    Sorry, Flamewing. This is private between myself and Decadent.

    And I don't mind who you play whatsoever! Do you have any plots in mind that may correlate with the personality of your character, or are you just thinking something random? maybe they hang out at a world meeting or an after party something?

    The vampire hunter's daughter. That's all Alex Deniro had ever been known as. Her mom was chief of one of the more notorious organizations, one that was known for experimenting on the vampires they captured. They performed horrendous deeds on the creatures of the night before eventually killing them with a stake through the heart.

    Alex never went anywhere unsupervised. Her mother was rich and powerful, the kind of woman who had the money to hire bodyguards for her precious family. Everywhere Alex went, so did two armed men.

    It just so happened that, for the first time in a month, she had slipped out of sight from her guards. The sixteen year old had made a run for it, thrown on a raggedy black t-shirt, some jeans, and jumped out the window. It was late at night, and her only option had been to travel by foot. So that's just what she did. Running her hands through her bobbed, caramel brown hair, she plodded onward through the shadowy trees. She had no destination in particular. She merely wanted a breath of fresh air.

    OOC: Your character, a vampire, finds Alex in the middle of the woods. It just so happens that every vampire is told to watch out for her mother, but the entire Deniro family is known among vampires. When your character discovers that she is the daughter of a notorious vampire hunter, he is quick to kidnap her for a huge ransom. Of course, as the two become more acquainted, a romance begins to form and loyalties are questioned.

I ended up taking an unexpected break from the site when my mom grounded me. I got caught sneaking out of the house. Anyway, I'm back and redesgined my entire profile.

    Your character, a male human, has just been bought as a servant by a wealthy family of vampires. My character, the youngest of the vampires, takes a particular liking towards him and it soon turns into a romance.

    IC:
    Running a hand through her glossy dark hair, Lisette leaned back against the kitchen counter. She was impatient, as it had been nearly six hours since her brother had left to pick up the new servant boy. She hoped he would be a change from the last one- an older man of forty whose blood had the most peculiar taste. He'd died of a heart attack. It was nobody's fault, a purely coincidental tragedy. Nevertheless, they were getting a new one and he was supposed to be in much better health than the last. She paused, a slow smirk appearing over her features at the sound of a car engine pulling into the driveway.

    [hr]

    Matthias sighed as he pulled into the driveway. He had spent four hours driving all together that day. Needless to say, he was more than ready to get out and stretch his legs. He glanced into the rearview mirror, a thoughtful smile on his face as he regarded the servant boy- Lucian. "Here we are," he uttered, opening up the door and stepping out. The home he shared with his sister, brother, and father was huge. It was one of those old, worn Victorian homes with chipped white paint and grand windows looking out of each room. He crossed his arms over his chest and raised an eyebrow at Lucian. "Home sweet home. I think my sister, Lisette, is the only one home right now. Miles and my Father should be home tonight."

    IC: Alex walked in silence through the shadowy masses of trees. She was unfazed by the darkness, as she had been trained in harsher conditions. Her big, honey colored eyes scanned through the shadows but it was to no avail. It was pitch black. Good. So my guards can't find me. she thought with a sense of grim satisfaction.

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]It all happened so fast, but the next thing Alex knew, the breath had been knocked right out of her chest and she was being held down from behind. No, no, no! This couldn't be happening! "Get off of me." she croaked, squirming fiercely to at least flip over and get a clearer view of her attacker.

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]Matthias shrugged as he ascended the creaky wooden staircase. He wasn't at all worried that Lucian would make a run for it with his back turned. If that did so happen to occur, there was no way he would get very far once he realized he was gone. "Oh, you know... Cleaning. I think Dad made some kind of chart for you to read, but I'll have to find it." he explained, turning the brass knob of the front door and entering the home. That wasn't all Lucian would do, of course. Feeding from bags all the time could be tedious. Sometimes, a change was nice and they just so happened to be rich enough to afford to feed from the vein.

    [hr]

    Almost at once, Lisette flashed into a dim entry room of the house. Her dark green eyes hardly acknowledged her brother's arrival, as she could care less about him. She had to see him every day. "Where's he at? Is it another old guy?" she demanded, flashing a teasing grin as she struggled to see over Matthias's broad shoulders. There were times when Lisette, despite being as old and 'wizened' as she was... could be completely immature. She didn't care about this, of course. Outside, she could see the sky beginning to lighten with the first signs of morning. Most 'under the table' deals such as buying servants were done at night which, in their case, came in handy.

