"Well..." Sunstep pondered for a moment, when a question popped into her head. "What exactly does a hostess do in ThunderClan?" she asked with a curious amber gaze.

Sunstep smiled at the cub. "So... how old are you Splatter?"

"Sounds fun," Sunstep replied cheerfully. "But, do you ever get to go on hunting or border patrols or anything?"

"Right..." Sunstep nodded. "Who's your mentor?"

CONGRATULATIONS!!! The winner is Glassberry! :3 I haven't exactly come up with any thread ideas for these two yet, but I can. Do you have any?

"Really? That's awesome," she meowed with a bright smile. She had heard a lot about the grizzly, and admired how strong he seemed.

Sunstep smiled and her eyes showed the tiniest hint of sorrow for only a second, then quickly vanished. "No," she laughed awkwardly. "I have a few friends, yeah.. but my family is all gone." She mewed slightly quieter than normal with a sad smile. She instantly brightened, though. "But, all is good. I'll meet new cats, get new friends, maybe even a mate someday, life goes on." she sounded more optimistic when she spoke again.

"Yeah, of course! If you want to be anyway," Sunstep replied cheerfully. She let herself sit down and wrapped her tail neatly around her paws.

Sunstep smiled brightly and purred, "Good." She looked at the others talking. "Wanna go do something? I'm getting kind of restless just sitting here," she asked as she looked back at the apprentice.

Sunstep looked down at Shade. "Er...Hi Shade," she smiled awkwardly. Does this cat think I'm a threat? she thought. Looking at the cat she asked, "Are you okay? I won't hurt you..."

"Erm....." Sunstep looked around awkwardly. Was this cat supposed to be a loner or rouge? If so, how did they manage to get into the middle of camp?

IC: Shaking off the confused look Sunstep glanced over to see another, smaller, grizzly. "Hi Ursapaw, I'm Sunstep," she greeted warmly.

Sunstep's fur bristled in the slightest. So this cat IS a loner. "How did you get into our camp?" she questioned, narrowing her eyes. She was ready to attack if necessary, but not unless provoked. Loners were usually okay, so she waited for an answer from Shade.

Yeah, he is really big It's even funnier because Sunstep is small for her age xD. anyway, yeah I really like your ideas.

Hmmm... let me think. Ideas...

IDEA NUMBA 1: Maybe their parents were friends and had kits around the same time, so they've known each other since they were kits, right. However they never really talked because our characters siblings had some sort of hate/rivalry going on that Sun'kit' and Ice'kit' never really participated in and recently they run into each other and remember old times, BAM friendship formed.

NUMBA 2: As apprentices Sun'paw' gets hurt while training with Ice'paw' and he feels bad so he shows her how to use simple herbs to help the pain.

NUMBA 3: As apprentices Sun'paw' is sniffing death berries in a confused manner and Ice'paw' runs in to stop her.

NUMBA 4: Some apprentices pick on one of us and the other defends him/her

I wanted to add the element of herbs that your cat likes because I think it's cool :3

No worries, no worries! And yeah, I think it will be really cute. They both seem like the perfect balance of similar, I think it'll turn out good

And okay, so we want a good mix, yeah? I'm thinking we do the sibling rivalry like you said, add in your idea of the getting hurt while training as a past event, but not a long time ago (Sunstep is a like a new warrior), and recently they might run into each other and start talking more and more. Sunstep forgot to thank him for helping heal her or something of the sort.

What do you think? Wanna change it some?

Sunstep padded out of the warriors den and gave a long stretch. Her long orange tabby fur shone brightly in the sun, warming her back. She stood up and gave herself a quick grooming, then looked around camp with her amber gaze. Her paws itched to go out and do something, but she had already been on patrol for the day, so she decided to go on a walk.
The small tabby was walking through the forest in a calm, relaxed mood. She closed her eyes and let the sounds of the forest come to her, however, she didn't hear the cat walking towards her, as... she ran into him.
