She scoured the ground below her, looking for a good place to land, or somewhere she knew the way back from easily. When she spotted a small, reddish shape directly below her, she flew lower, curious as to what it was. When she was closer, she made it out to be the shape of a feline like herself, a young one at that. She angled herself downwards and sped towards the ground, landing a few metres away from the kit. Now she could see him properly, she believed she had seen him around before, but had never plucked up the courage to start a conversation, as was her relationship with many of her clan mates.
