To be perfectly honest, he probably would have acted a little hostile in his old days because of their rather inhospitable welcome. But he was different now. His fiancee had made him different. He was kinder, more understanding.

"My name is Damon. I am the ex-Prime General of the Tribe of Burning Dreams. I am here to join." Hopefully that would clear up some of the tension that was floating densely in the air around the three of them. He gave them a forced smile, hoping that it would make them trust him a little more.

He shuffled his paws slightly, hoping that he hadn't upset her too bad. "It's nice to meet you, Alice," Damon dipped his head respectfully.

When the fox spoke, the muscular tiger cleared his throat, letting an amused smirk play across his face. "I'll take Officer, thanks. It's very nice to meet you Shutterbug and Neptuneblue."

It was hard to get used to always knowing when someone was coming. Part of him liked not knowing lay around every corner. It was more of a surprise then. More fun.

His broad head swung around to see a familiar face. Hey, that was the little girl that had greeted him when he joined. And hadn't she just recently been promoted? That was pretty cool, he had to admit.

Damon smirked at her shaky nature. Why was she so jumpy? He recalled her being unnecessarily nervous when he had joined as well. "Yes. I remember you. You seem a little shaken up - you alright?" His voice was mostly monotonous but there was a playful glint in his olive gaze.

The tiger moved forward hesitantly and took a seat in the back, not ready to give his opinion. Honestly - it had to be someone framing Oprah. He knew, from a leader's perspective, that it would be foolish of a Deputy of a Clan like this to wander into an enemy's territory by themselves and attack and kill one of their members. Especially if they just got out of a fight with them. It would be idiotic to do that. But, the ex-Prime General did not speak his thoughts and merely sat and watched with peaked curiosity.

Stargit was gone - they're engagement probably off by now. That did not surprise him, for he knew she was a wandering soul and didn't really want to be tied down in once place anyway. He knew he should have never proposed and made her feel pressured to say yes to spending the rest of her life with him in one place. So now they weren't speaking and now they weren't on good terms and they weren't even together anymore really.

He figured it must have happened when he left to go live in StormClan with Darkskies after finding out about how sick she was. Maybe it made Stargit feel abandoned and unloved. Maybe she thought that he was in love with Darkskies and not her. Neither of those were really true - he wasn't in love with Darkskies when he made the decision to go live in StormClan. He loved her, yes, but he wasn't falling head over paws in love with her and was running away to go be with her. That wasn't how it was. But it wasn't long before he left StormClan and began to live in DarkClan, not being able to really take the fact that he would never fit in the semi-traditional Clan that the blue-tinted female was in.

However, sometimes he spent his days going on 'border patrols', seeing if he could spot her on the border. So far he hadn't seen her and it honestly broke his heart. All the ex-leader wanted to do was check up on her and make sure she was healthy and doing okay. Today, the oversized tiger was sauntering towards the border when he saw her. Darkskies. His breath hitched in his throat and his olive gaze widened. Damon broke out into a sprint, skidding to a halt right in front of her. He probably reeked of alcohol but he didn't care.
