Ula stopped, ears shoved forwards and head high. Her tail went straight up. Ula scanned the area, picking up the scent of blood. She followed the scent, her nose high in the air and skimming the ground. She eventually found Amasa and the bear. She dipped her head. "What happened?" She asked.

Ula was in the clearing in the camp now. Her belly went through a series of searing pains. She winced, collapsing into a lying position. She was panting heavily, until the pain stopped. Ula slowly got back up. She realized it was her pups.

Annanuta watched as Ula stumbled. She had no time to think before she was at Ula's side. Annanuta pressed her flank to the pergant she wolf's. Steadyly she guided Ula to the nursery in camp.Ula looked to see Annauta helping her to the nursery. Once she was settled into her nest, the pain had passed. "Thank you. I'm fine now." She smiled warmly at Annauta.
