I've looked at the power guides,
could anyone be amazing and type up a quick lil power list,
I know that a few were added back in via vote, and many were sorta swept under the rug

Hopefully this will cause some groups to merge
it would be nice if we halfed the amount of backboards.

I suppose this is good to just see how it goes, it can always be tweaked in the future.

tldr- base it on the position
do not feel as if a character has to work through the ranks, promote a character to their strengths.

I tend to give reliable rpers whom are welcoming ooc, bring up ideas, and actively try to improve the clan higher positions.
If a character is just nice or just active I won't promote them past shp
if that character posted ion every thread with a proper post I would not promote them
I promote solely on how much the character and their roleplayer do for the clan.

And don't promote too many hps, if you have hps just sitting there rping and acting like a normal member you need to demote them, or warn them.
Shoutouts go to members who are either new and are trying hard or members who are developing and moving forward but not enough for a promo.

although this could be seen as a death sentence, and it may be in some ways this could work out for the better
a while ago when the whole quota thing was removed there was a general discussion, many leaders said that they would actively try to improve activity and/or merge or remove clans so there were atleast 14 backboards.

the activity problem won't go away, and although its good to have a diversity of activity the slow pace of some clans is just disgraceful. Yes its a clan that people love and have history with, its a name that they've grown up with. But this may finally get a few clans moving and get the boards to actually merge, front and back.
The most popular clans will be the most popular and the least popular will be the least popular, the clans will change and their 'popularity' will evolve as the clan does. But at the moment too many clans are stagnant.

hmm,
I first joined the clan right when it started, so I can say for sure that the clan has evolved and moved forward.

right now though it is a rather good clan, there are interesting events or competitions on often so there is always something to do, the current leader Toh is a good leader who promoted and demotes fairly, the clan is very balanced, with players who post 1 or 2 paragraphs often to those whom prefer to post 4+ posts less often. The characters are REALLY diverse and well developed, it is easy to fit in and find you spot (I've only been there two weeks and its home again)
Its sorta like a massive family that you love

Detailed groups are great
they are fabulous and bring me heaps of muse

I would join and stay for eternity

how unique and developed they are
how they interact with your character and everyone elses character
also I suppose their name/art will help me remember
Also if the rper has a different or unique style of rping, but that changes from clan to clan.
Although lately no characters have really been noticeable to me.

when I was in darkclan it was slowly dying out but still good.

if your going to have divisions it needs to be part of the clan, it can be good but it needs to have weekly meetings, training and battles. or atleast biweekly if its a slow clan.

If it just sits there its worse than useless.

For rank in it have a strict leader- deputy.
If its a large clan perhaps you can have other ranks but I would say stick with Air force leader, deputy, members.

Nz sure is nice
the education isn't great but but isn't that bad
there is a lot of child poverty and homeless people in comparison to the population
Its rather nice, there isn't much difference between the cities though.

And an ex-leader (only of a minorbackboard tho)

Shes currently inbetween being rped but Im planning for her to come back again into a clan at the end on the week (I took a break so I could study for exams)

EDIT- in terms of mothership, now she wouldn't really be overly doting, more just visiting every month or so, back when coralie was a kiddo, Luv was the sorta woman who wanted to please only a few people but do it really well. So she would have adapted her mothering style to whatever Coralie responded best to.
