    for once in her life donnelaithpaw was quiet. standing away from the fire and glancing down at her paws, she realized that she didn't have any true friends other that gillian. and gill wasn't here as far as the red panda knew. the cadet lay there quietly, her mind pondering the poem. yet something made her want to be included, want to be called on. but no one seemed to ever do that to her other than gillian. unless someone was there in the background, whom she didn't notice. but nonetheless, she felt left out because the only other person she used to be comfortable with was jethro. but it seemed after meeting that westcoast chick that he lost all interest in her. the usually cheery cub felt down, fiddling with the spatula in her paws. lost in sadness, her mind focused on what she had, and that was apollo and the poem.

    she'd been working on that riddle of a poem, her mind working overdrive. she'd been hanging out in her train compartment, which was previously a first class cabin. so, she relayed the words through her head:

    and a silent mess for dinner.

    a flower... perhaps that could be a person named after a flower, like charlie or holly? that'd make sense, but she'd remain silent about that part. the next line said something about a sinner. sinbad? or perhaps that lutz dude who was always smoking, because she supposed smoking might be a sin.


    it was spinning her head a bunch, so she pulled a blanket from the ground, hid her notes in the trash compartment, and then snuggled up beneath the blanket to take a small nap, so that she could rest up to get her mind more focused.
