OOC/ They said Swiftstar's den, not a cave, it got mixed up......

Redwing was asleep with her kits in the nursery.

Leappaw ran into the den, gave himself a big shake, and padded over to Rose.
He dropped a mouse at her paws.
"Hey, Rose?" Leappaw prodded her gently.
"I brought you a mouse to eat." Leappaw sounded concerned.

Redwing woke with all the commotion outside the nursery.
Gently, not to wake the kits, she stood up to her paws and poke her head out of the nursery.
"What's going on?" Redwing asked no particular cat.

Redwing purred at the kit. She went back to her kits and started to wash them.

Ghostpaw ran to the Clan boundary. There was no reason to have boundaries. He saw a mouse on the other Clan's side and killed it with one swift blow. He made sure there was scent no other than that Clan's and ran to camp. He put it in the fresh kill pile.

Leappaw looked down at his paws and his ears and tail drooped from both sadness and disappointment in himself.
"I'm sorry. I just wanted you not to starve, Rose." He mewed quietly.

Redwing gasped and grabbed Patchkit by the scruff and padded quickly over into the nursery.

Redwing gently laid Patchkit down in a warm nest of moss and mewed, "Hush, little one. You didn't mean to. That's all that matters."
She curled her tail around him and her kits and watched them.

Ghostpaw hissed at cats who started at him in dismay.

IC/ Redwing was asleep with her tail curled around her kits in the nursery.

IC/ Leappaw was fighting off a fox. He swiped the stinking fox with his claws and leapped onto its back. He clawed at the fox's neck furiously and bit down hard. After it stoppped scrabbling, he limped painfully over to Rose. He didn't care whether he got hurt more than he already had.Leappaw just wanted to look at her and smell her sweet scent again.

Redwing was awoken when her kits started to complain. "I wanna go with Whitekit! His mother died and I don't want another kit to feel sad!!" Leafkit complained.

Tillkit stumbled onto Feather's paw.

Ghostpaw sat in the shadows, his amber eyes gleaming like cold golden sun.
(The only cat, or maybe, Ghostpaw really talks to is Applepaw cuz that's his bro.)

Applepaw padded over to Ghostpaw and watched the night stars.

Tillkit mewed to Feather, "Can I be your apprentice?"

Redwing meowed, "Hush, kits. You can visit Patchkit and play with him. Teach him your hunting exercises. He would be very glad for you to treat him just like a regular kit."

Windkit, Leafkit and Hopkit chorused, "Okay!" and ran over to where Patchkit was.

"ROSE!" Leappaw's heart was melting with joy.
He rubbed himself on Rose's fur until he was fully happy. He was happy, but overjoyed.

Leappaw was sleeping beside Rose.
He dreamt that his warrior name would be Leapspring and was being the greatest warrior and was hunting with Rose. He was suddenly in another place, dark and looming... Terrified wails came from everywhere and he fell, down... down, down........... Then he awoke for real. Panting and hot-headed.

Personality: he is never around in daylight and refuses to be touched, spoken to or be seen unless neccessary. He makes his own choices, but he's quick and wise.
