"Same as per usual. Oh, finally!"Raio exclaimed suddenly as he redirected his gaze to the foals. "He's found someone else to annoy. That little idiot is such a bother." His voice was laced with disgust. It was a common known fact that Raio absolutely hated his younger brother. To tell the truth, the hatred wasn't really returned- Owen typically liked to be with Raio. But in his brother's eyes he was just an annoyance.
"Ah, yes!" He returned his attention to Benedict. "What were we talking about?" Words began their slow flow into his mind. Literate. Polite conversation start- Not aggressive. Watching the foals- Not an important action. Disposition before conversation: Aggresive/Defensive, mostly passive. May enjoy his solitude. Has been observing the herd: A natural subconscious action coming from his position as a Night Spier.

Lilypaw's eyes narrowed from where she was burrowed deep into her nest. "I'll tell you what the matter is," she growled, "Icepaw thinks that JUST because she- She did ONE thing, and she's telling me that she's better than me!"
Icepaw rolled over onto her back and stared at the roof of the den. "Mm-hmm. Go on, Lilypaw. Everyone is soooo interested in having their ears carved out by your caterwauling."
Lilypaw shot her a fiery glare and dug deeper into her nest, until just her back, ears, and eyes were showing though the bedding. "Your fault." She mumbled, her voice muffled.

Lilypaw looked back at her herbs, and her eyes came across a specific plant she couldn't remember the name of... Bell... It started with B.......
"Borage!" She yelped suddenly, ecstatic that she got its name. "Hey, Stripedfox, I should go take some borage to the queens. Can I do it myself?" She asked excitedly.

Flowerstripe noticed Maplepaw next to her and laid her tail across the new apprentice's shoulders. "It's going to be OK." She reassured her. A little louder, she added, "Come on, kits, let's give her some space." She pulled her kits away from Erebos and Lavenderstar.

OOC: If there's one thing I can't stand, it's improper use of they're, their, or there on the Internet. People who can't get it right bug the sanity out of me. I can deal with improper grammar most of the time (Probably because I use it too when I'm in a hurry) but those three just... Ugh. :P

IC: Dawnfur watched the cats bustle around. Here she was, sitting, completely useless, doing nothing. Great. Nervously, she began to groom herself roughly, the feel of her tongue rubbing harshly against her shoulder helping keep her mind off what just happened. She continued to groom herself, not leaving a single spot uncleaned. She wasn't particularly obsessed with neatness, but the grooming gave her an odd sense of comfort.

"Goodbye, it was nice talking with you!" Raio called after Benedict, grinning. More words: Nice to foals. Calm, cold: Can blow up when triggered, that will be an advantage. No siblings- A lead on his past. Not much, but definently a start. Though polite, not so sophisticated as to dislike energetic foals.
The stallion's eyes narrowed as he smiled. You'll open up to me soon enough, Benedict, he thought. Just you wait. You're an easy nut to crack; Everybody is if you know where to hit.

Owen smiled up at Benedict. "I don't know! Maybe we could play chase, or hide-and-seek, or something else- What do you think, Tsunami?" He nickered cheerfully.

"We could just start looking here." Miya leapt over a log and stopped. Raising her head into the wind, she sniffed the air to check for scents. "Are you guys getting anything?" Miya might have been half wolf, but she was also half orca, and marine mammals didn't really have the best sense of smell.

OOC: Autocorrect will be the death of me. Especially when I'm typing warrior's names. No, autocorrect, "Flowerstripe" should not be changed to "Flowers tripe"... XD

"Something new?" Miya tilted her head. Had the twins never smelt this before? She sniffed the wind, but as per usual, could tell nothing. "Uh, wanna check out that new thing, then?" She began padding north, her smooth paws crackling the underbrush.

Dawnfur pushed herself to her feet, stumbling a little. Shaking out her pelt, she took a few steps forwards and eyed the surrounding camp. Yawning, she turned towards the warrior's den, then suddenly stopped. She hadn't even caught any prey while she was out! Not being there for such a huge battle was bad enough. Perhaps she could compensate with a hunt. It was getting late, but some cats were too injured to go out. She was perfectly healthy. Stifling a second yawn, Dawnfur began to make her way out of camp.

