[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]"HARRIS!" The squeak came from the approaching alabaster female as she moved to sit beside her sibling, moving her firey orange gaze around to see who was there and then stopping on Edge. Step mother? Well, no one would ever completely replace her birth mom, because Mai was stubborn like that, but she figured she would be giving the council member a chance. Everyone deserved one, after all. Offering a smile, she'd stay quiet.

[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]The pup originally wasn't going to approach. She wasn't all that interested. But then she saw Prometheus, and Mairead was over there in an instance, coming up beside her father- who still sort of made her nervous because he was a dragon, but she knew she'd get used to it. "Hi dad," was the female's greeting before she was offering everyone else a nod of her head.

[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]Her bright gaze moving towards where Stargazer was, she found herself smiling back. "I'm Mairead. I really like your name, too." Stargazer. It was just so nice, she thought to herself, actually glancing up towards the sky only to remember that it was still day time. She would have liked to see the stars in that very moment.
Then she heard her father, who no matter how much she didn't look like him, she loved him to pieces. Her tail would wrap around her paws as she shot the chief this rather affectionate look before allowing the tip of her tail to wave a bit in greeting as it lifted away from her feet briefly.
Then there was Spectrum, a name she also liked. All of the names here she had liked so far. They were all unique in their own way, or at least they were to her. "It's nice to meet you, Spectrum." The entire time she was sitting here though, her mind drifted to her mother, who she couldn't help but wonder what she was like.

[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]What was she supposed to do in this situation again? It took a moment for the young wolf pup to think about it but once she did she found herself coming over, puffing out her chest rather jokingly as she tipped her snout up somewhat briefly before looking towards the newcomer. "It's, uh, auto-acceptance. Welcome to the Tribe!"

[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]"Anything I can do, dad?" The alabaster female found herself looking up at Prometheus hopefully, bushy tail wagging back in forth in a way that showed her hopefulness. She wanted to help, honestly. Prove that she could.

[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]Then there was Elsa, someone whom she would direct her gaze towards with a friendly smile as her head bobbed up and down. "It's a pleasure, Elsa," was the pup's response. Despite her ambitious and firey personality, she still knew how to be polite, which was what the alabaster fae could be considered right now. Polite. Although, of course, that was all opinion.
Looking towards her adoptive mother, the smile would only grow as she gave an understanding tip of her cranium. A tip, yes. "I won't, mom." Mom. It felt weird to say, but it felt even odder to the canine to call her Edge, which lead to mom. Adoptive mom would be weird, as well, so that was really her only choice. She didn't mind much though.
Parispostcards? That was a unique name. It was longer than most, which made Mai somewhat curious, but she just looked towards the Tribe member with her rather firey grin making it's way onto her face in place of the soft smile that had been there moments before before glancing from Blair to Moxie. Lots of names, and the short attention span of the lupine caused her to just smile. "Nice to meet you all."

[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]Moving.
Moving.. No, she didn't want to move, yet the fae found herself realizing that it wasn't even her choice at this point. It's not like she was going to stay behind.. completely alone. Firey gaze moving away from those there, she'd sigh softly, mumbling a quick "congratulations."
-
[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]Mairead had nothing to say. There were no words, no phrases, that could possibly help her understand as her orange gaze swept over the duo, watching carefully. Sparring, was it?
-
[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]The alabaster colored female would slip over, none of these people being familiar enough to the point where she'd come up beside them, so she sort of just stood by herself as she gave a small nod of acknowledgement. "I'm Mairead," the lupine would state in a smooth, calm voice as she looked towards the Freefall, the one who seemed to be the center of the meet and greet.
-
[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 450px; font: normal 14px Times New Roman; borderwidth=0px][justify]Sparring. Of course, Mai knew what it was, but she had never really done so being a wolf pup and all. Although.. no age was too early, she supposed. Watching with a tip of her tail and a slow wag of her tail, the canine would pay attention, making notes.