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]He had wanted to... drain her? Alex's face went a chalky pale as she realized what that meant. She was being attacked by a vampire. No! This couldn't be happening! Fear flashed behind her dark eyes, but it was gone in a split second. She had been taught better than to show fear in a situation like this. "Let me go!" she demanded, her voice raising into an enraged shout now that she had regained her voice. "Let me go or my mother will rip every last one of your limbs off ,you- you mosquito!" She was a feisty one, Alex was.

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]Alex scowled, her eyes ablaze with fury. "I think you might actually know her, bloodsucker," she spat. It was nothing new for her to see the fangs of a vampire, but never before had it been an actual danger to her. She had only ever seen them in laboratories or on the rare occasions her mother would bring her to a stakeout. Now, the danger was real and it sent a shiver of agitation through her body. Even so, she jerked her chin with means of defiance before continuing. "My mother is Elizabeth Deniro, and she'll cut those fangs right out of your face, followed by each and every one of your teeth if you bite me."

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]Alex gaped, her eyes as round as platters as they stared back up into his. When her mom heard of the situation, she would be outraged. But would she pay up? "You- you mean a ransom?" she demanded. Having worn herself out, she at last fell still. The vampire was stronger than her, that was basic knowledge.

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]Alex was terrified and furious, an interesting combination. Even so, she was left with no choice but to storm after him. "She- she won't do anything for you. Ask for all the money in the world, but you won't get a single dime!" She was not quite sure the validity of her statement. Her mother loved her, but only just as much as she loved her job... and money. So, really, Alex was always in a competition against the two. "Loosen your grip!" she whined after a moment. "You might rip my arm off or something."

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]Alex choked a little at his words. "She'll gut you if you lay a single fang on me." She was running low on threats and energy. Even as she walked, she kept glancing over her shoulder as if hoping that her guards had somehow miraculously noticed her disappearance. She knew that, until morning, everybody thought she was still asleep in her bed. This was a terrible idea. I'm stuck. Oh, I'm so stuck. What use was her strength against a vampire? Without weapons, she had nothing. "So what? You're going to murder me if you don't get what you want?" she asked after a while. Her voice croaked a little, a little sound that she mentally cursed.

    I was drawn to the scent of blood. It was strong and sudden, a definite contrast to the musty odor of the forest. Now, I wasn't one for feeding straight from humans. In fact, I tended to lean more towards animals but that familiar, sharp scent... It made my fangs twitch at my gums. You don't want to hurt anyone, Eli. I had to remind myself, even as I came to a jarring halt amid the darkness. The smell was stronger than ever and the source... was right before me. A girl. "Are you hurt?" I crossed my arms around my chest and swallowed hard. As strong as the urge was, I had to repress it. I couldn't hurt anyone again.

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]Alex clenched her jaw as he decided to carry her over his shoulder- like some kind of ragdoll! "Well I don't like how fast you walk, so tough. Let me down, Fangs." She did not yet have a name of this vampire nor did she care to know it so long as she could keep the insulting nicknames coming.

    [align=left]

    [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; bordercolor= invisible; borderwidth= 0px; overflow: auto; width: 500px; font-family: verdana; color: --;][justify]"Uck, Connor. I prefer Fangs." Alex retorted. She tried to lift herself torso up into a more comfortable, or at least humane position, but it was to no avail. She was left dangling there with the temptation to kick him in the face all too strong. "But my name is Alex. Deniro." Even though he pretty much knew at this point, she was sure to add her last name.

    OOC: Sure!

    Bitten? My arctic blue eyes narrowed amidst the shadows contouring my face. Could she have been familiar with vampires then? Or even worse... Werewolves? There was no sign of any werewolf nearby, however, so I walked forward and crouched down to her height. Judging by the two streams of blood running adjacent to each other down her neck, I'd say it was the work of a vampire. "How long ago was this? Did you- did you have anything in your system at the time?" If she happened to have had the blood of a vampire in her system at the time she was bitten, then there was a possibility of... transition. However, if this wasn't the case, then she may have died of bloodloss at any moment and never woke up.
