Marriage? He was suggesting marriage? It definitely wasn't unfamiliar to Terrasen, who had grown up around kingdoms playing the game of thrones (see what I did there?), but he wasn't aware that anybody in this region (realm?) did anything of the sort.
A little stunned, he decided not to speak, which wasn't all that out of character.

In fact, he was stating it in a way that he thought her wandering was hostile, and that he was her final destination.
He watched her carefully. "You are settling into the Rift well?" His growling tone asked rather reluctantly.
