    Character Name: Grizzly

    Gender: Male

    Clan/Group{if any}: Stray

    Rank{if any}: None

Appearance: A stocky and robust male Australian cattle dog. Grizzly's pelt is considered a red merel in coloring with a reddish orange pelt and flecks of white throughout. He has some soild patches of reddish orange fur that cover both his eyes like a mask. His large round ears are wide and alert in appearance. His robust frame weighs in at fifty pounds, the rest of his body being muscular.

Personality: Grizzly is a level headed individual with a big heart. He has a gentle demeneor and a hard working attitude. He can be wary of strangers on first meeting them but warms up quickly. An intelligent dog Grizzly isn't easily tricked or outwitted.

    History:
Grizzly had an average begining. He was raised on a cattle farm where he was trained to herd the cattle for his master. He did this for the first year of his life happily. Enjoying every second, until he was betrayed by his master and sold. His new master took him far away from his farm, forcing him to be cooped up inside and bored. It didn't take long for him to get kicked out of the house. Grizzly now roams the streets as a stray, avoiding humans.

Hello! I'm new on here! You can call me by my user name GrizzlyBear :) I am hoping to find some people interest in dog roleplay? I have one character so far named Grizzly. I prefer realistic roleplay but am open to plotting and stuff! I don't bite say hello :3

The distinctive red merle pelt of an australian cattle dog, can be seen making its way through a grass field. Off in the distance the familiar sound of cows mooing causes the robust canine to flick up his large rounded ears. His thick tail waving in the air behind him, as his sharp almond brown eyes scan the horizon before him. Oh how he loved the smell of the crisp grassy fields and the musky cow scent that blew towards him with the wind. Mixed with that of manuare and hay. Letting out a sharp woof! of excitement he starts to bound through the shoulder length grass. His thick paws pounding against the ground so hard they kicked up grass and dirt in their path.

Ello :3 I have a male dog I am hoping to find a pack for. Looking for a semi-advanced pack. Realistic roleplay prefered. I am not looking for people who write giant paragraphs but I also do not like two sentence replies; moderate would be great. I have 4 plus years of roleplay experiance. Thanks!

    ~ GrizzlyBear

I created my own. Its called The Farm if anyone is interested in joinging.

Greetings britain! Thanks for the link! :3 I will check that out :) and I would love to roleplay with you sometime!

You wouldn't happen to recommend any packs would you?

This may be a silly question but their are clans for dogs? I have and do roleplay warrior cats in clans on another site but haven't heard of dog clans? And I will check them all out! :) Thank you!

    Personality:

    Welcome to The Farm!
I hope you decide to stay! Have questions? Please feel free to ask!

    Rules:
    1. Be respectful of each other! No OOC fighting!
    2. Remember just cause IC characters don't get along doesn't mean the OC person hates you!
    3. I expect decent grammar and punctuation. No one liners! At LEAST 5 sentences per a post! I'd prefer more but I know sometimes it doesn't happen.
    4. What I say goes, don't argue. I am open to polite suggestions!'
    5. This is a realistic Rp! No purple fur or wings etc. Also a Pomeranian can't take down a deer! Be realistic! Please and thank you!
    6. Small dog breeds are allowed but due to their size it is unrealistic to think they could lead a dog pack. They can be small prey hunters, help herding, and be lookouts etc.
    7. Please consult me before attempting large plots!
    8. HAVE FUN! :)
    9. High positions are earned through Rp! You must be active, and have decent writing skills.
    10. Please no first person roleplaying! This means no I or me! 3rd person only! Thank you :)
    11. You must be accepted by me in order to start role-playing. If I feel you are not a good match for the pack I will deny your application. I apologize if this seems harsh.

    Setting:

The farm as it suggests is set on a farm. It is a a large expanse of grassy fields (25 acres to be exact) all fenced in by old rotten wooden fences. The barn is a small red structure, worn with age and use. Beside it set back a little way, is the old sagging farm house. It is or was a white house but with age the paint is peeling off and the ceiling and porch sag. The small home contains two simple floors. The main floor has a small living room with a old sagging and torn sofa. A round carpet at the hearth near an old metal wood stove. Beside the living room is a small kitchen, completely empty of food it contains an old gas stove (broken). A small line of cabinets and an empty spot where a refrigerator used to be. Up the old and very steep stairs is a single bedroom. It contains a large comfy bed and a couple pairs of old chewy slippers.

