[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]So many clans were bringing gifts to SunClan nowadays. Not that he had a problem with it, of course - it was just a bit of a surprise. With a silent greeting completed by a dip of the head, Marco walked up beside Skully, smoothly showing his appreciation. "Thank you."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]Well, for now it was a mystery what happened to Marco and left him how he was now. On the front lawn (his own), Marco laid there, his front leg bent in a rather awkward manner. It was pretty obvious it was broken; however when you saw how he was acting, it made you want to second guess. Despite how painful the injury appeared, Marco was oddly calm. His usual collected, cool self. Weird, huh?

That didn't mean it didn't hurt, though. His jaw was locked tight, clenched as he used it as a way to sort of "let out" the harsh pain he felt coursing through him with every thought of trying to move. With a small grunt, he tried to twist around towards the house, hoping his roommate, Skully, was home. "Scheiße."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]"Name and business?" Marco questioned, shortly before catching the scent of PhantomClan and nodding his head in a small greeting that lacked words. Maybe it was an invite? He didn't see gifts like the other clans were bringing all of a sudden, so maybe that was what it was.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]"Skully, have you seen that one hickory wood log we had left for the fireplace -" Asked Marco through the back door before he cut his sentence off. Was that cannabis? All of a sudden, Marco's cool and collected exterior vanished, just like that. "WAS ZUM TEUFEL GLAUBST DU, DU TUST?" boomed the tom, his native tongue making his already angry, scary self about a hundred times more terrifying.

Fuming, he was grabbing the plants in big clumps, yanking them out of the ground with no hint of being careful, the dirt still wrapped around the roots. "SCHAUEN SIE SICH DIESES DURCHEINANDER, ARSCHLOCH." Ears flat against the layer of fur that lined his skull, with a quick, heavy paw the knight attempted to pin the stoner - Skully - down. Marco certainly wasn't one for sugarcoating things, but he could have been much more worse. In fact, this reaction was rather timid.

Others, or of his fellow Germans, could be much more harsh, as they were never afraid to speak their minds and so on. Not to mention, they rarely did quit - hell, back in his home country, not giving up in a fight made you a good sport and earned you a beer probably from the other. Luckily for Skully, Marco didn't feel like getting down too deep into a fierce rant or getting busy yelling cruel sentences and words.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]As much as Marco wished to give Skully his congratulations, his frustration with the tom earlier still lingered. There was enough left to where he refrained his urge to do so, biting his bottom lip. Dang, they were just like a bickering old couple - though they weren't old or a couple, of course.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]
"Welcome back, Amaterasu." Marco said as he padded up, dipping his head slightly. "Did you miss us or did HawkClan not fit?" The joke was light and playful, a slight smile on Marco's face despite the other things he'd been dealing with, like the injured leg and his anger towards Skully.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]Ah, interesting. While SunClan was his first... "actual" clan, he'd lived back in Germany in a different sort of group of people, if that made sense somehow. There was nothing special to each groups way of healing, as it was all the same. Clans could be sort of weird, huh?

Marco, with a quiet approach, came over, taking a glance at the WindClanner. It was certainly strange - however, in a good way - that was she doing such. But it also was rather wise, in his opinion.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]Why, even if the tom didn't know any better with his choice of colors, he would have made one hell of a pop artist. A little Warhol mini. "Lovely job," Marco praised the doodling tom with a nod, briefly shooting a cold glance towards Skully. He still wasn't too pleased over the weed garden in his own backyard ordeal.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]"Marco Reus," the German said quietly, however voice rough and gritty like sandpaper. Not much left the toms mouth as he stood briefly, making mental note to remember Daryl's face.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]Marco came walking over in long strides, gingerly taken, before he came to a stop beside Emilie. Probably the second closest friend he had, maybe a bit below Skully on the scale - but still, he was a bit irritated with Skully, and so now he'd have to make do with Em's company. "I don't think I've ever actually seen you paint," the rough-accented German spoke. "But that reminds me... I found a box or two of paints in my basement. I didn't look at the colors, but you may want them."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]"A dagger, hm?" he murmured, almond eyes briefly looking over it. He remembered the many daggers found back in Germany; always had some odd quote or something on them about honor and victory. Some could get pretty corny, but with each handful of corny ones there was a very good one. He'd kept a few, but they were somewhere up in the house.

"If the blade is dull, I got a sharpening brick at my place in the basement." Why, no dagger could be of any use if it was dull!

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]"That was because he tried to grow weed in my garden, too," Marco shot back at him, though his at first serious composure crumbled and he cracked a boyish grin, chuckling a bit. "Nein, I don't have any dead bodies down there, mind you." Shifting on his paws a bit, he wondered if Emilie would take up the offer - while his basement was organized, it could do with losing a few boxes.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]"You cant bleed out pain," Marco stated, rough voice filling the air behind Skully. Yes, he knew what she was doing - no, his sentence wasn't intended to sound like it came straight from an asshole. It was just stating a fact in a different set of words most people didn't use. Even if such a situation, he was his cool and collected self.

While he wasn't sure how to comfort someone with his limited knowledge of English or how most responded to a situation like this, Marco hoped to be able to pull through. Awkwardly, he mumbled a quote in his German tongue - "Die Welt ist rund und der Ort, der wie das Ende mag vielleicht auch der Anfang sein."

After brief silence, he continued, "In my home country, that is an old - but true - quote. 'The world is round and the place which may seem like the end may also be the beginning.'" Damn, was he finding himself awfully corny. "This may feel like the end, but it is just a person full of strength trying to fight her way through the problems life throws at her. She's made it so far, she shouldn't call it quits."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 345px][justify][size=7pt]"I can read very well in German, though English is a bit okay. Not too good though, and especially not as good as Skullys reading." Marco murmured. He was shaping up his English, though. He was a bit opposite when it came to others learning a language - speaking it was easier than reading it for him.
