“Delete it and forget it ever existed,” Folwin murmured dryly with a frown before watching the two. “But you don’t know if anything will happen between those two. They literally just met after Eskar was stupid and crashed into him.”

Eskar’s eyes widened in shock, flushing darkly despite himself before he stammered helplessly, “Wh-What?” Oh my gosh—is this...? No, he’s just messing with me and I failed because he got a reaction out of me!!

(Skyler- *flicks his gaze aside* ....Most of my dreams are the opposite. I wake up.... empty because in the dream, you were with someone else and there wasn’t anything I could do but watch.)

“You need something for getting the blood washed off,” Skyler explained before he shook his head slightly with a gentle frown. “You don’t have to buy me anything, I was the one who wrecked my shirt.”

“Kordellia, I’m trying to meet you halfway. You can still carry a bag but let me help out when you need it or else we’ll have to go back to the ship early because you tired yourself out,” Hiro argued gently but firmly as he held out a hand to her with a frown.

Libra was quiet for a long moment before whispering softly, “I’m sorry, Anoki... But... you can’t lose hope that some others didn’t escape and are out there in the universe, waiting to come back....”

(*huggles gently*)

“Ah no,” Basil replied with a soft flush, smiling softly. “It’s okay. It’s only cold for a moment but it feels real nice, really...”

Lyrin flinched before looking downward, shaking his head. “You... you don’t have to do anything... there’s nothing to be done...”

(Kaze- I think Kage will recover from it much more quickly though. *replies gently before sighing, holding him close* You’ve had your own issues too though... *bites his lip before looking aside* I only understand Lyrin a little, only because of my... experience with Damon...)

(XD no... I didn’t know if you meant literally or figuratively. You don’t stink to me either way~)

Basil flushed darkly as he stared down at the ground before he whispered, “But... But you’ve got burns too—“

Lyrin flushed darkly in shock, finding himself unable to move even if he had wanted to. “What are you doing?” He asked softly before looking up at him with wide eyes of shock.

(Kaze- *hugs him tightly back before smiling faintly* Hey, I know you don’t like hearing about him but... you have my back just like I have yours. *murmurs softly before closing his eyes with a sigh* But at least... at least that boy didn’t go through all the torture I did... *pauses* I’m glad you didn’t either... but if either of them cross our paths again, we’ll cut them down.... working together as a team. I can’t stop you from fighting by my side... especially because I don’t want to risk you doing something stupidly heroic to stop Damon if... if I freeze up.)

“I’d be happy to help,” Basil replied with a soft smile, flushing softly beneath his sunburn. “More than glad to, actually...”

Lyrin blushed darkly and stared downward at the dragon in their laps before he murmured, “You... don’t have to do that, Kage... I just accepted it as a fact of life, my life... it’s just as simple as that.”

(Kaze- Agh—don’t remind me! I hate training with Azar... *sighs as he folds his arms across his chest* She always manages to beat me, I mean come on! What’s with that?! *demands as he waves a hand before smiling faintly* You’re right that you’ve learned a lot... but I’ll always worry about your safety, my darling...

Azar- *sticks out her tongue from where she overhears* he’s so disgustingly sweet and mushy. *mumbles to herself as she turns away with a huff* Besides, it’s not my fault no one can keep up with me in training.... ~But training Freddy was fun... he’s such a sweetie that I didn’t mind taking things a little easier on him until he was ready.)

“Okay, thank you,” Basil replied with a soft smile as he leaned forward to press a gentle kiss to his cheek.

Lyrin didn’t look up as he squeezed his eyes shut, shaking his head a little. But you’re wrong. I’ve heard it so many times now it’s become a part of who I am.

(Kaze- Azar’s mean when it comes to teaching... she always swats me with the flat of her blade... *complains softly before holding him close with a soft smile*

Azar- *jumps slightly in surprise before turning around to see him, grinning despite the faint blush on her cheeks* You flatter me...

“I know you are... it’s just I want you to know I appreciate it,” Basil replied before he grabbed the bottle and moved to slip behind Galen on the bed, starting to squirt some of the cool gel into his hand. “Let me know when you’re ready.”