    History:
There is little history to The Farm so far. It was found abandoned by its owner who died of old age. The founder Grizzly is an Australian Cattle Dog. Inside the barn he found a flock of 20 sheep. Instinctively the male stayed with the herd guarding them and keeping them safe. But soon found the job to be rather difficult and lonely without help. So he formed the idea of making a pack, now he actively seeks out fellow canines to join him.

It was a beautiful sunny autumn day on the farm. A crisp autumn breeze billows across the rolling fields, catching stray leaves in their midst and sending them tumbling across the grass. The cloudless blue sky stared down on the flock of twenty black faced sheep. Their thick white woolen bodies appearing much like a sea of fluffy marshmallows. The flock milled around lazily, occasionally eying the dogs who watched them. One dog in particular catching their attention; Grizzly. He was always watching over the flock, day and night having not left their side since his arrival a few short months ago.
Now the robust red merle colored canine lay in the grass, head on his paws. His sharp almond brown gaze flickering about as he watches the flock. His mind drifting to all of the new excitement in his life. He was no longer the only canine on the farm. No, Grizzly now had five other dogs to live amongst. The idea brought great apprehension to the brute's mind, but also relief. He needed help caring for the sheep and though he would not admit it he was lonely.
Lifting his thick skull Grizzly glances around hoping to spot one of his new found packmates.

Just for you all to see and be able to read I am posting my characters :)

They were specifically used to guard the farmers herd of goats and did so with great pride. Jacque had a good size family with three siblings, and both his parents living on the goat farm with him. But after living peacfully on his farm for nearly four years Jacque's owner went bankrupt. No longer able to provide for the goats the owner sold them and Jacque's siblings. Jacque refused to be shipped off to some unknown place with strange people and decided he would fair better out on his own. He roamed for a while before coming across The Farm and asking Grizzly to join.

( Private thread for Harley and Grizzly)

" Rise and shine we've got work to do!" barks Grizzly jabbing Harley with a paw. All the dogs who were involved with caring for the sheep slept inside the rickety old barn at night. It contained warm hay and the walls blocked out most of the wind. Plus the added bonus of twenty warm and wooly sheep sleeping inside the barn made it an all together great place to sleep. Plus Grizzly would never be caught dead away from his precious flock. Though hopefully as time went by and he became accustomed to his new found packmates, the brute might learn to loosen up a bit.
Now as the cattle dog looked down upon Harley his mind wonders. He knew he must choose a second in command. A dog who could help him lead the pack and take care of things. But he barely knew theses dogs, so the brute had decided he would get to know each of his packmates. Harley had been the first to arrive at The Farm so it only seemed fitting that he started with her.

( Thread for Grizzly and Cassie)

Grizzly woke to the gentle breathing of twenty sleeping sheep. His almond brown eyes slowly blinking open in the dim light of the old rickety barn. The old wooden structure had many gaps in its wood causing the dim early morning light to flicker down on the flock and the dogs. Slowly sitting up Grizzly yawns, his thick wide ears flickering some as he does so. The brute knew he had a long day ahead of him, and his sharp eyes seek out the sleeping form of Cassie. She would be spending the day with him, it was part of his plan to decide who would become his second in command. He needed a dog he could trust and in order for him to do that he had to get to know his new packmates on a personal level.
Padding over to the black and white form of the female, he gently jabs her with his cold wet nose. " Rise and shine!" He calls startling a few sheep awake as he speaks. " We've got work to do."

Grizzly's wide ears catch Cassie's call before he sees her. Turning his skull his thick tail sweeps the grass behind him as the border collie approaches. He inclines his head politely as he slowly sits up and stretches out his sturdy front limbs. " So far, so good." He replies sharp gaze focused on she female closely. He was still trying to get used to and comfortable with his new packmates. " Are you settling in alright?" He asks her. He wasn't sure there was much to dislike about The Farm. 25 acres to run on and plenty of prey animals to hunt. It was a sanctuary especially for those who came from less fortunate places.
Thinking of less fortunate places reminded Grizzly of his past. He shakes the thought away attempting to shove his master's betrayl from his mind. That is no longer my life, he thought vehemently.
