[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]It was well into nighttime. The air was crisp and chilled, signalling the imminent winter that was due to arrive in about a month. Tearcrescent was furled in her nest uncomfortably with her eyes wide open. But it wasn't the cold that was disturbing her from sleep. Above ground, in the valley, there were godamnit, annoying birds chattering away, preventing anyone in the Clan from sleep. They had been squawking ever since the sun had gone down, and it didn't sound like they were going to stop until the daytime.

"They could've waited till day to chirp, but noooo, they choose to do it in the middle of the friggin' night." Tearcrescent muttered as she pressed her paws against her ears to block out the noise.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]Tearcrescent opened her jaws to reply to Iris' comment, but she was instantly cut off by a harsh swipe of a paw against her cheek. It sent her tumbling, but the rolling was instantly cut off by a pair of fox paws hooking onto her flank and raking down painfully. To top it off, another feline had joined to screech in her ears and grapple onto the side of her fur. Oh, great shit. She was being pinned down by two felines, and a cheetah looked like she was just about to launch another attack move.

Panic seared through her veins - And through all the wounds that she currently had. She could barely move, in terms of being in so much pain and being held down sternly. The two figures flickered at the edge of her vision. Instinctively, once she had gotten fairly used to most of the pain, she strained her neck out and aimed to chomp onto Harmonic's foreleg.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]"Oh hell yeah! Plague's back, and he ain't a pug!" Tearcrescent's ecstatic yowl of joy split the content excitement that the others were experiencing. The grin that had appeared on the warrior's face stretched so wide that it made her lips and cheeks ache a fair bit. "We got revenge on BloodClan. It turns out that Vaako is truly a traitor." Her second sentence trailed off from triumph to a low, menacing growl. She had seen Vaako willingly battle Harmony whilst she was in her own, mauling combat.

Tearcrescent stretched and writhed in her bedding as she woke up from a lovely night's sleep. She sat herself up and realised that she appeared to be in a different place from where she usually slept. Hey, wasn't this Radka's apartment? Maybe she just sleepwalked there. With a yawn, the warrior finally opened her eyes and stretched each of her long, striped, lithe legs from stiffness. Wait. Hold on. She wasn't black and white striped.

Panicking, she hurried out of the apartment, only to find herself galloping through the main pathway. Wait, she was a zebra! And not just any zebra... She was Radka!

"What the hell is going on?" She neighed, her heart sinking as her usual feline voice didn't sound when she spoke.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]"Enjoying yourself there?" Tearcrescent purred to the young cheetah cub with a banterful purr as she sauntered her way over. She shuddered as her paws suddenly sank into a tiny puddle of mud that hadn't been hardened by the rays of the sun yet. The memories of the mud slide were awful, and it didn't help when she was constantly reminded of them each time she went up to the surface.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]"Do you know the name of this song?" Tearcrescent inquired the warden as she trotted her way over to where the main source of the epic music was coming from. It thankfully drowned out the clip-clopping of her annoying zebra hooves, and to top things off, the lyrics of this song... They were pretty well thought through. Not anything about love and affair shiz. Distinctively, her broad, striped head started to gently bob up and down to the beat.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]Tearcrescent curiously headed up to the scene with the same expression as Emillie. She hadn't been around long enough to remember or even see the presence of this remarkable guy, but she had a tendency to begin laughing in serious situations. She realised how important the situation was to others, so she tried her absolute best to not huff in laughter.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]"Hey, can you bark for me? I bet it sounds awesome!" Tearcrescent joyfully cantered over to Icarus and his newly found body. Or maybe he had shapeshifted into it. Nethertheless, he had changed species, and it was something really cool too. Not too over the top, but not too average either.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]"Safe travels!" Tearcrescent yapped as she galloped over to where the young was hurrying off down the valley. The warrior herself had absolutely no idea as to what Skypaw was up to, but she trusted the wolf enough to keep herself safe and protected from the dangers she may face. "I hope you accomplish whatever your're up to!"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]Tearcrescent personally liked the offer that the leader was offering. It was a smart tactic, and it could be pretty useful in battles. But this wasn't her decision to make, so the warrior that was currently in Radka's zebra body quietly trotted over and halted to a steady stop beside Lavi.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]I've been through boy troubles too. They (the situations) don't hang around for a while, don't worry <3 I hope everything goes well! We're all here to give advice if you need it.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]"Wait, that thing is Cheval?" Tear's striped, broad head tipped upwards to face the large creature. She'd never seen anything like it, but its marvellous features made her recall to stories that she had heard about things called elephants. They were apparently large, had rough skin and tusks, and thick legs. She was quite impressed with Cheval's newfound body.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]/ the name 'storm' rings a bell owo

Tearcrescent's merely tufted ears flickered to where an unfamiliar tom announced the beginning of a meet and greet session. Seeing as though she had nothing to do, she rose to her hooves and gave each leg a quick stretch before she made her way over. "Hey, I'm Tearcrescent. And I'm not usually a zebra. Something malfunctioned while me and a couple of others were asleep, including Icarus." She neighed softly, giving a quick glance to Icarus.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:450px;][justify][size=8]/ we'll miss you <3 and emilie! gently pokes

Wait. Blood. And Emillie's scent. Together. Those were the horrifying scents that made their way to Tearcrescent's striped snout. Terror sent a shiver down her spine. Not too far down the valley, the zebra spotted a minor group of her Clanmates crouching in despair by a thick trail of blood. All of their faces were grief stricken and distraught, especially poor Ori.

"B-But she was such a fantastic Clanmate..." Tearcrescent whimpered softly as she arrived at the blood trail with her head drooped sadly. "Rest in peace, dear Emillie. May your acceptance into StarClan be merry."
