[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]Englishpaw hadn't heard much of what had been said on her way over due to the fact that she was deaf in one ear, but she got the general idea by the small amount she had heard. "Hey," she greeted, coming to a stop once she had reached the small group. As the female's blue eyes scanned the three of them, they came to rest on the frog that Infernopaw was holding, her face scrunching into a grimace. Ew, a frog. Seeing as Eternalpup had already asked how it felt, Englishpaw didn't feel the need to ask the same thing, so instead she waited for Infernopaw's reply. "I probably would've been scared as well if I had heard a noise," she mewed with a nod. The ivory femme had always been easily scared, so she understood why Eternalpup had immediately thought it was Bloodclan.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]Englishpaw actually appreciated the loud call as it meant that she had actually heard it with the one ear of hers that worked properly. With a small smile gracing her delicate maw, the thin female made her way over and took a seat, blue gaze scanning the group. She had met none of them before, but that was the point of these meet and greet things, right? Parting her jaw in a yawn, Englishpaw shook her head and offered everyone a nod. "Hi," she greeted with a twitch of her ears. "I'm Englishpaw." The ivory girl wasn't sure what else to say after that so she remained quiet, eyes flitting from person to person.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]A pair of cerulean eyes blinked open and Englishpaw was annoyed to find herself still surrounded by darkness and silence. Her lack of decent sleep was just beginning to take its toll on the ivory femme and she sighed heavily, pulling herself to her maws and carefully making her way out of the apprentice den. Luckily she wasn't so tired that she couldn't move properly, but Englishpaw was sure that it was only a matter of time before such things began to set in. It had been over a week now and in that time the apprentice hadn't managed to sleep all the way through the night once. It wouldn't be so much of a problem if she could get back to sleep after waking up, but quite often she couldn't.

With her eyes narrowed, Englishpaw exited the den and took a seat in camp, not sure what she could do to try and get to sleep. She really had tried a lot, but none of it helped. It seemed as though she would just have to push past it and hope that it would go on its own before long.

There was nobody else around from what the small girl could see, but then her eyesight was becoming weaker due to how tired she was. Her head shook lightly and she lowered herself to her stomach, eyes still half-open as she looked around camp.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]A night owl? "I wish," the female replied, offering the male a weak smile. It was nice to be able to hear someone else comfortably due to the lack of background noise, but the half deaf apprentice would still much rather be sleeping. But apparently she wasn't the only one who couldn't sleep. Although she knew how horrible it was to suffer from lack of sleep, a small part of Englishpaw was pleased that she wasn't the only one. It almost made her feel normal.

"I can't sleep," she mewed, watching the tired male. "Or rather, I can't sleep for very long. Although even if I do manage to get a few hours of sleep, it barely makes a difference." Englishpaw stopped there, feeling slightly uncomfortable. She didn't want to sound like she was whining, but she had refrained from mentioning it to anyone else for several reasons. It was good to get it off of her chest. But the other feline probably didn't want to hear about her troubles. "How long has it been for you?" Englishpaw asked, her head tilting slightly. Of course, by her question she meant how long it had been since his last full night of restful sleep, but she had assumed that he would get that. Perhaps she hadn't been specific enough though.

With a small shrug the white female let her gaze drift to her paws for a moment before focusing back on the tom. "I'm Englishpaw, by the way. We haven't met."

She hadn't been one a group patrol in a while, so Englishpaw figured that it would be good. It would get her out of camp for a bit as well. Offering everyone a polite nod, the apprentice flicked her tail, waiting to see if anyone else would choose to come.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]As she made her way down the mountain to get to the forestry at the bottom, Englishpaw winced. The rocky territory was something that her soft paws weren't used to and due to the fact that she had only recently been made an apprentice, she wasn't yet used to it. In fact, she hadn't been out of camp much since being apprenticed anyway. Englishpaw didn't yet have a mentor and hadn't learned much about hunting, although she had been trying to teach herself, and she was often too tired to go out of camp. But the ivory femme had forced herself outside, telling herself that the fresh air would do her good. Maybe it would, as well.

It didn't take the small girl too long to reach the forest and once she was there, Englishpaw stopped for a while. Her delicate jaw parted in a yawn and she sat down, curling her tail neatly around her thin body. Her cerulean eyes drifted closed for a moment and she took a breath, enjoying the breeze that ruffled her short fur.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]Having decided to do a solo border patrol in an attempt to wake herself up, Englishpaw could be found slowly making her way around the edge of Windclan's territory. She doubted that she would find anything, but the cool wind made her feel like she wasn't going fall asleep on her paws, so her trip was serving its purpose. With a small smile on her ivory maw, Englishpaw continued on her way, occasionally stopping for a quick break or to check out a scent that she didn't recognise. It was nothing out of the ordinary though, and the apprentice decided that she would probably go back to camp fairly soon and see if anyone would be willing to help her with her hunting skills or something.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]She didn't recognise the older female at first. Although she thought about her mother often, Englishpaw had forced the image of her out of her mind. She didn't dislike her mother, but she had always wondered why Witchingstar had left her and her littermates in Bloodclan. Englishpaw had hated it there, but didn't feel as though her mother truly wanted her, which was why she had chosen to go to Windclan.

