Mmh; He was actually going to introduce himself directly afterward, so he was prepared for the natural question. Gracefulkit? Hmm. Lovely name. "I'm Cottonkit," The alabaster tomkit responded lightly, offering a warm smile. "It's nice to meet you too." Hmm.. What now? Oh, he supposed he could spare a compliment; having been taught girls/ladies were to be treated as princesses. "That flower looks nice on you." Cotty complimented, dipping his head politely.[/fancypost]

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 380px; height: 125px; overflow: auto; text-align: justify][font=georgia]Not really caring who took what, little Cottonkit gave a shrug of, 'i don't mind', to anyone who asked for anything from the basket. An ear twitching, Cotty acknowledged Cherryblod's words. Poisonous? Whew. He'd remind everyone who came afterward, because he obviously didn't want anyone dying because of him. Ever.

Cottonkit's alabaster form shifted a bit, and he faced Favian. "Some flowers and some fruit; a few of the flowers are fake, though, but they still look nice to me. Um, don't eat too much of the fruit, some of them or too much or something is poisonous."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 380px; height: 125px; overflow: auto; text-align: justify][font=georgia]Cotty dully slunked over, positioning himself away from the others as he watched the new leader dryly, his lips a thin, flat line. Mmph. She'd make a good leader, but little Cottonkit only wanted his mother back. This leader stuff, with the takeover and death, was absolute crap to him.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 380px; height: 125px; overflow: auto; text-align: justify]Cottonkit's emotions pooled around his paws, surfacing peacefully and swirling around him, bottled carefully yet still frolicking with enjoyment of their confinement. But what happened when the cap was busted? What happened when a dent, or even a crack, leaked a drop of sensitivity out into the cruel world? It melted. It fell to the ground, and seeped into the ground, never to be retrieved. To be consumed by the world and merely forgotten.

Well, Cotty knew that a scratch was being scraped repeatedly; and that scratch was at the pit bottom, where the softest contents lie. At the moment, they dribbled out. He tried to cover them up, to hold them in and make sure they weren't to be seen; to keep the balance. But conflicts occurred. This? It wasn't a conflict; it was the result of one. A big one.

An alabaster bundle was dampened, tucked into the sand of the shore with crystal orbs staring into his glimmering reflection. It was morning, and he hadn't an ounce of sleep, having been out all night. Yet his oceanic, cerulean orbs were wide, dry, and casted out at the sea. Four months. He was four moons old now. Oh, but what a wonderful surprise he'd gotten. The death of his mother. Cottonkit didn't care anymore. It was easy to break a child, especially a gentlemanly, kind and sweet one as Cotty. When he was broken, the water inside didn't spill out like tears flowing; No, no. The glass of the bottle shed it's shards, like a million vicious scorpions. Anybody in the mood to p'ss him off? They'd be left sobbing like a toddler.

Cotty slipped out of his towel aswell, and his alabaster fur appeared as mere layer of snow atop him, fluffy and soft-looking. Mmh, he wouldn't attempt to smoothen it to it's far former state. Cottonkit, instead, awaited her to finish the smoothing, not really wanting to make an attempt to help. How would he be able to help? Mmph.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; overflow: auto; text-align: justify]Orange Lily would return, right? Of course! O-.. Of course she would! A rapidly thumping heart clawed throughout his body as Cottonkit's somewhat shaky paws led him forward. Cotty's heartbeats resembled that of a beating drum, a crash of firmness slamming against a soft surface, the gnawing at his stomach thousands of ants scrambling away from a flood. He could feel every little tiny patter swirl around in him, like a tiny sandstorm working up inside him, a tingling running through his bones and sprinkling over his veins.

Cottonkit felt the sting in his entire body, the tight strings woven through him seeming to loosen yet tighten at the same time. He supposed he didn't know how to feel, so emotions were being force onto him like smeared makeup while in the middle of a mirrorless room. Cotty dropped into the seat, the alabaster kitten's world dissipating and only leaving the caracal he called 'mom' or 'mommy' behind.

"I love you, and I'll miss you." Cotty whispered to the passed form of his mother.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 380px; height: 125px; overflow: auto; text-align: justify]Cotty was oblivious to the plant's characteristics, though he had most certainly been warned not to eat these specific, sweet smelling, addictive herbal plants. That meant he held an uneasy look whilst padding over, an ear twitching lightly. she was just.. Rolling around in them. "Hi.." He mumbled in greeting, sliding into a seat.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 380px; height: 125px; overflow: auto; text-align: justify]Cotty forced away the urge to scoff. 'Okay'? Yeah, sure. Because he didn't just lose his mother or anything, it was all just rainbows, flowers, fruit, candy, hugs, and country music. Randomly happy stuff with no real point that everyone loves (aside from fruit, don't diss the watermelon).

Cottonkit passed Favian a blank, neutral glance before turning to his father. He was silent for a moment, merely studying the grin before bitterly looking away. Surely he wasn't the only one affected? Perhaps he was the only one not hiding it-- maybe even not moving on. How was he supposed to? For crying out loud, it was the very day and everyone was already back to normal.

Cotty wouldn't sit here in silence, merely chuffing a flat, "How are you guys?"

Where they were headed? Cottonkit didn't know. He.. He just needed to leave. Surely everyone would be fine. He could visit his new friend, Sakurakit, in Hawkclan. The Insignia wasn't a nice home for him anymore. He had no home, right now, airborne as he rested his head on his paws, the four month old child releasing a silent sigh.

He'd never left his home before.. And this place, well.. It was certainly fresh to him. The four moon old alabaster tomkit easing into a seat as he passed, who could pretty much be considered a stranger, Helios a glance, before turning back to wait for someone to welcome them; if they did, of course.

But.. Hey, they were both kittens here! Naturally, Cottonkit found the setting eery, and gently pressed against her a bit, making an attempt to be comforting. Phew.. He'd only been in such a situation, or even close, when he had went swimming late at night due to some stress problems. Even the scent was foreign, milky-white ears flattening slightly.

He hadn't ventured out here, anyway, so as she glanced about, he focused on the chilly air and the chirping crickets, moving forward a bit. Cottonkit gave a soft sneeze as the air stirred, making sure to turn his head away from her so he didn't sneeze on her or anything, before continuing to work past branches, alert tail twitching behind him.

Oh, but when the four month old dear had made any attempt to eat; it felt like a steak and gum mixture. Endlessly chewing, but nothing ever really seemed to change; when he swallowed, he didn't savor the taste; instead hoping he didn't choke as it was force down into his stomach. The food he had been eating was foreign and useless, seeming to perish once it began to decay, and leaving him unsatisfied.

Cottonkit's gaze was rested on Helios as he warily approached, eyes invisibly ringed with sleepiness before he silently sneeze, continuing to near Helios in the process, but turning his head away so he didn't sneeze on him or anything. Fixing his gaze on the leopon once again, the scent of the large prey entered his nostrils, but he shut out the scent as Cotty eased into a seat, curiously watching Helios for a moment.

"U-um.. Hi." Cottonkit greeted awkwardly, paws shuffling in the slightest.

Woah, woah.. Cotty's milky fur fluffed somewhat, light ocean orbs blinking a few times. The hell? Riverclan didn't seem nice at all! Why did Helios take him here? Mmph, Cotty noted the way Helios seemed.. Somewhat controlling of this unfamiliar, pregnant tom. Hm.. Was that his boyfriend? Or brother? Or..

Cottonkit's tail curled around him, and he gave a silent sneeze before continuing to watch the scene curiously. When Sydney slipped between them, he piped, "Why can't we all just be friends?" Sheesh.