Lyrin’s eyes widened in shock before he felt tears slowly escape his eyes to fall into his lap. He brought up his hand and briefly pressed it to his face before staring in shock down at the shimmering spots on his fingers. Am I...? No, I can’t cry... I’m stronger than that and yet... yet he’s... he’s...

(Kaze- I’m pretty sure he does... *mumbles as he hides his face against his boyfriend’s shoulder with an unhappy sigh*

Azar- Well maybe someone someday will be able to keep up with me and best me. *giggles softly into her hand before flashing him a warm smile* You think you could keep up?)

“Alright then,” Basil murmured with a soft smile before he gently began to rub his back with the lotion. “It should feel better...”

Lyrin jumped in surprise as he let out a small gasp before he flicked his gaze aside. “Hailey... you... you don’t have to,” he whispered faintly as he shook his head slightly, tears still slipping down his cheeks as he tried to weakly stop the dragon from licking him.

(Kaze- Well we are but... *sighs as he looks up* ...She always seems to think I’m not taking things seriously..

Adlet- That’s because you never do. *replies cooly to the other young man as she walks past them* take things seriously that is.

Azar- *gasps softly in surprise before shaking her head* I have no doubts you couldn’t keep up with me...

“Sorry,” Basil replied with a shy smile as he continued to gently rub it into his back and shoulders. “But at least it feels nice after a couple of seconds, right?”

Lyrin laughed faintly despite himself as he continued to gently push away Hailey’s head before murmuring, “Alright, Alright! Easy there...” He paused for a moment before looking up at Kage with wide eyes of surprise. “No... no you... you didn’t do anything bad... I just realized something... I don’t want to talk about it.” He glanced aside, sighing softly as he looked downward and gently rubbed Hailey’s head. “I don’t like talking about things in my past... I can’t... I can’t talk about it...”

(Kaze- She’s entitled to her anger.... *murmurs with a sigh as he shakes his head* She still doesn’t trust me... and sees me as a traitor. I’m not bothered by her words... but she may have a point...

Azar- *smiles softly* I’d be happy to test that out too...

“Okay, good,” Kalo murmured, dipping his head before he closed his eyes briefly. He was quiet for a long moment until he began to mumble a spell underneath his breath, a pale green light glow surrounding them for a moment before they disappeared.

“It’s too early to say that,” Folwin replied with a sigh before shaking his head. “Besides, he seems way too innocent for Eskar’s tastes—even after that’s whole display.”

Eskar’s flush darkened as he hurriedly stepped back and escaped his hold before turning aside, his arms folded across his chest. That. Was. The. Stupidest. Reaction. I’ve. Had. To. A. Guy. Doing. That!!!!! Agh!!! I hate myself for losing so easily—I wasn’t supposed to become the blushing mess!!

(Skyler- *eyes widen in shock as he stares at him before smiling faintly* You’ve... You’ve never said that before.... in any sort of dream or anything... maybe... this’s real...)

Skyler sighed heavily in slight annoyance, finding himself unable to deny Jay’s point as he got the rag wet before gently dabbing at Jay’s nose.

Hiro quickly took it from Kordie and smiled faintly before murmuring softly, “Thank you...”

Libra pulled back slightly to flash him a gentle smile before murmuring, “Please, don’t thank me. I didn’t do anything.... besides... your wolfy friend there was the one who got me.... If you’d like, we could head to the kitchen and I could try to scrounge something up...”

Lorenzo quietly watched the two and growled in annoyance, irritated the yellow Paladin called him a wolf again. He angrily nosed Anoki’s hand, his ears twitching slightly before flicking back slightly.

“I’m glad to hear it,” Basil replied with a soft smile before he moved to climb off the bed carefully, standing in front of Galen before gently beginning to apply more of the cool gel onto his face.

“Are you... are you sure?” Lyrin asked as he continued to gently stare down at Hailey, continuing to gently pet him.

(Kaze- *chuckles softly before shaking his head with a sad smile* I can handle Azar’s sass and attitude... it’s just hard to accept that I’ve lost Adlet’s trust....

Azar- Yes, lets. *smiles as she nods* That is, if you want to...