At the sound of the voice, the apprentice turned, her cerulean eyes wide. "H-how do you know my name?" Englishpaw asked, trying to figure out why she felt like she knew the other feline. It didn't take long for her to realise. "Mum?" She mewed, her voice rising an octave. "What are you doing here?" The young girl bounced on her paws for a moment, not sure how to react, before moving forwards and attempting to nuzzle her mother. She had missed having family around.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]Englishpaw had left Bloodclan as soon as she was old enough to and made her way directly to Windclan. She just didn't fit in there and she knew that she never would, so the femme had left before she had formed any real ties. Of course, she missed her siblings and wasn't sure where they were. For all she knew, they were all still back in Bloodclan. But it was nice to hear that her mother cared about her.

A purr rumbled in her chest as she made contact with the older female. "I forgive you," she mewed with a twitch of her whiskers, drawing back and sitting down. At Witchingstar's next comment, a light giggle escaped her maw. Englishpaw had grown, but she was still noticeably small for her age. "People still mistake me for a kit," she told her mother, a smile on her face as she spoke. Usually she found it quite funny, so it wasn't much of a problem.

"Do you know where any of the others from my litter are?" Englishpaw asked with a tilt of her head. She wasn't sure if Witchingstar would know, but it was worth asking. The female would have liked to visit them, but she had no idea where they were and didn't particularly want to make another journey to Bloodclan. She knew that they weren't all bad, but she had left for a reason and didn't want to go back for any reason.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]Somehow she had managed to get horribly lost. Englishpaw had been unable to sleep again and instead of disturbing others, had decided to go for a walk to clear her mind and hopefully tire herself out. At some point though, the white apprentice had walked straight past the scent markers that signified the edge of Windclan territory and into whatever lay beyond. She was so deep in thought that she hadn't even realised until she was completely and utterly lost.

She had been wandering for an hour or so and the sun was just beginning to rise, only worrying Englishpaw further. How would she explain her absence if anyone asked? There was no way she could admit to getting lost. Breaths beginning to come faster, the ivory-furred girl sat down and began to look around in the vain hope that her cerulean eyes would land on something familiar. But it didn't happen. She was in a lightly forested area that she had never seen before, but the only thing Englishpaw could think to do was stay where she was. It would do no good to get lost even more, so she would just have to wait until someone passed her and hopefully they would know the way back to Windclan's territory.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 315px; height: auto; margin-top: -15px;][hr][justify][color=#d2d2d2]The small smile on her maw grew as her mother told her some of the names of her family. She hadn't heard of any of them before, so it all came as a surprise. Of course, Englishpaw had assumed that she would have family in Thunderclan, but it was different actually hearing their names. "I'll definitely visit," she assured her mother with a nod. The young girl would definitely want to meet her family. But for now she was happy just to hear about them. "You wouldn't mind telling me about them?" Englishpaw asked, cerulean eyes widening. She had assumed that her mother wouldn't have enough time to stay for very long, but she was pleased that she was wrong. "I would like that."

She was naturally quite a small, thin feline and her short pelt done little to protect her from the wind. Blue eyes scanning Windclan's camp, it didn't take long for Englishpaw to spot the kit, although that was possibly due to the violet cape that he was wearing. "Hi," she mewed, approaching the male and taking a seat. "Bored?" Englishpaw assumed that was the case due to the fact that she had often found herself bored when she was younger. She still did as an apprentice, but not quite as much. "I'm Englishpaw, by the way. We haven't met before."

"Electricitypaw," the female mewed with a sigh of relief, thankful to see her brother. She had been wondering where all of her siblings had gone, but she certainly hadn't expected to find one of them wandering around outside of clan territory.

Englishpaw jumped to her paws and twitched her tail, blue eyes locked on the small tom. At least she wasn't the only one who was smaller than average. "How are you?" She asked, invisible eyebrows raised. "And where do you live now?"

She assumed that Electricitypaw hadn't liked it there either, given that he had left. She was about to ask when the male said that he might live in Windclan with her one day, which caused the small smile on her maw to grow. "That would be good," she mewed with a nod. "I don't really have any friends there yet. I love it though. Everyone's so nice."
