Joshua laughed and shook his head before he popped the cork and looked up slowly as she walked out, blinking in surprise as he looked at her outfit.

Ashley sighed, swearing at himself under his breath before wiping the tear slowly and kissing her. "You aren't a monster. I did that so you wouldn't have to do anything and I could finish it with less of a mess. I know you don't like using your magic."

Ashley laughed as he brushed her hair and tucked it behind her ear. He looked in her eyes. "Honestly, I've wanted to do that for a very long time."

"Shut up. That's the past. Something you cannot change no matter how hard you try!" Ashley raised his voice slightly, frowning at her. "I've done bad * too," he said, his voice now calm and soothing as he held her head and wiped her tears. "I move forward now because I know I can control my future. And I want to move forward because of you. I love you Ra."

"I've always wanted to kiss you. May have been why I decided to kiss you to get the blood in your system," he said with a shrug.

"I'll only use it when I have too. Now, are we going to go back together or should I just go? I don't want to, but if you tell me too, I will," he said as his hand was barely touching hers in case she said the latter.

"I'm glad I did too," he said as he stood up and put more blood in her flask. "Look, if you don't like me or you don't want this to be a thing when we get back, I need to know now."

Ashley took his hand away with a small sigh as he lit another cigarette.

"I love you too." Joshua kissed her again before gesturing to the spot on the bed next to him. "Sit down with me."

Mitchell groaned as he came, pulling out and covering her in it. It collected in pools all over her. He started to slow his breathing and smiled at her slightly

Ashley looked down at her and a small smile grew on his face. "Not so defensive all the time," he whispered so she couldn't hear. He then looked forward and kept walking, reaching their hotel room where he placed her in the bed.

He looked around before holding out a towel for her to wipe off with. "Want something to drink?"

Ashley smiled as he laid down next to her and looked at her. "Yeah. Sorry if I woke you up. Wanted you to sleep. You need it."
