"Okay, this one's good." Cherrypaw indicated to a short tree with low branches. "It's really easy once you get the hang of it," Cherrypaw mewed, unsheathing her claws. "Make sure your claws are unsheathed, so you can grip the bark." She spoke as she started to climb the tree. "Grip with your hind legs and lift win your front. Like this," Cherrypaw grip tightly to the tree with her hind legs and slowly and steadily reached out her right fore-paw higher. She then put her left fore-paw next to her right one, and pulled herself up, getting her hind legs in the right posistion to grip the bark. "You just keep doing that until to get to a branch!" She yowled from above, steadying herself on a branch. "Come on! It's easy!" Cherrypaw climb further up the tree, hopping from branch to branch. "Hurry-" She was cut off by a loud snap. Suddenly the branch she was on shifted, and she dog her class into the bark to hold on. The branch below her dissapeard, and she started fallig towards the waiting ground below.

"Lionpaw! Move!" Cherrypaw yowled as she fell towards the waiting tom below. "We don't need two of us hurt!"
She twisted around, hoping to dodge Lionpaw and not squash him. Fortunately, she landed about a paw-length away from the tom. "Foxdung!" She hissed. "Why am I so stupid? I should have seen that branch was old and loose and couldn't hold much weight!" She looked unscathed, except for a few splinters and a sprained fore-paw. "You are such a mouse-brain Lionpaw! I could've killed you if I landed on you!" She growled, her hard gaze boring into him. Her gaze softened, as did her voice, "But, thank you....for trying to save me," -
"Thanks, Splashpaw." Cherrypaw mewed, rising to her feet, favoring her hurt paw.

"Lionpaw, I'll carry that fish for you so you don't have to carry two." Cherrypaw mewed. Not waiting for an answer, Cherrypaw grasped the fish between her jaws. "Nof you don hef thu ceery thwo." She spoke with the large fish is her mouth.

"Umm, what about FoxClan or BadgerClan?" Foxkit mewed to Poisonkit. "I could be Foxstar of FoxClan!"
Cherrypaw saw the camp at a distance, and the familiar pelt of Fallenleaf. "Fallenleaf!" Cherrypaw called.
-
Cherrypaw laughed nervously, "Well, you see, I was teaching Lionpaw and Splashpaw how to climb and I may have sorta kinda fell off of a branch and scared every piece of prey from here to StarClan,"
-
"Okay! Bow down before your leaders, Foxstar and Heyenastar!" Foxkit yowled, puffing out her reddish chest.
"Where's Fallenleaf when ya need her?" Cherrypaw grumbled, still leaning on Lionpaw for support. "You can go on, Lionpaw. I can take care of myself now." Cherrypaw purred greatfully.

Cherrypaw wobbled after the medicine cat, nearly tripping trying to keep up with the she-cat. Her sprained paw stung as she walked, but she ignored it, pushing herself to go on.
-
"Thanks Fallenleaf," Cherrypaw mewed, leaning on the larger cat as they entered the medicine cat den. Her once well groomed calico pelt was now dirty and matted and covered in splinters. Her once bright, cheery forest green orbs were now glazed over and dark, holding secrets to herself no one knows, not even she.

Heatherpaw bounced around her mentor happily, chanting, "Lets go! Let's go!" Her golden brown pelt shined in the sun as she hopped around.
-
"O-okay," Cherrypaw meowed, unsheathing her short, pearly white claws.
-
"Well then, Heyenastar. We might just have to have a battle right here and now." Foxkit mewed calmly. "FoxClan attack!" Foxkit yowled, leaping at Heyenakit.
"How long will that be? I can't be stuck in camp for more than 1 moon withought dying of boredom," Cherrypaw spoke, boredom already gnawing at her green gaze.
-
"Yes!" Heatherpaw joyfully yowled, running past her mentor, tripping in the process. "Mousedung!" She hissed, landing on her face and getting an unwanted mouthful of soil. Spitting the disgusting dirt out, she meowed, "Stupid dirt,"
-
Cherrypaw sighed, "Okay, thanks Fallenleaf." She rose to her paws and slowly wobbled into the apprentice den. Withought a word to any of the other apprentices, she curled up in a tight ball, facing the back wall, her back facing the entrance. She tucked her pale pink nose under her fluffy calico tail and drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
Foxkit leaped at Heyenakit, starting their "war" between the kits' clans.
-
"Yes!" Heatherpaw bounced back to her golden brown paws and started following her mentor, her violet eyes sparkling in the sunlight.

Cherrypaw awoke to a sweet smelling fish in front of her nose. She pushed it away, deciding she wasn't hungry, but her stomach said otherwise. Sniffing it, she took a bite out of the silvery prey, and swallowed. She licked her mouth clean after her last bite, then padded out into he bright sunlight. Finding a nice place to doze in the evening light, she closed her forest green orbs, peacefully drifting off.

Cherrypaw opened one glistening green eye only to see Lionpaw and Splashpaw training. "Lucky," she whispered quietly,"They get to train and I'm stuck in camp for 3 days," she hissed. 'Well if you hadn't been stupid enough to climb that tree this wouldn't have happened,' Cherrypaw thought to herself. 'Its not my fault it fell,' 'Yes it is,' Cherrypaw rolled over on her back, whispering to herself, "I'm going crazy, arguing with my own self," she sighed heavily and watched the other apprentices train.

Scarletsong decided to try and do something useful. She rose to her paws and stretched her achy limbs. She padded out of camp and into the dark canopy of trees. Sniffing the air, she seeked the sweet smell of bird. Instead of bird, she caught a scent of mouse, and an unfamiliar, cat. Her russet pelt bristled, and a low growl erupted from her throat. She scented Snowpaw and Wishingstar in the area as well. Her fur bristled even more. Forgetting about the mouse, she raced towards her leader and the apprentice. "Wishingstar!" She yowled, bursting through the barrier of trees towards her clan mates. "There-is-a-loner-nearby," she wheezed through heavy breaths.
-
"Okay! But be warned!" Heatherpaw growled playfully. She sheathed her short, pearly white claws and charged her mentor. She faked leaping to make him think she was leaping on his back, but instead crouched low and swiped her fore-paw across his paws, tripping him before pouncing on him. She pinned him quickly, but sprang away and landed on her golden paws, triumph sparkling in her violet gaze. "I won! I won! I won!" She changed, skipping around her mentor.
-
Scarletsong yowled in shock. She rolled over on her back, attempting to squish to tom. She leaped off of him and slammed her russet paw into the side of his head, claws sheathed. She backed away from the rogue and growled, "Why are you on AutumnClan territory?" She unsheathed her claws, scraping them against the hard forest floor. She fluffed her pelt up, making herself look twice as big.
