try fruit !! my brother absolutely loves fruit and i myself can rlly get behind some grapes + blueberries, and its a healthy alternative to a lot of junk
and around my house we have a rule, 20 situps + 10 pushups (for me) per hour on electronics, if u follow this, start small, but at least try to do 10 situps and five pushups. if you have trouble keeping track of times, maybe get your mom to help, or set an hourly timer
try upping the numbers once u get used to those 10 + 5
and trust me, that rlly gets some gym creds when u can do more situps than all the girls + most of the boys :^)

however the pregnancy stuff?? i can totally get behind. as a demigirl-nonbinary (im often inbetween, usually neutral but occasionally feminine), i have already made plans about all that reproductive stuff and [abbr=first tie off the fallopian tubes or get them removed bc getting ovaries removed can cause higher risk for dementia, and the tubes are where most ovarian cancers start too. if i want kids im adopting but im probs just gonna get dogs. plus im ace so i wouldnt get pregnant anyway]yeah[/abbr]
plus i am,, extremely uncomfortable around pregnant women or the notion of being pregnant
