Star watched the female put down Sitara and back away. Once Kaitou picked her up an began padding away, the female stayed. The Fae watche the human warily, the hunter next to her angirly shouted and pointed to his dead mutts. The female shook her head but the hunter began to reload his gun, with that Star raced after the others. Though she had trouble running, she kept her fore leg tucked against her chest. Stumbling ever so often, blood trickled from the wound but it was only a hole. A hole that scored her inside with pain, making it hard to focus on anything. She blinked and saw her alpha ahead. "Get her to camp, I'm going to double back. Take them off our tracks. Laffar, your coming." She called to her brother.
"Can you take the pup, sir?" When she just caught the last of what Sitara said she fought the urge to have a smug expression. "Make sure Sitara gets all the medical treatment before you treat Kia, you don't know what those humans did."

Laffar looked at Kaitou and shook his head. "It doesn't matter how bad I am. Just take care of Kia for me, she wasn't meant to go out there and get hurt." Guilt made his chest ache and a burning rage for his sister who had sent him hunting. But he quickly fallowed her down the trail.

Starfeller glanced at Laffar as he caught up to her, she stumbled and put her fore paw down making pain shoot up her leg. She whined and then snarled with frustration. "We need to find that hunter, get him off track." She said slowly, exhaustion was wearing her down. "Why where you over there anyways."