“I suppose that’s true,” Folwin murmured quietly as he nodded slightly before gently stroking the cat’s head from where it laid across his shoulders.

“I’m fine,” Eskar replied quickly as he avoided his gaze, his lips pressed into a thin line of frustration that he’d lowered his guard so easily just because the boy looked so innocent and adorable.

(Skyler- I... I don’t know... *murmurs quietly as he glances aside, rubbing the back of his neck* Maybe?)

“You’re not buying me anything expensive,”

Skyler finally murmured with a soft sigh, briefly closing his eyes as he shook his head. “Those are the terms...”

Hiro quietly followed after him, letting out a silent sigh as he wondered if he had upset Kordie again and what he could do to fix it.

“He seems more like a wolf to me,” Libra remarked dryly to himself before sighing, dipping his head slightly. “Alright... I suppose I can’t stop you but... just remember you’ll have to eat at sometime in order to stay healthy, that is if you still want to make a difference in this resistance.”

Lorenzo’s ears lowered slightly at Anoki’s words and he slowly moved to get up, hating showers or bathes in either form. He had hoped Anoki didn’t expect him to do the same, get all cleaned up and neat for people he didn’t even know.

Kalo smiled faintly as he shook his head, glancing down at the ground. “It’s nothing... just a useful little trick, that’s all...”

Basil chuckled softly before gently rubbing any last red areas he noticed on the boy’s collarbone before drawing back with a warm smile, “You’re done!”

“Don’t worry about it,” Lyrin replied with a soft sigh as he shook his head, briefly just resting his hand on Hailey to enjoy his warmth. “It’s just... no one’s ever been so kind, alright? I’m not used to it.”

(Kaze- maybe... *sighs* But I don’t think I’ll be earning it back anytime in the near future...

Azar- *smiles softly as she takes ahold of his hand before leading him into the sandy training arena* Come on, I’m excited for this!! I can’t wait to see what you’re made of!)

“It’s okay... this worked out for both of us. I have an interview here today anyways,” Kalo replied with a faint smile as he shook his head before he started to walk off quickly. “So don’t worry about owing me anything!”

“No,” Eskar replied with a soft sigh as he shook his head quickly. “You didn’t upset me... you just caught me very off guard...”

(Skyler- No... *shakes his head once more before frowning gently* But what’s this have to do with—?)

“Fine,” Skyler murmured as he moved to toss the rag into the garbage. “Seems we have a deal.”

Hiro stared at Rover silently in shock before he shrugged uneasily, not knowing at all what the small robot was saying.

“They’re nothing,” Libra replied with a shy flush before he hurriedly got up and moved to step away.

Lorenzo wagged his tail a little bit before a small yip of delight escaped him.

(Lorenzo- Uggh... I can’t understand bathes or showers... they’re so stupid... *mumbles to himself*

“Thanks,” Kalo murmured as he quickly slipped past him before checking his watch. “Damn, I hope I can find the room in time...”

“Of course, you’re welcome. Thank you for doing the same,” Basil replied with a warm smile before he moved off to wash his hands off.

Lyrin sighed softly before he nodded a little bit, “I know you don’t have to try to do that it’s just... I’m not used to it.”

(Kaze- Calm down, my Freddy bear. *murmurs with a soft smile as he hugs him* Don’t let it get to you...

Azar- *smiles back at him warmly before her eyes widen in surprise* Ah, I’m sorry—I shouldn’t have just dragged you off... *stammers softly*

“It really is,” Basil replied with a soft smile, briefly looking downward as he washed his hands.

“Our help?” Lyrin asked with slightly wide eyes as he glanced up at him. “No, you don’t have to—“

(Kaze- Oh?~ *asks with a sly smile before he leaned in to kiss his prince softly*

“No... it’s fine. I just... didn’t expect it,” Eskar admitted as he flicked his gaze aside, still slightly flushed with embarrassment.

(Skyler- *eyes widen in shock for a moment before he closed his eyes, gently kissing Jai back*)

“It’s nothing,” Skyler replied again as he shook his head slightly.

Hiro quietly followed after the two, sighing silently as he closed his eyes.

Libra bit his lip for a moment before sighing, looking reluctant before he offered, “You may call me Libra, instead...”
