IC: Star trotted out of her den and leapt up onto a large boulder that stood by the entrance to her den. She drew a deep breath.
"My Tribe," she called out to the cats that were milling about in the clearing. They all stopped to listen to what she had to say. Star lowered her gaze. "I am leaving for a while to gather new recruits for our Tribe. We are dying out, we can't function with the number of cats that we currently have. So I am leaving for Loner Lands, now, to find lone cats that are willing to become To-Bes."
She paused for a heartbeat to let the new sink in.
"Thunder will be in charge until I return. Farewell, my Tribe."
Just before her emotions engulfed her, Star leapt off the rock and bounded out of the camp. She had to leave before she convinced herself that it was a bad idea.
She didn't look back.

The grey she-cat, unknowingly, stepped up the pace until the four cats were pounding through the forest, leaping over undergrowth and weaving around trees. Star just couldn't wait to get to camp.
When the scents of cat were at their strongest, the long-furred Leader slid to a halt and turned to face her new Tribemates.
"This is it, Echo, Wind, Crow," she nodded to each cat as she said their names, "Remember, if you ever feel that Tribe life is too much during your training and that you don't want to do it anymore, that's okay. You can leave, no hard feelings."
But as she looked at the eager cats in front of her, she knew that that wouldn't happen. She had been lucky to stumble across these three.
She flicked her tail and trotted through the entrance.

Thunder isn't role-playing enough at the moment, so I'll mentor everyone and choose a new Second-In-Command when a Hunter is in the Tribe!

IC: Star looked down at the three with warmth in her eyes. She noticed that Echo was acting, well, a little strangely but she decided to ignore it.
"Echo, Wind and Crow, you have all decided to become a part of this Tribe and it is time for you to become To-Bes. From this day on, until you become Hunters, you will trained to hunt, fight and care for your Tribemates. I will mentor you all. Hopefully, I will be able to make you Hunters before the next full moon!"
The slender grey-she cat neatly leapt down from the rock and quickly touched noses with each cat whilst the other cats of the Tribe chanted their names.

IC: Star stood up with a hiss and stalked over to Echo. She was sick of his attitude.
"Look," she pushed her face up close to his. She knew that she was loosing her cool, but she didn't care. These cats needed to learn that they had to do what she said! "You don't just leave when you feel like it. You leave when I say. And I don't care how long you've lived here, if your going to become my To-Be, you're going to have to start acting like my To-Be: now."
She then stepped back and closed her eyes for a heartbeat, breathing in deeply. She'd gone too far. She opened her eyes.
"You're going to have to play things my way or that's it. Okay?"
The grey she-cat turned to Oak. Poor kit, she was going to have to wait a little longer. "I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to put off your ceremony for a while; we haven't got enough Hunters at the moment. But once these new cats are Hunters, I'll mentor you myself, I promise."
