Constant tears slipped down her face, forming in her eyes, sliding down her cheeks and then falling off of her face and into her pale and quivering hands. She couldn't contain her feelings anymore, her looks, expressions and attitudes clearly showing that.
Hilly hadn't been herself for over a week now, her emotions bending and merging into one big clump of hurt and disappointment that got bigger and bigger as the time passed. Her eyes were red around the edges, her cheeks puffy and raised, her face stained with tears. She didn't bother to lift her head, her face buried in her hands as she let her emotions flood out constantly.
Hilly was sobbing over a number of things, she was in a lot of physical pain, her knees, shoulders and hips being in the most pain of all, additional hurt in her jaw and ankles. Her emotions were the main reason sorrowful tears dropped from her eyes though, the fact she couldn't control them at all causing her great distress. She happened to be particularly cruel to those around her, she had learnt that it was the best way to get things done, she learnt this false fact from her mother, her mother acting cruelly towards her when she was younger. Hours of shouting and constant blackmail fed her growing hatred of people around her, her attitude twisting into a nasty and messed up way of living.
Her past is one of the main reasons she acts the way she does, another main reason being the fact she can actually get away with the sourness without retaliation or complaint. Hilly is very popular within her community, many people look up to her and follow every single one of her orders, be it harsh or kind. She has multiple best friends, even when she manipulates them, blackmails them, threatens them and controls them. Many people attend her meetings each week and even help out in terms of donations. Most people also don't understand truly why Hilly does what she does in terms of donating money and supplies to those less wealthier than them.
Hilly has many things wrong will her also, she's always clingy or super judgemental, there being no middle ground ever unless she was around her 'girls,' which were just the poor people in the community that decided to follow and listen to her, including following he orders. Since she learnt she can control people and gain power from it, she has had a thirst, wanting to lure more people into her little community of obedient hounds.
Hilly doesn't understand the point of being kind, she believes it is a terrible weakness and that is should never be shown, unless the kindness is used to gain what you want including fame, wealth and attention, in which case, being kind is certainly acceptable. Her attitude was often bitter, persuasive and seductive more than it was anything else, her attitude towards others swinging and changing based on appearances firstly and personalities secondly. Hilly let her head raise slightly, her cold and icy blue eyes staring forwards into the open, not focused on anything apart from perhaps the field in front of her. She pulled her bright pink leather purse closer to her, lacing her fingers over the strap to ensure that it was safe in her clutches.
Hilly loved that bag almost as much as she loved her nude colored high-heels which she would everyday she was able to. The soft touch of the leather bag reassured her, even though it was just an expensive possession, she found love in it, managing to pull off the smallest smile she could possibly muster up the joy to do. Her gaze faded again, the sharpness of her gaze dulling and shifting downwards on to the purse for that moment.
Hilly hadn't stopped crying since earlier, a constant stream of tears flowing down her pale cheeks continuously. She hadn't moved either, her hands having been the only comfort for her face for just over an hour or so, although she was unsure due to the fact she did not have her vintage watch with her and therefore couldn't tell the time. Hilly moved one of her delicate hands, setting one of her fingers under her eye before wiping along it softly, attempting to wipe away the tears that were clouding and obstructing her vision. She brought her hand back downwards, letting it return back to the strap on her bag, her fingers curling around it tightly. Hilly let her gaze fall, her head dipping downwards in sorrow as she centred her vision on the clouding pink in front of her. Her posture had become horrid also, her perfectly straight back changing and going into a slouch as she cared not.
The girl looked like a wreck, her knees having hanging bandages off of them, her ankles being bruised and swollen, her arms having gained multiple cuts and scratches that seemed to be bleeding and her face which seemed to be covered in dirt and in blood as the velvety liquid formed out of a deep cut in the side of her cheek.
Hilly's outfit was also no better, one of her shoes having a crack in the heel and the other having an open soul that allowed half of her toes to be seen at the slot. Her hair was a mess, the bow shifting out of place and hanging by a thread, whilst the rest of her dark auburn locks were tangled and laced with leaves, thorns and dirt.
Hilly's dress was the worst of all, the usual white dress with a pink rose pattern on it having threads and tears all along the scene, the biggest rip was up the side, giving quite a tacky look to it. The now had also fallen off of the collar, no trace of it to be seen anywhere. The shoulder of the dress was the worst, one of them ripped and dangling off of the front, causing the dress to tilt and sit unevenly on the girls shoulders, making the dress look very lopsided and tacky even more than it already was.
Hilly looked up once more, her clouded vision causing the scenery to blur and look extremely strange to her. Her expression changed slightly, a smile coming onto her face almost a second after her final tear fell.
