Copperblaze
Lazainess
As Laziness stalked forward, the tall grass waved around her. Laziness was weaving through the pickly grass when she heard the cat she had been following. He was making as much noise as three legged badger as he tried too run away from her. The tom's breathing was ragged, he must be exhausted. Even if she couldn't see or hear the orange tom, he was stepping so heavy she would have stilll found him. Laziness slinked forward, and when she was almost upon the cat, she struck. She pounced, and pinned down the orange tom. With one swift bite, he was killed. Laziness crept away to curl up for a post kill nap.

Oakripple got off of his apprentice and started to groom his ruffled, dust covered fur.

Aura know she shouldn't have, but the sight of Blythe bloody and beaten elated her. That owl was no good. And it was obvious that Blythe had a crush on Gravel, but if Aura was right, Gravel had a crush on her, Aura. And Blythe was obviously going to be in trouble for failing.
OOC: Romance starts.... Now!
-
Oakripple flicked his tail in acknowledgment of the two apprentices.
-
"Congratulations,"Aura said amusedly," You managed two capture two unhatched chicks. I bow to your immense strength." Aura bowed mockingly, wings outstretched. "I will never ever, be able to stand your amazing strength. Yeah right. I bet I could best you in a fight, considering I was the combat ryb."
-
Aura couldn't find Drahgo, so she curled up under a rock overhang and drifted off to a peaceful sleep.
-
OOC: I know, but she is the last apprentice, so I was going to most likely give you Amberpaw, if Laini says ok.
-
OOC: Only if Laini says it is ok.
Oakipple saw the she cat apprentice approach Breezepaw, and decided to leave.

If Aura wan't looked in a cage, Blythe would be dead. She wasn't combat ryb for nothing. She had to keep herself calm though, so she resumed preening her feathers. Aura had to hold in a luagh for one reason though. Poor little Blythe, with her crush on Gravel, would be devastated when Gravel just send her away without any praise. Hah.
-
"Thank you, Grav- I mean, my lord." Aura said shyly. Wait, shyly? Aura was never shy. Aura was the brave, boisterous, rule defying combat ryb, ruled by none, beaten by none. But one handsome owl turned her shy. Pathetic. She straightened her back, making herself look taller and stronger. Her father used to always remind her to have good posture.
-
Before Blythe left, Aura made sure Blythe heard one thing,"He likes me Blythe, not you. No one will ever love you. Your unloved. Face it," Aura hissed back, before turning to Gravel.
-
"Aura, a pure one in training," Aura hooted confidently, as though she wasn't looked in a cage. "And who are you?"
She hissed to Blythe so that Gale and Gravel couldn't hear her," Muttering under your breath is a symptom of insanity. And it isn' the only symptom your showing."
-
"I got along with her fine," Aura said, blinking her wide, dark eyes inncoently," She doesn't like me. What can I say, apparently I stole her thunder. And she's scared I'll beat her in a fight. If I wasn't in a cage..."
-
"Good thing she never fought me. She would hate me even more when I beat here," Aura hooted seriously.
OOC:Does Oak like Gravel too? Because that would mean Oak, Blythe, and Aura all like Gravel, and Gravel is Aura's future mate.
-
"Don't call me kid. I wasn't some rando owl. I was the combat ryb at Ga'Hoole, and the youngest owl to become a combat ryb yet," Aura said, though she said the last part quietly, she had a feeling Gale heard her.
-
"So what's the story of Blythe?" Aura asked Gale.
-
Aura, who was a light sleeper, heard Drahgo. She got up and followed him.
-
"Gravel doesn't trust me completly...... yet," Aura said.
-
Aura nodded," Sorry, I am the kind to never back down from a fight."
-
"Aura, midrunner." Aura said, then added," Your bleeding.."
