"Maybe eat, then hunt some more?" she suggested. It would be a good time to get to know him a little better. she thought as she looked at the fresh-kill below her. She looked back up at Icewish with no certain expression as she waited to see what he thought of her suggestion.

Sunstep grabbed a mouse and sat across from Icewish. "Yeah, it is," she purred. Then, laughing, she said, "We should do this more often." She looked up when the wind picked up and noticed Icewish's fur glowing brightly, it was beautiful actually. "Your fur is so pretty!" she gasped in astonishment. "No fair," she whined in a joking tone. Her own fur shone a silvery-orange in the moonlight, and her amber eyes seemed to glow, her fluffy tail was wrapped close to her side as she looked at Icewish with fake grumpiness.

Sunstep sighed and sank back on her haunches. This was all about a vole? she thought inwardly. Rain began drenching her and she growled in annoyance from the rain. "If you already killed it, I suppose it isn't much use to us. Take it, but don't come hunting in these woods again, okay?" she meowed with a forced gentle tone. Leaf-fall is coming up soon, then leaf-bare... we could use another good hunter around here I suppose... "Say.. How good are you at hunting?"

"Hmm... maybe you should consider joining the clan. More hunters are always appreciated, we may have to speak to the leader and you would need some sort of mentor, but it could be a good turn for you." Sunstep meowed with a relaxed smile. Her long fur was soaked now and she was cold, she knew they needed to leave soon so they could get dry. It wasn't the warmest out today.

Endlesskit padded up to the other cats when he heard the announcement. A slight frown crossed his face when he heard that someone was being demoted. But what if I became a medicine cat apprentice?! he thought excitedly, but that quickly vanished. He was still fairly new to this Clan and had about a moon until he was an apprentice, he figured someone would be chosen by then. So, he sat and listened to the others with a forced calm expression.

A black and white kit padded over and sat a little a ways from the other gathered cats, but close enough to be able to hear the conversation. Endlesskit tilted his head as he listened with a curious look in his green eyes. He was still fairly new to the clan and liked to learn new things, so he listened intently to gather information on his adopted clan and what was going on in it.

Sunsteps ears burned in slight embarrassment when Icewish complimented her. She laughed and proceeded to eat her mouse in order to avoid responding (she's a tad bit awkward), nodding to the tom when he continued talking. Licking her lips, she looked back up after finishing the mouse and began grooming herself thoroughly with a calm expression.

OOC: Oh yeah, it's no problem! I really appreciate the thought, thanks for telling me what's going on instead of just *poof* disappearing. I understand completely, I hope you have a good time and a great weekend!

Sunstep finished grooming and was about to get up when she heard a noise coming form the bushes. She looked at Icewish, who was swishing his tail quickly. She looked at the bushes and got into a crouch and faced the bushes, ready to spring if anything attacked or prey came out.

OOC: That sounds fun c: And yeah, no problem.

OOC: That sounds awesome! I'd rather do that then lay around at home all day.

IC: Sunstep gasped and ran forward beside Icewish. She was still on her guard, as she didn't know if the cat would attack or not, but also concerned. A frown was plain and clear on her face as she gazed at the injured cat. She turned her sight onto the white tom. "Oh, Icewish... what do we do?" she breathed worriedly.

OOC: Ooo.. *shivers* that would suck. But I'm sure everything is worth it in the end.

IC: Sunstep watched Icewish run off and turned her attention to the cat. Sunstep knew some basics when it came to herbs, such as: cobwebs help stop bleeding and can secure things in place. So, trying to be helpful she found some a few pawsteps away and wadded it up, bringing it back in a pile near the cat. She then also took some moss and soaked it in a nearby stream, but didn't give the cat anything until Icewish got back. "Shh, it's gonna be okay. Just stay laying down," she meowed in an attempt to comfort the injured cat.

A black and white kit was trotting in the direction of the others. He had heard someone offer flowers and he was about to go get some, but something told him to observe for a bit first. The tux's green eyes watched the others chase each other with the flowers when suddenly something seemed to go wrong. Endlesskit gasped and raced forward, having seen one of them collapse. He looked up at Clockpaw and down at the cat. "What's going on?!" he squeaked in fear. He knew he should probably stay back and let the bigger cats help, but he wanted to help. "Can I help in anyway?" the kit meowed desperately.

Sunstep was walking past the other two cats, but something stopped her. Something told her she should stay and talk to the others. She turned her amber gaze onto the others and smiled cheerfully. "Hello," she said in a cheerful meow. The orange tabby padded over to the others and gave them each a friendly nod of greeting.

Endlesskit had a frown of worry on his face, but when told he could help he gave a relived, but still worried smile, and dashed off. He felt as if this was something he could do to really be helpful for once. He found some moss growing on a nearby tree and, since he couldn't leave camp, located a small stream of water and dipped the moss in it. Hurried, he grabbed the moss and sprinted back, some of the icy cold water fell on his chest, but he didn't seem to notice. He gently set the moss down beside Clockpaw and stepped out of her way. "I got the moss!" he announced so she would be able to use it. He sat a little ways away and observed the medicine cat apprentice at work, slightly intrigued.
