep breathes, he entered, and his jaw just dropped.

The place was decorated with rose petals and candles, and it all sets to one good location to spend time on Valentine’s Day. Then, his eyes narrowed over at Deutschland, who looked rather silly with a rose flower over his mouth, and he can’t help but giggle a bit, bashful that his own mate did this all for them for this special day.

“West...? You did all this?” Feli was beaming at him, and there were many of the positive emotions swirling around his thoughts, like happiness, warmth and most of all, love for this very individual who was in front of him. Who knew that after almost four years, they’re still together like this?

As a young apprentice who knew nothing much, he knew a little about Deutsch and Elvis' history, as it goes back a bit earlier than his relationship with Deut. He could remember the fond days of his childhood jealousy whenever his mate interacted with the other male, and as far as doubt goes, made him think how much is his worth to Deut. Was he really something that the German Shepherd loved? Or was Deutschland only in love with the idea of him?

It increased by the time Deutsch had cheated on him with Prussia of all others, decreased when they got married, and increased once more at another break off. It was safe to say that throughout the years, their relationship had been on and off, partly because Feliciano had his own fears of Deutsch being disloyal come true, and also how he felt like he was nothing more than some object that Deutsch can use and throw away with ease, and partly because Deutsch had once accused Feli that he did nothing to help their relationship out, when he knew It himself he tried to salvage it best he can, and actually was the one trying to glue it all back together.

Even now, with them being back together, happy, and finally in bliss and in assurance that they'll never have anyone aside from themselves, there were moments he could remember those times, and it was not something nice to remember at all. Still he tries to distract himself with the company of Deut, thinking that it's not good to look back like that, that it was better to simply move on and enjoy being with his own mate.

So, even when he was hunting out in the territory, the large and tall redwood trees looming about him, he hummed in a good-natured tone, carrying a rabbit that he caught all to himself. It was a very successful catch that he would be sure to savor when he gets home, but then he could scent his mate nearby, and hear others talking near the border... Flickering his ears, he decided to go on and investigate. He digs a hole and hides the rabbit down there, to be fetched and eaten later after checking out what was going on.

Seeing Deutsch, he was about to bound for him, to go on and nuzzle him close, and it was then when he sees... what supposedly was someone... unfamiliar? Maybe familiar, since he knows Deut's old name, and is... hugging him...? Was this someone he should know? Still, he shouldn't feel like something is off just because his mate is being hugged by this other male. He mentally scolded himself for that twinge of jealousy that came over to him. Deutsch wouldn't do that to him, not when he already promised to Feli enough that there is only him and him alone.

Maybe just acting confused is enough. Nodding in approval of that thought and action, he approached, visibly blinked in confusion, head tilted slightly over in looking at the two males "...West? Everything alright in there?" Feli himself had also changed, with Italian accent almost gone, but still quite there after spending a lot of time with his own grandpa for the past few months. Unlike Deut, his physical appearance is now a dark brown classic tabby, so maybe, just as much as he doesn't recognize this other canine was Elvis, Elvis himself wouldn't recognize Feli, unless he could hear that slight Italian accent that was the smallest hint of him being Feliciano, at least.

Death. Blood, gore and death. Feliciano was not unfamilliar to any of those three things, as he has seen many things in his lifetime that could be concieved to be traumatizing. He had seen Deutsch maul a rouge when he was younger. He had seen his own daughter dead on the ground, and he had seen his own child getting swallowed and gobbled up by a murderer that didn’t care less about how much he had made Feliciano suffer through so much turmoil and heartbreak that plagued him in that darkest hour.

So when he was out fetching all the prey he buried in his last hunting patrol earlier this morning, the blood splayed on trees, and organs, muscles and torn flesh all over the ground was a shock to his sight. Still, he remained calm. He has seen somthing much worst than this. It was alright. He has to be calm, remain indifferent. He was not a young helpless kitten that was a true pacifist at heart and vomited at anything that had been a result of violence. He had to adapt and tell himself this was part of the world he lived in, a world where murderers and rapists still roam around and could endanger your life.

Remaining calm, he decided to just look away from this brutal sight, and start calling for any clanmates that might be nearby. “Anyone! There was been a murder that took place here! Call Deutsch if necessary!” This was something his mate had to see, especially a murder this kind. Someone was smart enough to sniff right under their noses, and kill an innocent victim.

Unless, that someone had been part of that Clan. If that is so, then there is indeed, a murderer on the lose.

If there were a few words that Feliciano could easily describe in this whole thing that he witnessed, it was a mess. Like, the kind of mess that made Feliciano’s house storage look like the most organized room ever. He could still remember when Dream and Sam used to be together when he was much younger, and it was not really hard to understand why Sam said the words that he did.

All he didn’t understand as to why Lucian was that rude. He didn’t need to act like that. So, when he watched Nymeria scamper off, and leave Sam, Dreamseeker alongside what he thinks is Sam and Nymeria’s son, he approached closer, smiled hesitantly at the returned member.

“Er... Welcome back, Dream... It’s been a long while.” He said, uncomfortable in the tense silence that filled the area. “If you don’t remember me, it’s Feliciano. We weren’t too close... But I still remember you being around before...” he folded his ears, unsure if this was alright to have in a conversation, especially with this tense silence. Maybe he shouldn’t have spoken. This was not helping this situation at all.

Oh sure! Maybe along the way Feli can like console on her on lal the stuff that went down with her and sam lmao, and also share stuff that has been going on the past few years of his life.

his ears perked up when Sam gave him the task of working with... Regis? Huh. He didn't particularly get to know the current medic of Thunderlands, since they barely interacted, mostly due to him not being around majority of the time. He gazed at Regis, and gave a knowing nod to him. They might not know each other much, but he guessed that perhaps with this task, it is an opportunity to actually have a conversation with each other.

"So, uh, Regis, right?" he inquired, as he approached the older male, looked up to him. Compared to Regis, Feli was much smaller than him, being nothing bigger than a domestic feline, and one would think Feli would be rather amazed at how larger the medic is than him. But, after living for years in these lands, having seen different creatures in all his lifetime, some of them being bigger than the other, he was quite used to it, and thus was calm in meeting different creatures. Lions were not the strangest individuals he had met, after all.

"I could use some help showing me around Caelum... I haven't actually completely memorized them." and that's mostly to my fault, really he bitterly scolded to himself, knowing that if he hadn't been on and off about being in Thunderlands, he would have known the geography of the Clan. But no. Even if he was one of those members that helped Deut discover this wonderful territory, he still doesn't know at least some of the areas. It was something he was ashamed off, but better deal with learning more than later. He has to do this for the Clan, after all.