Softlight had been staring at Hawkwing and the others for so long now that she wasn't really paying attention to them anymore; Her mind spaced out and her thoughts swirled around for the longest time. Suddenly a fly buzzed across her vision, snapping her back into focus. I must be tired... She thought, standing up and rolling her shoulders. Softlight licked her chest fur, then padded down towards the den. Pausing, she looked back over at the cats who were still out.

Mistkit pulled a face. "Erebosssssss........" She made a sound like a squeaky growl. "Dooooo weee........ EAAAT these?" The growl part faded into a squeaky meow.
Emberkit put a paw to his mouth and stifled a laugh.

Flowerstipe laid her ears back. "Tone it down, Mistkit, you're going to make me deaf!"

Lilypaw sauntered towards the nursery with the borage in her mouth. Hearing Leafstorm's cry, she froze in her tracks. Oh gosh.... Stripedfox isn't here! She realized. She had to keep things in order until her mentor got back! With that thought, Lilypaw leapt into action. She dropped most of the borage: She wouldn't need it until after the birthing. Dodging back into the medicine den, she began scanning over herbs, her mind whirling. Foxglove...... Milkweed..... Lavender... What did she need!?! She closed her eyes and imagined Stripedfox next to her. Opening them again, she grasped an Iris flower, and she could hear Stripedfox: Just the petals! Everything else is poison! She dropped the rest of the plant and kept picking through the supply. She had to go faster! Narcissus. Raspberry. She grabbed a few poppy seeds and quickly dropped them. Did- Were those bad in kitting? She needed some sort of painkiller, though... She shook her head. Raspberries would have to be good enough. Running out of the medicine cat den, she skidded to a stop next to Leafstorm and dropped the herbs.
"Is someone getting Stripedfox?" She called, then looked to Desertrose. "Can you get me a thick stick?" She asked, then turned back to Leafstorm.
Lilypaw tried to breathe. What was next? She needed Stripedfox...
"Ok, Leafstorm, calm down. It's gonna be OK. Take deep breaths, alright? I'm going to give you some Iris to help you breathe. Try to calm down." It occured to Lilypaw that this was the first kitting she had ever done, with or without her mentor. She'd better not mention that to Leafstorm. She dropped the iris petals, the narcissus flower, and the raspberries in front of the queen. Thank goodness Stripedfox had gone over kitting with her recently. Of course that wasn't a coincidence, what with all the queens now.

OOC: Yay for looking up herbs on the Internet XD

Mistkit hesitated, then opened her mouth and leaned slowly towards the herbs. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. CATS DON'T EAT PLANTS. Grimacing, she snapped her head forwards and showed the herbs into her mouth all at once. They were disgusting and bitter. She struggled to swallow them quickly, choking harshly. Upon finishing, she managed between coughs,"Never- Again."
Emberkit, on the other paw, just slowly ate the herbs like he might eat a mouse. He gave no face as to what he thought of the taste, and when he was done, he stood and turned to Noblefire. "Are we ready to go?"

Softlight felt the fur on her back rise up. Why, she- Embarrassed, Softlight turned around and forcibly licked her fur down. It was hard enough trying to watch Hawkwing with Echoshade. But she was just GLOATING! Suddenly Softlight stopped. She was letting jealousy take over. Usually she would have been calm. Sitting down, she closed her eyes and imagined that she was Echoshade. The she-cat probably just loved her mate. Though it wasn't clear to Softlight why Echoshade wanted to make her jealous, she shook it off. Looking directly over at Echoshade, she gave her a warm smile and waved her tail in greeting.

"It is!" Softlight purred, bounding up to Echoshade. She was glad Echoshade wasn't angry with her or anything. "I've always thought the stars were so beautiful. Fitting, seeing how they're our ancestors." Softlight looked upwards, her eyes wide.

OOC: ooooh Softlight you're so naive
