i guess this is my celebration

This was completely unexpected. The merchant was having a nice long nap. A really long nap, it seemed. That's because his original body was in a comatose state. Why? Because it lacked spirit. No, literally. In his sleep his spirit drifted away and into another body. A cream cameo with white blotches and bright aqua eyes, fur damp and sand clinging to her pelt.

Tapedeck slowly opened his - or rather her - eyes, only to find that he was not in his own home. Did he sleepwalk or something, or dragged out here as a prank by his clanmates? Whatever the reason was, he wasn't too happy about it. When she rose to her paws, she found something odd. Her shoulders didn't ache from healing wounds on it. The pain was gone. When she turned her head, she saw something that surprised her. There were no scratches. In fact, this wasn't even her body.

The merchant went over to a broken shard of a mirror that had washed up on the beach and saw that he was now a she. She was free of his torn up body. But now they were a lady. Still, this would make for an interesting experience. A wide grin pulled at the edges of her mouth and she jumped up in excitement. [b]"YES!" Tapedeck yelled cheerfully. While she had no idea how to get back to his old body, he didn't care. She was free of discomfort now!

Suddenly, an idea popped into the blonde's brain. Maybe she could pretend to be a joiner, to prank his clanmates? Seemed like a brilliant plan to her. Boy, would they be surprised. Hopefully in a good way, that is! The merchant stood by the border, unable to wipe the grin off of her maw as she waited for one of her clanmates to approach and re-welcome her to Tidalclan.

This was going to be good.
