[justify][font=georgia]Yellow was plopped on the ground with a harsh squeal. He leaped up, brushing the dirt off his fur, but then leaving it there because it would look like he got into a scuffle on the way here, and that made him tough. Should he add a little blood? Nah, no overdoing it, he was a sucker to pain. "Hey, who's there?" the lion cub yelled, lashing his tail and attempting a roar.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]He glanced up, narrowing his eyes at all the SunClanners who had gathered around him. Mm. Smelled familiar. "I'm Yellow." the cub huffed with a flutter of his whiskers, but his lips twitched. They didn't know why mommy left him here, maybe they could take him in. He'd be loyal and brave and active, like everyone else. "And I'm fine, thanks."

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]"Sir yes sir . . ." murmured Yellow, drooping over with a tip of the head to his adopted mum. He plopped himself on the ground, too tired from the day's adventure to say congratulations, but he was sure they had felt it when he had nodded to them.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]Yellow blinked, glancing up at Fargo. "Whad'dya mean by 'business'?" he asked, clueless, but thankfully Thor answered. Oh. Joining. He guessed that was his plan, maybe they didn't need convincing. "Yes sir." he dutifully meowed.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]Yellow sniffed, looking disgusted yet dignified. Toys were for children. "Well, okay." the lion cub simply commented, padding over to the side to smell it without being touched. It smelled artificial and metallic.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]"Hello." Yellow quietly greeted, trotting over with a dip of the head. The lion cub wasn't exactly anxious to meet new friends, but he wasn't an antisocial ass either. He just lacked the excitement. He had always been weird.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]"Bye." whispered Yellow, padding over on silent paws. He blinked, watching the figure getting smaller. Wouldn't she come back? Was that why everyone was silent? The lion cub stared at his paws, watching a caterpillar creep along it.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]Yellow blinked. "What's wrong with her dying?" he mumbled, feeling slightly ashamed of himself. There were these urges in everyone, to throw themselves off a cliff and see what happened. He himself wondered that. Pain was just a feeling. Death was nothing, just like sleep. But everyone else seemed to treat it like the plague.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]"Are you okay?" Yellow asked, trotting over with a tip of the head. He sat down, watching Bonepup intently. He looked really hurt, but he didn't look hurt at the same time. The lion cub thought that he should at least be wincing in pain, for someone that young. As young as him, even. He glanced over at the direction where the AWD came from. "What happened?"

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]"Thank you." Yellow murmured, ducking his head down and padding forth. He didn't need to ask questions, he could learn about this place for himself. It looked, well, amazing. He was sure he could penetrate it secrets sooner or later.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]He glanced over at Thor, nodding along. They needed her. How awe-inspiring would it be to be needed? He had never been needed before, he had been treated and shouldered like a burden. Then why would someone sacrifice all that?

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]Yellow blinked. He didn't know what was going on, but did he care? He could. He did. He did really feel sorry for the ones who cried as all the creatures they loved left but as he had nothing to love, he stayed away, confused. "Sorry." mumbled the lion cub in his odd, somber voice, drifting off to sit and watch, and maybe help if possible.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]"I'm Yellow." the lion cub huffed, sending a glare over his shoulder as he trotted in. He thumped his tufted tail angrily against the ground, again and again and again.

[align=center][font=georgia][size=10]"Hi." greeted Yellow in that sad voice of his. The lion cub looked at the trio. He only recognized two of them, what a shame. He slumped down on the sidewalk and then pulled himself into a sitting position. He was sleepy. Stupid bird kept him awake.
