    Frostlight nods.
(Lol so short. I'm not counting that)

"Are you... a ghost?" It was a very serious question, considering everything that was going on. She wasn't sure if she was still frightened of her or not. It seemed as if she wasn't a threat, but they only met moments ago. "My name is Myrtle, by the way. What's yours?" she asked next, trying her best to remember her manners. They were pretty easy to forget under the circumstances. If she was going to be stuck here all night she might as well try and get used to things. Besides, this room didn't seem too bad. Nothing bad had happened yet aside from her nightmare, but she was sure that had been her own mind's doing.

"I'm Frozenlake." Frozenlake looks straight at Myrtle. "And yes, I'm a ghost." She awaits the green leprecorns reaction unsure of what would come next.

OOC: I'll be back in like 30 minutes. Gonna hop in the shower. xD

Well then. She had been expecting that answer, but it still gave her a small shock. Myrtle did her best to swallow her fear, not wishing to offend the seemingly friendly cat. "S-so you live here then?" she asked next, unable to stop the little stutter. The leprecorn quickly cleared her throat, pushing aside the terror once and for all. After this was all over Myrtle definitely needed some fear therapy, and some courage lessons to boot. She was too big of a scaredy-cat to function half the time it seemed!

    Aww ok :(

Frozenlake nods and decides to tell Myrtle everything. "I died here of old age, not being able to find a way out. Since then, I've helped cats out and explored this place. It really is facinating." Frozenlake's tail twitches. "And now here you are."

    50/60

Wait, did that mean she was going to die here too?! Was there a way to escape? When Frozenlake mentioned "helping out" she certainly hoped she meant directing cats to the exit. Either way it was quite a tragedy, being trapped somewhere strange until you died. She felt a great deal of sympathy for the other she-cat, regretting how frightened she had been of her at first. As bad as it sounded, Myrtle just had to ask the question the was nagging most at the mind now, or else it was going to consume her every thought. "Am I going to die here too?" she asked, her voice soft as she stared blankly at Frozenlake. Her expression was unreadable as she waited for her reply, uncertain if she truly wanted to hear the answer or not.

Juniperheart yawned, she padded over to her twin sister Willowthorn and purred, "How's life?"

"Fine," Willowthorn muttered, crushing lemongrass between her clenched jaws. "You?"

Lavenderpaw had been so absorbed in taking stock of the herbs that she hadn't realized her mentor was up, busily working on mashing some lemongrass. When she heard the deputy's voice the young apprentice spun around, seeing the two sisters interacting. It instantly reminded her of her own sister Lilypaw, who was out training to become a warrior. Seeing how Juniperheart and Willowthorn went through the same situation in leading separate lives, maybe Lavenderpaw would ask her how she coped. The silver-gray tabby quickly put back the herbs in their proper storage place before padding towards her mentor, quietly sitting beside her to allow her some time with Juniperheart.

Frozenlake wonders what will happen after she gives Myrtle an answer. "Only if you remain trapped. Like I was." She says quietly.

    51/60

The answer was too vague to be satisfying. How was she supposed to get out if Frozenlake hadn't been able to? "This whole situation is so messed up!" Myrtle groaned, clawing at the pillow she was resting on in frustration. Her eyes darted back towards the bedroom door again, as if it was taunting her to go back out and search. She knew she had to keep going, and the longer she put it off the worse things would become. The leprecorn left out another heavy sigh before addressing the ghost cat, her soft blue eyes nearly pleading as she spoke. "Could you at least travel with me? Even if it's just for a little while?" She'd feel a lot safer having someone else by her side, even if they weren't of the physical realm. Just because Frozenlake hadn't made it out before didn't mean they couldn't get out together now!

"Hello kitten," Willowthorn mewed softly to her apprentice. "Watcha been up to?"

"Just counting our herb stock. We seem to be a little low on tansy leaves, but I'm not sure if they're still in season," Lavenderpaw replied, remembering what she had noticed from the stores earlier. "Oh, and we need some mallow too!" With Leaf-fall heading into full swing she wasn't one hundred percent sure if they could find many fresh herbs now. The frost hadn't started to settle just yet though, so maybe they still had some time. She'd leave the judgement call to Willowthorn, considering the fact Lavenderpaw was still learning about where certain herbs grew and when their peak growth was.

"Actually, I know the house by heart. I can show you the way out." Frozenlake offers. "And I'd be delighted to travel with you."

    53/60

She couldn't even begin to describe the amount of relief she felt at this news. Finally, she was heading home! "Thank you so much, Frozenlake! I won't forget this kindness!" Myrtle gushed, a smile forming on her dark green mug for the first time all night. The leprecorn was instantly on her paws now and jumped off the bed, a new found energy surging through her body. The house was pretty large, but if Frozenlake knew the way she was certain they'd be out of there relatively soon. "So, where to?" Myrtle asked, looking back at the ghost cat. She'd definitely let her lead the way, not wanting to get lost within the creepy halls once again.

