Elicity has a fierce and strong look to her, but she isn't anything to look at besides that. He hair is her biggest feature and is a mixture of black, brown, and purple and is shaved on rte left side but not completely and is black, her right side has long bangs.. Some call her eyes disgusting or even evil because of their uncommon light grey eyes and thick eyelashes that look likes she has makeup on but she doesn't. Her eyebrows are Brown and are thick and then thin out at the end. Even though she doesn't like it, she would rather have pale pink lips, she has brightly colored pink lips that pop against her pale skin. Her body shape is a thin hourglass but is almost boy like because of her lack of breast or curves and is 5'1.

Elicity is quiet and distant but seems stuck-up and snobbish to others. When she is alone she is full of life and happiness, but she is easily depressed even if she doesn't show it. She is extremely gullible when it comes to matters of the hearts but always has a cold stone wall so it doesn't show. Her voice is always clear and loud like she isn't scared out of her mind, but she really is. She does not trust easily trust people with her emotions, even if she is gullible.
History:(leading up to or after the mine accident/demonic takeover) "Sont ever ask me that question, ever."
Elicity grew up being taught that racism and hating anyone who wasn't a white, straight, and at least had a home were sick and disgusting. She never believed this and whenever she tried to speak her opinion she was beaten raw and was told "Nobody wants a girl's opinion." Her mother was also beaten raw and always covered up scratches and bruises and never got a job or spent time with other women. So, one day when she stabbed her father's back and drew blood because of her father beating her mother while she screamed forgiveness she was mistaken away from her home at the at the age of thirteen.. The good people sent her to Silent Hill, the cult picked her up and used her deep hatred and her father's teachings for their use. She was a big part in Alyssas burning. In fact, she was the one who bullied Alyssa into the bathroom and Elicity was nineteen! She was bullying a little girl because of her cult and fathers teachings.
