The annual Pokemon Games, where rescue teams go against each other in a race of skills and teamwork. The team with the most rescues wins. Riker placed an arm around her as he drove.
She smiled.

"W-Where am I?....... W-What happened?....." Ali's eyes opened slowly, a view of a beach coming into sight. She stood up and walked towards the water to make sure she was okay. When she looked at her reflection, she saw an Eevee. "Gah!" She screamed loudly.

He kissed her forehead softly. "I love you....."

Her eyes widened as she heard the Meowstic and Torchic talking. "T-Talking pokemon!" She exclaimed. She vigorously shook her head. "This cannot be true, it's all just a dream. I'll soon wake up in my cozy bed...." Ali closed her eyes for a few moments before opening them again, still seeing Eve and Shiro. "I-It's true....."

"But, I am not a pokemon- er, was. I'm actually a human. I don't belong here." The Eevee said, her brown eyes wide in shock.

Ali was about to reply, til a voice interupted her. "Humans are real, my dear." A Delcatty joined the small group. A platinum scarf was around her neck, a heart design on it. Her eyes were set on. the young Ali. "They are not just a story told to young pokemon to get them to sleep."

The Delcatty sighed. "How can she capture you if she's a pokemon?" She called out to the Espurr. She sighed and turned to Eve. "I am Kitty, leader of Team Pink Heart." She replied.
The Eevee perked up. "I'm Ali, and I would never do such a thing to a pokemon."

Kitty purred. "I am flattered, Shiro, but we're not recruiting pokemon at the moment. We're training for the Games."
Ali raised an eyebrow. "Rescue team? Games? I feel like this is some sorta Hunger Games-based world."

IC: He chuckled as he pulled into the driveway. "We're here."

Both Ali and Kitty sighed. "That's not what it's about." Ali replied. "It's about a event where 24 teenaged humans kill each other."

"Exactly. Team Pink Heart is entering this year, me and Blitz representing the team." Kitty replied, looking to Ali. "You can make a team and sign up."
Ali nodded. "I'll try."

Kitty nodded. "With teams now, they do. Back when I started, all you needed was two."

She gave Flare a glare. "A rescue team works on teamwork. You can't get far by yourself."