OOC: I still have quite a few posts to make so let's drag this out a bit if you don't mind. xP 42 / 60

Shreestrike watched awkwardly from afar, waiting for the starving she-cat to finish her meal. He couldn't see anything through the cover of leaves of branch but he could hear her ravenous consumption, as if she couldn't get enough of the creature. He made a silent note to fetch her something else as soon as he could, if she'd let him help again that is. Finally she had stopped chewing, offering a small thanks in return. "No problem. I certainly couldn't let you starve!" the young warrior replied, offering another charming smile. The bush began to rustle as Morning lifted her gaze towards him, causing Shreestrike to refocus his own eyes towards her in return. "Why are you being nice to me?" Well, that was certainly an odd question. Most cats just said thank you and left it alone when someone did them a favor, but Morning was not just anyone clearly. How did he even answer something like that anyway? "Uhhh, honestly? I don't know. I'm just naturally nice, I suppose," he replied, feeling a bit embarrassed at how crappy his answer was. "You needed help, so I gave it to you. Just the way I was taught to be." There, that sounded a tiny bit better. It was hardly to explain why one was nice, especially to complete strangers. Some cats would go out of there way to help anyone in need while others wouldn't even give them a second glance. It was just nature, he supposed.

Frozenlake smiles at Myrtle's enthusiasm. "This way." She leads the way out of the bedroom and starts to climb a staircase. She reaches the top then pauses, waiting for Myrtle.

    54/60

A real spark of hope ignited with Myrtle at that moment. She had great faith in Frozenlake's help, even though they had barely met an hour ago. It was easier to trust some cats over others it seemed, though she didn't quiet understand it. The leprecorn eagerly followed the ghost cat out of the bedroom, heading towards the staircase she had just ascended. However, a prickle of fear caused Myrtle to freeze before she climbed the first step, staring up into the darkness. "Are you certain it's safe?" she called up, feeling like a scaredy-cat at the question. She rather act like a baby and be safe though.

    43 / 60

Frozenlake nods. "So do you want out or not?" She hovers a few mouse lengths above the ground and waits for Myrtle to come.

    55/60

"Yes, of course!" Myrtle replied, shaking her head to clear her thoughts. She had to ignore her fear! Frozenlake wasn't going to the steer her in the wrong direction. The leprecorn slowly padded up the dark staircase until she was standing beside her new companion, her eyes fixated on the ground beneath Frozenlake's floating paws. "That's so... weird. Not in a bad way though! Clearly I'm not accustomed to seeing this sort of stuff," Myrtle chuckled, trying to lighten the mood a bit. It was the only thing keeping her mind off the terror she felt inside.

    44 / 60

    Mm dinner :(

OOC: Enjoy your meal! Want me to wait and finish with you when you get back?

IC: Myrtle couldn't help but wonder how this house came to be. Surely it hadn't always been this bad, filled with horrible tricks and traps around every corner. Was the whole thing just a haunting ground for lost souls like Frozenlake, or was there dark spirits at work? She was sure she could learn the answers if she stayed long enough, but that idea did not sound appealing at all. As soon as the ghost cat showed her the way out she was getting as far away from the house as she could, never to see the terrifying place for as long as she lived.

    45 / 60

Had she heard that correctly? Lavenderpaw was instantly on her paws, trailing after her mentor to see the damage. She saw her sister following behind Ferretpaw and waved her tail in quick greeting before focusing on what Willowthorn was doing. She had to make sure she listened well in order to get the best training possible. Maybe she could even get some paws on training, depending how bad the injuries were. "What happened, anyway?" Lavenderpaw couldn't help but ask, feeling a bit worried. She knew Geodepaw and Ferretpaw had somewhat of a rivalry, but had things gotten too out of hand? Judging by the fact they had physically fought told her that was a yes...

"Are there others like you?" Shreestrike couldn't help but chuckle nervously at the question, feeling unsure of what to say. It took him a moment to collect his thoughts, clearing his throat slightly before beginning. "There are, yeah. I mean, ShadowClanners are naturally suspicious of outsiders. Just the way it's been for as long as I can remember. Once you get to know us we're all pretty nice cats." Well, most of us are at least, he thought, keeping those words to himself. Judging by the way she asked the question something was telling him she had already met some of the less than savory types of his Clan... "What brings you to these parts, anyway? Are you lost?" He figured he had to try and get some more information out of her if he was going to help her properly. If she was indeed lost he could try and lead her back home, once she had the strength that is.

Frozenlake sighs. "Come on. Really, do you want out or not?" She turns and pads along a hallway.

    56/60

"Do you really think I wanna stay in this creepy place?" Myrtle replied, shaking her head in mild amusement. She was starting to feel like her old self again at last. Once she was completely rid of this house she was going to catch herself a big meal and sleep for a week, putting all this nonsense far behind her. The leprecorn followed closely behind Frozenlake as they padded down the corridor. It felt odd standing next to a ghost. Curiosity began to eat away at the young female as they continued to walk, becoming too much to ignore. Carefully and quietly Myrtle extended a forepaw, attempting to press it into Frozenlake's flank. She wanted to know if she was solid or if her paw would go clean through.

    46 / 60

"Lavenderpaw! Get me some more lemongrass," Willowthorn commanded with a snicker. "It's gonna sting fer the both of cha, so how about I make that your punishment? Applying to laters of dried salt and lemongrass. Aha!"

Lavenderpaw nodded and did as she was told, heading back to the pile of lemongrass the medicine cat had just been working on. She quickly wrapped the bundle and carefully lifted it with her teeth, bringing it over to Willowthorn as fast as she could without dropping it. "Do you actually want the dried salt, too?" she asked, her eyes widening slightly. The silver-gray apprentice was almost certain it had been a joke, but she couldn't rule out anything when it came to her mentor! Her attention was then turned back to Ferretpaw as she listened to his explanation. Geodepaw had been way too rough it seemed, and he should have known better considering he was nearly a warrior. She kept her remarks to herself though, not wanting to cause any issues in front of Willowthorn.

...... I have nothing to say. All my chacters are up for interaction

OOC: I'll hurry and make my character so there'll be some interactions!
