Oni rushed forward and pulled Spirit off Miles. Neither were being particularly nice at the moment. She glanced at the human who had for some unknown reason and felt a strange power coming from her. She stood up straight and closed her eyes, white and black swishing around her until her horns and tail were invisible. She also plaited her hair, hoping it's silver color would be less noticeable when done up. She then walked over to the new girl. "who are you?" she asked, her eyes narrowed with suspicion.

"And what are you?" Oni said, stepping back a little. "I can feel your power."

"A lot." Oni answered. "Why are you in this school if you're half dragon?"

Oni frowned and stepped away. Sapphire really should be in a school like Bullfinch, but for some reason she wasn't. "You should come back with us." She said, then turned to the others. "How are we getting back?"

Oni watched the interaction between the two shifters.

Oni thought, then turned to Sapphire. "Which way to the roof? And is there anything like a forest nearby?"

Oni picked Miles up. "We're not just giving in idiot!" she said to him, then started dragging him along, pushing students out the way until she found a staircase, and lead him upstairs, where it was a little quieter. She kept running through the halls, looking for a way out.

"Then we just need to find a quiet place." Oni said, and pushed her way into and empty classroom dragging Miles behind her. "Will this do?"

Oni stood next to the door, her invisible wings flapping slightly in agitation. She kept glancing out the windows in the door to make sure that no one was thinking of entering.

"Same." She said. "I had transformation first, but then my teacher got pulled into and alternate dimension." She laughed a little at the thought. "I wander if stuff like this happens all the time."

Oni laughed. She decided that she was going to get used to stuff like this. "I guess it would be like that!" She said, then heard Xavier's announcement. "Since I'm fastest, i'll make sure everyone gets through."

Oni knew what miles was doing and joined in. "What beautiful eyes you have, they sparkle in the light." she said, the crated a shining ball of light in her hand. "Oh my, how this light makes your scales shine, maybe you should follow it." the ball started to float towards the portal.

(They're in a different world and Xavier has a portal back open, but Sapphire transformed into a dragon, so they're trying to clam her down or get her to go throuhg.)

Oni looked back at the portal. "I might be able to help hold it open." Oni offered, keeping her eyes on Sapphire.

Oni saw that Miles had the dragon under control. She turned and ran to help Xavier. She raised her hand and held them palm out as they started glowing. Black and white streaks started circling the outside of the portal. She turned to Xavier. "That should extend the time it's open for. Maybe a few minutes, maybe a few hours." she said.

Oni nodded and ran out of the classroom, using her wings to avoid the busy hallways. She found the others and picked them up using light magic. She raced back along, her eyes blazing a fierce red as she cleared a path in the hallway for he friends, who were being dragged behinf her. she quickly flew theough the portal and pulled them through too.

Oni undid her hair and let her magic melt away on the other side of the portal. She looked around at the others. She watched as Sapphire soared in the sky, seeming happier and nicer than in the other world. MAybe it would be good for her here.

Oni noticed something wrong. Lily was nowhere to be seen. She frowned and walked through a few corridors looking for her, then went outside and flew around, looking for a sign of her. She flew next to Sapphire and Miles. "Have you seen Lily?" she said, soaring next to them.
