"Well, he certainly is a very interesting little fellow." Jet says as he takes out his dex and records information on Dewy. "I've never seen one before...I hope you don't mind." Jet laughed. He hoped that there was going to be a lot of new Pokemon on this island, so maybe there would be. "Well...if Serenity is caught up, maybe we could battle instead." Jet exclaims.

OOC: Welp, shes back xD Sorry Serenity...
IC: "Well, alright, I guess I can face you both at some point but I did ask Serenity first." Jet laughs and throws out his Grovyle to lead with. Grovyle's eyes widen as he realizes its time for battle and he gets in his stance. He hadn't battled for a while and he felt a bit rusty on the joints but he would do his best as always. Maybe he would even hit evolution soon if he kept trying.

"Yup, or we can just go." Jet said in a kind of impatient tone. His blood was tense and he was excited. Battles were always so fun, even back at home. "So, a Vaporeon? Was that your starting Pokemon or somebody you met along your path?" Jet asked out of curiosity.

IC: Grovyle falls to his knees but is at a little over half damage, he gets up retaliates with a Leaf Blade.
OOC: Not sure how to make a battle 4 sentences without blabbing...

Grovyle was hit back a bit but got up, he was now around one fourth health and he used Frenzy Plant to try and finish off the Vaporeon.

Grovyle is about to pass out, so Jet quickly returns her. He sends out his Fluriyena (Fire/Dark type) and he uses Dark Pulse on the Flareon hoping for a flinch.

Fluriyena winced a bit in pain, and flinched and couldn't attack.

The Fire Spin boosts Fluriyenas attack with its Flash Fire and he used Crunch on the Flareon with his boosted stat.

Fluriyena is down to one fourth health and uses one last move, Fire Blast!

Fluriyena takes the hit with a whopping 1 HP left and decides to finish Glaceon off with Overheat! The flames though also knock Fluriyena out.

Jet sent out his Jolteon and waited for the Sylveons attack. Jolteon got in his defensive pose and waited as well.

Jet quickly withdraws his Pokemon and looks at the strang Pokemon infront of the Maxie look alike. He can see the sheer anger in her eyes and can tell some trouble is coming. Jet walked over and stood between the two and looked dead in the girls eyes to see if he could sense any motives.

IC: Jet looks at Serenity with eyes that apologize for putting the battle on hold. Jet just had a bad gut feeling. He looked at Serenity for a second and noticed a tail that he hadn't noticed before. A bit confused, he started to ask about it before cutting himself off. Now was not the time.
OOC: Oops, I fixed that last message then. I forgot she was an absol...my fault.

Looking around the area, Jet noticed the Mega Espeon cowering in fear. What was wrong with her? Nothing seemed wrong with the Absol...it was just a ordinary Dark type...right? Jet stepped back and looked at the Espeon with expecting eyes for an answer.

Jet noticed Serenity letting her Pokemon talk to the Absol, and Jet followed suit. He released Gallade from his ball and he asked him softly to tell him whats going on. The Gallade nodded and looked at the Absol. "Hello there, one of the Disasters. My master wishes to know why you arrive here."

Jet was looking at Solar for awhile and finally got a the message. The Absol was warning them about...Maxie? Maxie was...the same Maxie from his home region of Hoenn? What would he be doing here? Jet walked over the the red haired man and said "Maxie, I am just curious...what brings you to our group of trainers anyway?"

Taking not a moment to lose, Jet's Gallade looked at the Absol and tackled it to the ground with a Close Combat and held him down.

As Serenity and Gallade held the Absol down, Jet rushed over to Maxie and tried to help him up. He wasn't sure what was going on but he knew this man for sure didn't need to die. Jet yelped at Serenity "Keep hold of Absol, Gallade will help you, I'm getting him out of here."

Jet grabbed Maxie and he ran further into the forest, and after awhile, he found a stump on the ground and he let Maxie sit. "Well, that certainly was eventful huh? Do you know why that Absol would have attacked you like that?"

Gallade continues to hold down the Absol, who is getting more and more agitated. He quickly made a fast call and used Will-O-Wisp on the Absol to lower the attack of it so it would be less dangerous. He wouldn't want anybody getting hurt from this Pokemon, right?