White lips, pale face
Breathing in snowflakes
Burnt lungs, sour tasteThe snow-colored fae craned her neck to glance back over her shoulder, drawing in a deep breath before she was turning back around to face ahead of her. The wind blew through her pelt, causing a shiver to run down her spine as her dainty paws brought her closer to the border of.. well, home. The only home that the alabaster feline had ever known.
Light's gone, day's end
Struggling to pay rent
Long nights, strange menShe was tired from her journey. Her paws were beyond sore and she just felt like collapsing, yet Kestrel stayed standing. She kept standing because after walking all this way, she refused to simply give up. "Hello?" Was the one word to tumble out of the girl's lips, a bit of her British accent clinging to that single, five letter word.
And they say
She's in the Class A Team
Stuck in her daydream
Been this way since eighteenShe seriously doubted anyone she knew was here. Her parents, she knew, were long gone. Darcy and Rubyrocket. Kestrel had always been a daddy's girl, and at this point, somewhat regretted it. Her mom was gone and she didn't ever get the chance to say I love you before that time, and she regretted that, her heart sinking in her chest just thinking about it.
But lately her face seems
Slowly sinking, wasting
Crumbling like pastries
And they screamAnd Swanny. Swanny, Puffin.. None of them would be here anymore. Kes felt tears coming on, yet she blinked them away, forcing a sweet smile up onto her maw. Kesty was a happy girl. She had everything she ever wanted for so long, and of course that was going to fade away. Nothing lasted forever, she knew that, yet it still hurt.
Yet the hurt had become a dull throb.
The worst things in life come free to us
'Cause we're just under the upper handComposing herself, the charming fae allowed herself to speak up once more, remembering what the loners had said. Remembering what she had heard. Name and business. Okay, mind as well get that part over with before anyone asked. "My name's Kestrel.. Kestrel Arial. And I'm here to join." Maybe she'd recognize someone, yet that hope was becoming lost.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px;][justify][size=8]Kagura. "That's an unique name you got there, Kagura. I like it." And with that, Kestrel was stepping over the border with a grin. She was back, and that made her happy, yet at the same time she felt as if she was missing a piece. Shrugging off the feeling, she'd look back towards the female that had accepted her. "It's nice to meet you, by the way."
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px;][justify][size=8]The newcomer heard Vani.
That was what she heard, and that was why the alabaster fae was currently approaching the group at a quick speed. Turning to look towards Maria- the one who had said Vani- Kestrel would raise an invisible brow. "Hey there everyone," was the feline's greeting as she looked away from the Sunguard, resting her gaze on Vanillatwilight. Wait.. Was that? Shit, was that really Vani? Excitement bubbled up within the member as she drew in a deep breath. "I'm Kestrel."
If that was Vani, Kes was sure she'd be recognized.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px;][justify][size=8]This is what she came across after coming home? Well shit. She had been decorating one of the rooms in her own house only to exit and see the damage that had been done, bright eyes widening slightly as she mumbled something under her breath and moved forward. "What's going on?!" was what the member asked rather desperately, hoping to have someone answer her.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px;][justify][size=8]Kestrel had a feeling the poor girl's mother wasn't coming back, and that's what caused the ivory fae's heart to thump quicker as she frowned softly, staying quiet as she slipped over.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px;][justify][size=8]"Hi there," the alabaster fae would purr as she approached, looking towards the flower crowns with an obvious interest. "May I have one?"
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px;][justify][size=8]"I think I'll call you Leo. Go against the majority, hmm?" Quirking a nonexistent brow, she'd smile warmly, leaning forward to grab one with her ivory paw before drawing back. Observing the fake flowers that made up the flower crown, she'd look around at those there briefly. "I'm Kes by the way- anyone want to help me get this on my head?" Technically her name was Kestrel, but whatever.
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px;][justify][size=8]( seAR <3 )
Yeah, Kes had been here back during Permafrost's reign. She highly doubted anyone from that time- when she had been there, that is- was still present here, which was a shame. She'd have to make good friends all over again, and as sad as that happened to be, she could do it. She'd be able to fit in here just like how she had back then, or so she hoped. Smiling at the others who introduced themselves, she'd nod her head. "It's great to be here- um, I'm Kestrel in case anyone didn't catch it earlier."
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px;][justify][size=8]Kestrel wasn't capable of speaking another language. Some thought that because she had a British accent, she was capable of talking in some alien language, but she was not. So upon hearing words that were obviously from a foreign place, she'd tip her head to the side, turning yellow eyes towards the voice with a slight smile. "What language was that?" The member asked curiously. It didn't sound too harsh to her. She liked it, actually. "And it's a pleasure, Marco."
Polite. It was Kes' way.
