    the black and white mare trugged weakly through the snow, her frame slender and frail, her whiskers hung from ice, and her breath floated lightly in the air, her eyes blinking from the bitter cold. She let her tail whisk her side for no reason, wishing of summer. Ianite had lost her foal in mid-fall, it was a coyote Attack and there was nothing she could do, for the filly was so frail, and petite. She had blamed it on her former and still, enemy Violet, saying she baited the beasts in, but it was just an excuse I guess. Her ear flicked back and she stopped, lowering her head and peacefully relaxing by herself with the pregnant Appaloosa, Brayer, who rested her white head on Ianite's black and white spotted back.

I could live with a herd of bachelors and never get harmed." she snorted, her chocolate eyes tempered as she watched through the trees, there was someone here....A black and white stud...She could hear the voice of a second horse too. With a small swish of her tail, she turned and headed away from the direction, leaving a whicker from her soft voice before taking back to a canter down the way, continueng on her run..."What can I find now?"

    Ianite let her tail droop, Icey fridgidness covering it's tips from being dampened by snow. Her soft eyes gazed around before she slid out of Brayers' grasp, "Why don't you graze? You need it for your coming foal this spring..." she muttered lightly, watching her breath tingle into the cold air, turning her frail frame, her body rather slender. She walked away from the groups, her hooves standing sound,h in the cold ground, the snow brushing up lightly against the soft fur of her thick winter coat. She watched over the herd from a distance, it was rather wonderful here...they had a strong stunning leader, who had a great personality, and many lovely mares...Well besides one. An ear flicked back and her muzzle lowered to tap the top of the snow, lipping over it and then nibbling on it at the mouthfuls, letting it melt to a moisture and using it as her drinking water.




    Brayer nodded, walking limply toward lightened snow, her stomache nearly drug to the ground, she was a shorter mare, and shorter backed, her Appaloosa pelt almost icy white, her thick white winter hairs covering her black speckles and spots. She dug at the ground, lowering her head to graze upon he yellow, moist remains of grass.




    Spade had taken his usual winter path after the herd, cantering at a fast pace and leaving snow drifting up around his sides, it was a winter wonderland to him.//Low Muse on him....

Royal whickered before slowly sliding down the hill, her balance impeccable, she was clearly stable, and wasn't something you'd find falling over, "I'm alone. Herds aren't...Herds aren't my interest, I'm either in small groups or alone, I've been alone for a long time." she huffed, making it to the bottom of the hill, flicking her ears forward to listen for any replies. Despite the cold weather Royal was pretty much shed out.




    A hoof drug across the ground and she dipped her head respectfully, "I swear, if I had a stallion Id warn him to stay away." the mare retorted, raising her head to gaze upon Kenadi, "Kenadi- You said? Sweety you should stay near your father dear, if I had had a stallion with me you could have been hurt." she muttered lightly before gazing to Logan.




    "I hope I'm not causing trouble M'lord." she respectfully spoke to the stallion, her eyes laying upon his stunning buckskin cost before gazing down at her legs...She knew her cost was different from most wild horses, it's brown color was rather odd...You couldn't say wether she where going to roan out or stay a bay, or maybe be a flaxen chesnut, she was a mystery....In so many ways.

    Ianite slowly raised her noble head, stretching her neck, glancing around as horses moved, shifting her position. As she turned her frail frame to the last remaining horses she hadn't gazed upon she saw Atlas, and whickered to the lead, a dip of her head in respect,'inviting him up if he pleased. She threw a shake to her pelt, sending ice-thickened fur and snow off her pelt, her mane flopping into all sorts of directions, but still looking beautiful despite her thin frame. Her forelock lightly covering an eye. Her hooves dug a hole around them, keeping the glacier cold snow off of her, she wasn't much of a winter bird, more of a Cardinal or bluebird if that's what you'd call it, but whatever floats your boat, she was pretty easy to get along with an one you could agree with...As long as you hadn't started out bad with her, but that was rarely.

She's not much of a 'Groupy' but she will stick with other horses and tolerates them well if she hasn't had a bad past with you, though sometimes she forgiving enough to except you. She is rather independent but she's not a complete loner, she still prefers company, though if your not her lead she's Fiesty and a pest, she doesn't accept other stallions, and if one where to try and steal the herd I could only tell you that she isn't the mare you'd want to take."

    "Ianite was born into her Maternal band, Living in it till the age of three. They where a strong herd, but of course she had been split from it, it wasn't a saddening thing, it's the circle of life. She had strayed by herself for only a few days with another mare after being separated in a roundup, understandable right? Eventually a large painted stallion [Spade] had found them, he was rather young at the time and couldn't hold to them for more than two weeks, and they where split off with a white stallion, called by Sol [PM For Images]. Then after being passed on and on as most mares are she was bred by the lainted stallion [Spade], and later on joined into the group of Atlas's herd, she's been with him for 2 years, and plans on sticking..."
